It was ok, the sales rep Mason, tends to over promise lead times and construction costs.

Past employee and customer. Lifetime warranty that they honor. I haven't had an issue with my windows and I've had them over 5 years.

Windows are beautiful and the install was terrific. Excellent attention to detail... and they worked very cleanly.

Austin Sorrells and Jonathan Sorrells did an outstanding job in limited time! They were very cordial and very helpful!!

We had half our windows replaced in 2022 and the other half plus a back door done in 2025. They did a great job both times! The windows look great!

I want to brag on my new windows from Joyce they are perfect and beautiful I also want to brag on the 2 men that installed my windows William and Jeff those 2 were amazing polite cleaned up after themselves very professional did an amazing job inside and out I am sooooo absolutely thrilled with Joyce windows and my 2 men that installed them Thanks to everyone

Contract signed May 29, finished Nov. 22! One shattered picture window, 4 windows measured incorrectly meant the project drug on & furniture had to be moved too many times. No explanation or apology....poor communication & customer service. Hardware came off the screen door (an easy fix but caused me to doubt quality). Add to that water from a typical rain seeping into the track of the sliding door. The installers, William and Jeff were very good and conscientious...tested this problem with my garden hose. It was determined it was the weird angle the water hit so now I check it after every rain. For this price, I would expect better. This was the most frustrating project/company I have ever dealt with...and I'm a senior citizen! They sure will not be called to do my other windows...or anything else.

I was taught if you do not have anything nice to say do not say anything at all.

Quality of reduction is good and workmen were quailed and neat,. Dont like haggling for best price!

Great job Taylor Pollio and one other guy. Came in and got started right away. Had to stop around 2 pm to let cement dry. But came and finished the next day. Love my new shower!

The installers and the person who came out to talk about financing the windows did great. Bit the people I talked to in the office were kind of rude and the would hang up on me when I would call to try to get answers about when they would be installing the windows.

Excellent installation team in Taylor and Austin. Installed both an accessible shower that looks beautiful and a new bath floor!

The installers were great; courteous, professional. The company sent the wrong shower floor, so, and was not realized until the tub was pulled. This delayed the install back a few months. Fortunately we have 2 bathrooms.

I was pleased with their price and I think I'll be happy with the quality of their product!

will recommend to friends.
