Overall, I'm very satisfied. I've noticed that their weed killer isn't as potent as the harsh chemicals used by other lawn care companies. However, I'm very pleased on the whole (we have a lot of weeds). The lawn is improving and we are holding to their plan. We recently had an aeration scheduled with Natural Lawn and I was very pleased with the performance - three men (two on aerators) one on seed. All took care and made sure that all spots in the yard was tended too. Again - excellent service.

John Cannon owns the franchise. They are very friendly people and explain everything they are doing. They come when they say they are going to come and do everything you expect. I haven't had any problems. They are very responsive and professional. They are available and answer both by phone and email.

I like that I don't have to worry about what products to use myself. I can leave all of that up to them. They always come out right when the service is necessary so I do not have to worry about calling them. I give NaturaLawn of America all A's.

They are eco-friendly. They don't cut grass, but they care for it. They are very punctual. They leave a dog treat for my dog in a little bag. We had to call them back once when the weeds were not dead, and they were back within a couple of days. They always call back when I call them. Their prices are reasonable. The grass does look much healthier. They came and looked at the lawn, tested the soil and gave me a program based on what my soil needed. I think they are a husband and wife. They are very professional.

The reason I decided on them was their use of natural products and earth friendly methods. In my neighborhood, there is a large number of wildlife, as well as a lot of domestic animals (3 of my own), so it was an easy decision...not to mention how much better the lawn will be based on their methods. There are still a few treatments remaining, but the lawn is looking better and I am looking forward to seeing how it improves even more, over time. Through communicating with John Cannon, I came away impressed with his knowledge of lawn maintenance.

They do an awesome job! Even my super picky neighbors are in awe of great my lawn looks. Some of them are now considering using NaturaLawn of America because their chemical-based treatments are getting far worse results! :-) NaturaLawn even got rid of some weeds that everyone else told me to give up on getting rid of.

The lawn looks much better and they are very prompt. They are very pleasant and came out the next morning after my first call. They even leave cookies for my dog! Cost is for a small lawn per visit.

Excellent! April came to our home and gave a detailed estimate of getting our lawn back in shape. My wife and I really like the fact they care about our environment and our pets! The price they gave us was very reasonable as well. Unfortunately, due to the continued drought, we have decided to put off any yard oriented work until the drought is over, and we can start using our irrigation system again. I would highly recommended there services!!

Excellent! After the first application, my grass greened up nicely. The weeds started dying off immediately, even the wild onions! After trying multiple different companies and treatment programs, I finally found one that works!

My experience with Naturalawn has been exceptional. They have done everything exactly as expected and their service has been superb.

They leave educational information specific to our lawn and what things we can do or watch for to keep our lawn healthy. We have dogs so I appreciate that the chemicals they use are environment, pet and kid friendly. They aren't a quick fix but I appreciate that long term we are getting a healthy lawn. John and April are great. They were very responsive and professional. They called me back right away and continually followed up. John spoke with me a couple times to really explain everything. He even came back to my house after I received another estimate to re-measure my lawn.

NaturaLawn of America, Charlotte receives my highest recommendation. In the one year I have used their services I've been totally pleased with the way they do business. They are very knowledgeable, courteous, and most importantly to me, they pay attention to the little details that matter in the long term. In other words, they aren't ''fast-food'' lawn miracle workers. Obtaining any beautiful lawn (short of sodding) often takes up to 2 or 3 seasons, especially if you have an infestation of weeds/winter grasses that I've had. However, in just one season I've seen a significant improvement in my troubled lawn, thanks to John, April and the staff of NaturaLawn of America, Charlotte.

They are very efficient and come when they say they will come. The person who came out initially (the local person) and I kept playing phone tag and he put in a lot of effort trying to get in touch with me. He did an analysis on my lawn and told me what had been done incorrectly before. They sent the analysis to the lab to figure out what needed to be done. They use all organic materials and I saw a difference almost immediately. They spray every six weeks and it is based on the size of the yard (I have a 1/3 acre lot).

John and April have been very helpful. They even leave snacks for our dogs every time they treat the lawn. The only negative is the cost of aerating and seeding which is why I had the lawn aerated by someone else and put the seed down myself. But, so far, our lawn has never looked better. I hope it holds up when it gets warmer!
