The job took all day. She was professional every minute and worked until everything was perfect.

The job went very well, the sensitivity of the cleaning team to the concerns of the tenant and the care with which ill items were handled are exemplery.

She came out and was very special, I expect to use her again.

She really takes her time. She is always very careful and thorough. She is always a very nice person, and is very considerate. If you are looking for someone to come out and take time to do a good job cleaning your house, she is definitely the person.

Susanne was great! This was my first time hiring a service to clean my house. I am now wondering what in the world took me so long. She was very professional and was very in tune with detail and doing the job well. She stayed until the job got done and didn't just stop because her time was out. I felt very comfortable with her and would definitely like to have her back again. I'm loving my clean house!!!

I just gave Clarity Cleaners a call, left a message, and that same day they called me back. Soon we found a time for Susan to stop over and clean my house. Been traveling and hadn't had house cleaned in 4 months. No worries, she got right to work so I left the house for the day to let her do her thing. Dusting, Windows, floors, kitches, bathroom, she did it all. She worked hard all day long to get my house spotless and smelling clean and fresh. When I returned, a little late, she wasn't upset at all. I even paid her extra tip because of the great job she did on my entire house. I could not recommend her more highly if you live anywhere in South West, Baxter, Pinville, Tega Cay, Steele Creek, or Lake Wylie area.

Everything went just fine. The only reason I didn't bring her back is because I have six cats and I didn't warn her in advance and she is allergic to cats. She suffered quite a bit through the job but she still did it and still did a good job. Because I didn't warn her that the cats were here she suffered through the entire job. I would have had her back but if she forgot to take her allergy medication again I would have put her through a bad time. Other than that I was fairly happy with her. It was very professional of her to finish it even though she was having some trouble. The price was fairly average for that type of service.

I think she is great. She is very trustworthy and the house always smells great and is very clean when she is finished.

Suzanne has been cleaning our home for a little over a year. She did a through first time clean and now comes in every other week. She is a joy to work with and takes the time to make sure you are happy with her performance

The experience is great and have her coming back routinely (every 2 weeks) for touching up the place. Especially for single guys, definitely worth the service if you want to come home to a clean place and impress dates due to your cleanliness!

Suzanne returned my SOS phone call very quickly. She understood my situation and was very quick to respond to me. Due to the unfortunate timing (which was beyond my control) of the Thanksgiving holiday, she was booked way up and there was no way to fit me in. I was very impressed with her as a person, and she was very helpful to try to help me find someone else. I thought she was very wonderful and wish it had worked out for her to work with me. I am confident that she would do a very commendable job, based on my conversation with her, as well as her ratings and feedback on Angie's List.

We have used others in the past and they simply do not compare to Susan's work ethic and professionalism. This is my second attempt at posting review since the one I wrote about a week ago still wasn't posted yet and I really wanted to make sure she gets commended for her work. She definitely provides "Super Service."

Susan was fantastic, She visited the night before to get an idea of the job. She arrived promptly and went to work. Her work was "perfect". My house looked as good as it did when new, over three years ago. I would recommend her for anyone.

After checking ratings of other services we had Susan estimate cost's and accepted her quote. She showed up last week and did a fine job, we were completely satisified and told here that. She was committed to return today and advised she would call to confirm. At 1PM she called and said "At this time it's not going to work at your home" leaving us in a bind after relying on Angies list to screen providers.

She is very personable. She is punctual and she does a very good job. She works very hard. She is very thorough. Her price is good for the work she does. She uses eco-friendly products. My wife has some medical issues and she is very aware of that. She is very sensitive and empathetic to the entire situation. She is extremely responsive. I?d recommend her to others.

Susanne arrived promptly with all her own cleaning materials. She had estimated 6 hours of work, but it took about 8. Still, she never slowed down and she made my home virtually spotless!

Things went very well. After I sent an initial e-mail to Susan, she responded very quickly and came to my home for an estimate within 24 hours. During that visit, we decided what tasks she would and would not do, and we discussed the pricing as well. Later, she rearranged her schedule so that she could return for the cleaning just 5 days after her initial visit. Susan is a warm, upbeat, outgoing person who communicates very well, and I was impressed with her thoroughness, flexibility, and attention to detail. She had estimated that the cleaning would require 4 to 5 hours, but she actually worked 6.5 hours. She apologized for exceeding her estimate and asked to be paid for 6 hours, but I paid her for the full 6.5 hours. She charged me her senior rate of $32 per hour. (Because I don't know how much other house-cleaning services charge for the same level of cleaning, I didn't rate Susan on "price.")

Susanne was very prompt in returning my call. I explained the need to have my typical "bachelor's pad" cleaned on short notice due to upcoming surgery. Susanne fit me into her schedule and even came out later than she normally prefers to start a job but did so to accomodate me. She did an excellent job of cleaning including 2 bathrooms, one bedroom, kitchen and living/dining area. She was very pleasant to work with and even gave a senior discount, which I returned to her in the form of a tip because of the exellence of her work.

We moved into a rental home and were disgusted to find that it had not been properly cleaned. We had one day before our household goods were being delivered by the moving van, so my husband contacted Susan based on her reputation on Angie's List and her proximity to our home. She was able to fit us in the same day and provided an estimate of 4 hours for a crew of 2 to do the deep cleaning he requested. Susan and her assistant got started right away and did not stop for the full 4 hours. Susan seemed genuinely excited by the transformation from a dirty "before" to a clean "after," and even remarked about how the whole energy of the home was changing as it was coming clean. She was personable and enthusiastic, and held her own work and that of her assistant to high standards. We were thrilled that she used only 'green' products that were safe around our dogs. The tub and shower in the master bathroom were so gross that she had to use a harsher chemical cleaner (which we had on hand). We're so happy with the results and so pleased to have met such a warm and caring professional who obviously loves her work.

When I first contacted Susan via email, she was extremely responsive. We spoke on the phone thereafter and I was very impressed with her professionalism. She takes real ownership of her services and is very sincere in making sure her customers are satisfied with her work. Unfortunately, my employment is being terminated and we are cutting back on things, otherwise, I'd have Susan back in a heartbeat. We are planning to use her on a regular basis once our budget gets back on track.
