"So far Alex has put together cabinets for me which needed skins put on (very tricky), planted evergreens, hauled off junk, hung drapery,. Soon we will do some siding. I’m also planning to have him install a bay window and build porches for me. The cabinet project was a bit of an emergency and I hadn’t worked with him before but he really took time, thought about it, tried a few techniques to cut and attach the skins. The instructions and tool list were completely useless. He patiently worked through it and I could tell right away he stops to really think through steps and possible solutions. That is rare in any contractor. The evergreen project was spur of the moment and he went out of his way to help me pick out and get planted right away. Made extremely quick work of it and even went all the way back to his house to let me borrow a hose. He communicate right away, stays on top of things and is very reasonable in his pricing. I will hire him over and over as various projects come up."

"Contract signed May 29, finished Nov. 22! One shattered picture window, 4 windows measured incorrectly meant the project drug on & furniture had to be moved too many times. No explanation or apology....poor communication & customer service. Hardware came off the screen door (an easy fix but caused me to doubt quality). Add to that water from a typical rain seeping into the track of the sliding door. The installers, William and Jeff were very good and conscientious...tested this problem with my garden hose. It was determined it was the weird angle the water hit so now I check it after every rain. For this price, I would expect better. This was the most frustrating project/company I have ever dealt with...and I'm a senior citizen! They sure will not be called to do my other windows...or anything else."
