Description of Work: Replaced the entire gutter system with 6" gutters, larger downspouts and gutter covers. Mr. Fogle went to a lot of trouble to find the material and color we wanted which other estimators could not provide. With standard materials and color the cost would have been much less.

gutter cleaning
 + -1 moreGutters and Chimneys did respond in promptly. The man with whom I spoke on the phone was polite and assured me that gutter cleaning was what they did. However, when the rep came out to give us an estimate, he asked if he could show us his gutter line. My husband agreed (I would not have wasted my time) and the rep had a very commercial presentation on a very dirty laptop. We thanked him, and asked for a gutter-cleaning estimate, which came in very high. Our house is only 8 years old and our gutters are in excellent condition, We rearely have extreme weather in this part of the state, so ice damns etc. are not a problem. What we do have are lots of pine trees, whose needles stick to the mesh in the gutters. Don't call this company looking for gutter cleaning: they are in business to sell, not service. I can't judge their gutters, because I paid almost no attention to the presenation. But prices seemed high all around.
Description of Work: Did not hire. Gutters needed cleaning, but all the rep wanted to do was sell us new gutters. And when he agreed to five us an estimate for gutter cleaning -- well, it was so high was clear that he had no interest in doing a cleaning job. So we found that one of the men working for our landscaper was able to do the job at a fair price.

 + -1 moreWe called this company to clean out our gutters because little plants were growing in them. The worker was suppose to arrive at 11:00 am but did not get to our house until 11:30 am. He wasn't too late but I wish he had called to tell us he would be late. He did a great job with cleaning the gutters and cleaned up all the debris. He was very polite and professional. He took pictures of the gutters and even alerted us to a small hole in the roof we did not know about. He went through the pictures with me and gave me his professional opinion about the disrepair of our gutters but there was no pressure to have his company fix them or sales pitch. I will defiantly hire them again for our gutters and cleaning our chimney.
Description of Work: The company was hired to clean out our gutters. We have a two story house with a finished attic.
