The lady who answers the phone is such a liar. Just don't believe a word she says. You escalate to the owner Mark Ken and he does not care too and is extremely rude if you even get a response. At his age probably does not know how to treat customers in todays world. This firm is a perfect case study for "The worst customer care". When everything is going right they may seem like a great lawn care company until you face issues. That's when they start lying and ignoring you. Spoilt my lawn which is half dead and filled with weeds now. Do yourself a favor and get a company that knows their stuff and cares about customer service.

They burned our lawn, as well as all those of my neighbors that used them. They blamed it on the weather, but we still had patchy lawns. They did try to make up for it by re-seeding for free.

All services mentioned above were performed as noted and I received calls the day before each visit. My statement of the work completed was always left in the mailbox or on the front door at the end of each service call. I found the technicians to be friendly and the pricing was competitive. Other than a couple of areas where the grass had died prior to the start of their services the yard has looked better with less weeds.

We've been using Plant-It-Earth for over a year, our lawn has never looked better. They are very knowledgeable and quick to respond whenever i have a question about anything lawn or yard related.

Have used this company for at least 9 months. They are very consistent and professional. They call before coming to treat the yard. If there are questions, concerns or if additional treatment is needed, they are always ready to address it promptly. They are experts in lawn care and plants.

Representatives that we spoke to have been very professional and responsive. Since our lawn will take some time to really show improvement, it is too early to say anything about the recommended treatments. So far, we are very satisfied.

Did a great job aerating, overseeding, and fertilizing my lawn. Great quality and customer service. I will definitely do business with them again.

These guys are really on top of things. I just emailed them last night and I already had someone come out today to provide a quote. I'm still waiting on guys to contact me that I emailed 3 days ago! I met with Mark this afternoon and he went over everything in detail as far as general lawn care goes and also what he recommended for services to make the yard look good and also be healthy. Very nice, professional guy and he fully understood my concerns for my two small dogs and the use of chemicals (something other have really made me mad over for brushing off the subject). I've looked at the quotes and I think they're very reasonable. I have to discuss with my husband first but I'm pretty sure we will be using their services in the near future. I was just so impressed with the speedy response and the level of professionalism that I felt the need to go ahead and write a review for them on Angie's List. They get an A+ from me so far.

After purchasing the big deal I called provider and he came the next day. Best aerating job I have had in years.

Super job! My work from home neighbors couldn't believe all the activity! All of my concerns were answered and they made a special trip by just to make sure everything would be ok the day they were scheduled! Thank you!

9/9: They had great reviews, so I was surprised by the lack of response. First they did not respond within the required time frame and it took a prompt from Angie's List before they contacted me. I was informed via Angie's List messaging on Tuesday morning that they would be stopping by my house that afternoon. I happened to be home that day so I confirmed and also provided my cell phone number as Angie's List messaging can be cumbersome. Then they no-showed. I messaged them to ask why they did not show up. I have not heard back from them. 9/23 update: received a message via Angie's List messaging stating that both partners had stopped by my house on multiple occasions. This is puzzling as I have been home between 9 and 4 for the last two weeks while construction is being done on the interior of the house. There was a truck with lawn equipment pulled up in front of my house this morning. No one rang the bell. They had my cell phone number - no one has called or texted.

We purchased a tree shrub feeding coupon a few months ago from Plant It Earth. I liked the fact that when I looked on their website that they try and use natural products when they can, but if needed they use chemicals (several years ago I tried to fight fungus on my lawn with a natural product and final gave up and so I understand that in Charlotte sometimes sadly there is no natural solution). They were very professional and helpful and as it turned out a neighbor down the street also used them last year and is now on their yearly program (she said her yard looked the best it ever had). I decided to go with their yearly maintenance plan as it seemed like a good value. It has a monthly grass application, periodic applications on shrubs, aeration/overseeding in the fall and a yearly deep root treatment on our trees. However, most important they are very responsive, polite and take a real interest in making sure my lawn is well cared for and looks great. If I ever call with questions they are very helpful and responsive. We are very happy with their service and very happy we found them!

It went well. We saw our neighbors using them and they were having pretty good success with their lawn so we decided to give them a try. They were very responsive. They showed up when they said they were going to.

They do a good job. They clean up after they've been here. Everything goes well. I'm very satisfied with it.

Just had second service. The field staff called ahead of time to inform me that they were coming. The field staff were prompt and answered questions I had.

All went well. Will use Plant it Earth again next year.

I have a contract with them. They have a fair price. They use quality products as well.
