IGC Home Services has been in business since 1997. We pride ourselves on quality and attention to detail. The majority of our business is repeat or referrals. Les Howington, owner of the company is on every job from start to finish, ensuring the project is done by the highest standards and to tackle any issues or necessary changes as they arise. He has employees that specialize in specific areas of home repairs such as trim carpentry, painting, framing or dry walling and provides them with an extensive assortment of professional tools and equipment, including self contained trailers with generators to supply power if necessary. We may be a small company compared to some of the bigger general contractors but that smaller size allows us to have a larger focus on the job at hand and a greater attention to detail. Our guarantee is that we won't leave to start another job until you're completely satisfied with yours. We offer free estimates. Costs are determined by each job. They returned my call the next day, he was very nice to talk to over the phone and the price was in range with the other estimates I received.
Description of Work: They gave an estimate to clean the exterior windows and all exterior surfaces of the house.

Les Howington was excellent in every way. He paid fine attention to detail. He was accommodating, on time, and answered the phone and emails. He is just wonderful.
Description of Work: He installed a 16x20 screened in porch w/skylights and beadboard ceiling. He also did Pergola and decking.

Because of the improper deck installation we failed home inspection and it flooded our downstairs below the deck. Now the builder will not take responsibility. Thank goodness IGC fixed our problem.
Description of Work: The builder installed the deck improperly. And this company came out and fixed the situation.

They did quality work. They were very nice to work with. They did a number of home improvement projects including: carpentry, decks, and power washing. There is quite a list of tasks they can perform.
Description of Work: They installed three panels with balusters on a screened porch that was high height to prevent children from going through the screen.

HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB, THE DECK IS SO STURDY! HE IS A PERFECT GENTLEMAN. HE'S SOMEONE YOU WOULDN'T MIND HAVING IN YOUR HOME. HE WAS PROMPT AND HIS PRICE WAS REASONABLE. I CHOSE BETWEEN TWO LOW QUOTES, AND I HAVE NO REGRET THAT I WENT WITH LES. I'VE ALREADY HAD HIM COME OUT AND DO MORE WORK FOR ME.
Description of Work: HE PARED DOWN A FALLING APART DECK THAT WASN'T EVEN TO CODE. HE REBUILT A BEAUTIFUL REPLACEMENT FOR ME.
