I have used Flores Landscaping for a dozen years. Very reliable.

Project was installed and completed as scheduled. Superior solution but it was more expensive than other options.

Very well. They came on time, did all the work in one day, cleaned up and followed up on our satisfaction a week later.

I could not have been happier with my Gutter Solutions experience! Professional, friendly, on time, Alex and his crew were wonderful troubleshooters, as well. After rafter tails, to which an old TV antenna was attached, were removed to make way for gutters, the crew found a way to re-attach the antenna to the house. Some rot was found behind the rafter tails, and this, too, was dealt with in an economical and aesthetic fashion.

Gutter Solutions gave very detailed quote and explanation as to the problems with som of the gutters on our 15 year old property. Roofs and gutters were all cleaned, some downspout apertures enlarged and new downspouts fitted right into 3 gutters to avoid water spreading over porch roofs. Gorilla gutters were also fitted. The team of 2 guys were very efficient, cleaned up well at the end of the job. Very pleased with results.

It was very clear that he knows the gutter business and Charlie seems very honest and credible. He followed up promptly and I would trust him to provide a well thought out quote. He also looked for ways to save money on this project. In the end, I did not choose Gutter Solutions because they were unable to perform a specific part of the scope of work (running drainage pipes under an existing deck less than 3 feet above ground) and as such they could not provide a turnkey approach.

Due to a severe drainage problem, our building of 5 townhouses installed gutters after french drains were finished. Gutter Solutions did a fantastic job. They did quality work in a timely manner. Things were complicated because five different home owners were involved, but they worked out everything to our satisfaction.

s performance Charlie came out promptly in response to our request for an estimate for replacing the stove pipe and chimney. He was very personable, as well as informative as to what was actually needed and what wasn't. Within a short time, we received the estimate, and an appt was arranged. The men performing the replacement were efficient, polite, and extremely conscientious about tidiness throughout the 5-6 hour process, laying tarps down everywhere upon entering our home. We were very pleased with their work. Obviously, we have not used the wood stove since then, but am anxious to see it how it works next winter.

They did a nice job. They were good quality, their price was right, and they were very prompt in their response. We weren't at the location at the time but our daughter in law said they did a great job and we were very pleased with the work. The workmanship was very good.

Great. Came to install the gutter guards and detected the rotten facia which if undetected would have caused major problems later.

This project went great. The installation team came out on time, was very kind and professional. They installed the gutters and guards in just two days. The gutters look great. They actually blend in with trim on my house and you can't tell that they are oversized unless you look at them closely. The gutter guards are barely visible too. I am very pleased with the outcome of this project.

The quality of the work by Gutter Solutions is excellent. They tore up one of the gutters that they were putting and they came back and redid it which I thought was very good. They were prompt and very efficient in the way they handle things. They follow up and they call and check on things to find out if everything is working properly and if you are having any problems. Their price was a little high.

They are courteous. They clean up after themselves. They seemed to know what they are doing.

While the work was timely done and of excellent quality, there were some misunderstanding in communicating details of what I expected, which resulted in a second visit with commensurate added expense. Not that the extra expense was unreasonable, just unanticipated. The quality of the materials and the installation is superb, and their attitude towards resolving the misunderstanding was likewise without fault. The original quote for "gutters all around" was too vague to assure me of what I would actually get. So I tried to be specific about the details. However my drawings were themselves ambiguous and in fact not entirely correct to detail, and were consequently misinterpreted in one important respect. I wish they had called me and asked, but they no doubt thought they understood. I would enthusiastically recommend Gutter Solutions to you; just be sure you are on the same wavelength with them on the details of the quote when you sign it.

Our gutters were 33 years old, undersized and had to be cleaned at lease quarterly a year due to heavy leaf fall. We wanted larger gutters with covers that would eliminate, or at least reduce, cleaning requirements and handle the runoff from heavy rain showers we sometimes encounter. We selected this company for the job as they had performed chimney inspection/repair services for us for many years and had always provided excellent service. We received an estimate within one week of our initial contact and the work was completed one week later. Everyone we dealt with from the company, including office staff, estimator, and installation crew were courteous and professional.The removal/installation required just over half a day, the new gutters looked great and the crew cleaned up everything before they left. The crew was very helpful and were happy to make modifications to one of our downspouts to enable connection to a rain barrel, even though this was not written in the contract. The new gutters have subsequently performed perfectly, even during heavy downpours.We are very pleased with this job and company.

Gutter Solutions are extremely expensive. It was a terrible experience. They also gave me the name of a roofer who I used. I needed roofing repair before they could install the gutters. Their recommended roofers were so horrific that I questioned this gutter installer and got another bid. By getting another bid, I found out that Gutter Solutions were just too expensive. They were almost $600 more expensive than the other local gutter installer. I got excellent gutters from another company for $599.24 cheaper. Gutter Solutions' owner tried to resolve the roofer problems but he only made it worse for me. I felt that he was unprofessional in his approach. It was a waste of my time. There are better and cheaper alternatives. After reviewing the company's response to my review, I can say that the work performed by gutter installer was equivalent to what Gutter Solutions wanted to charge $600 more. I posted these comments late because I was not a member of Angie's List before November 2011.

My contractor recommend them, so I called. They came out quickly, took measurement and came back with options and quotes (took less than 45 minutes). I asked a lot of questions and they answered all of them, I was especially interested in the gutter guards - I never clean my gutters. There was no sales pressure and no hidden costs. I chose what I wanted and scheduled a time for them to take the old gutters down. They told me that one second of gutter was newer than the others and it would be a waste of money to replace it. My contractor did the work underneath the gutters - fixing the wood and stuff, and they came back the next day to install the gutters, the day after that they put in the guards. It looks great and works wonderfully. The cleaned up everything and were gone before I knew it.

They did a wonderful job and we had one area that had a minor issue later, and they came back immediately to work on that. It was in a valley that we were getting some overflow. We’ve been very pleased with their product and their work. They are an outstanding company.

Called their office, reached their voice mail system and left a message. Office manager called me back in 24 hours to confirm type of service wanted. She set appointment with salesman, who arrived on time, on the date promised. We briefly discussed short term and long term goals with the gutters. Gutters are about 15 years old and are undersized. I expressed my short term goal of getting the gutter covers off, the gutters cleaned and sealed. It took the salesman about 30 minutes to complete his estimate and schedule a cleaning date. Within a day or two, the office manager called and told me that they had a cancellation and if I was available, the cleaning crew could come out several days earlier than scheduled. They got the covers off and the gutters cleaned in one day. Due to rain, they had to wait a few days before they could seal the joints. The workers returned without prompting on a clear, dry day and performed the work without any supervision from me. After the job was finished, the salesman called and asked if I was happy with the job. I pointed out two minor issues, which the crew fixed promptly. They didn't send the bill until I was satisfied with their work and they seemed genuinely interested in making me very happy about their service.
