Description of Work: Mike Kennedy came out and inspected my lawn at my request. While other lawn services had offered to overseed and aerate this spring, Mike said that overseeding in the spring in Charlotte is a waste of money. I agree, based on my experience and information I had read online. Mike offered to call again in August to set up seeding, aeration, and fertilization then. I appreciate his honesty.

Description of Work: Mark from PIE was very informative during the sales call. He provided info for the lawn and trees-bushes too. I found their price competitive for the marketplace. My decision to go with PIE was based on price, knowledge and professionalism from their service people. I always get a call the day before to let me know my yard is being serviced.
