I have been using Susanne for a few months now and couldn't be happier! Her attention to detail surpass all of my expectations and the efforts of my previous house keepers. She is very flexible with my schedule and needs. I hope she will be working with me for years to come!

I originally found Clarity Cleaning through Angie's List. Susanne has been cleaning my house for a few years now, and she is fantastic. She does an exceptional job of cleaning my home, her quality and professionalism are without question. Susanne is extremely careful and treats my home as if its her own. She even takes good care of our dog Annie while she is there! Susanne is also a very good communicator, letting me know if she sees issues in the house or has concerns about anything there. If you are looking for someone reliable, trustworthy, and high quality, you should definitely hire her.

Suzanne does an excellent job. She is a good Christian lady who works hard for her money. It is nice to know who will be in your home. She is very conscientious about doing a good job. She uses organic cleaners, but will adjust if you request. We have scheduled for the same day each month. It is nice to have someone you trust so you can have your house cleaned while you are at work without worrying about anything.

Susanne is most friendly , courteous, punctual excellent person to ever clean my home -including me! She use environmentally safe products and meticulously cleans everything every single time she comes to my home. I never use anyone else!! Susanne has been cleaning for me for me since April 2014.

The experience was very good. She was at the home for about 4 hours and she was very thorough. We're planning on using her again. She was very professional.

Cleaning was performed and was decent. All major grim was removed from tub, toilet, sinks, and countertops. I would use again.

Suzanne was initially very willing to work with me on scheduling. She told me it would cost additional money if I wanted the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned. I agreed to clean the oven myself since it was not self cleaning and take care of all the floors. She also told me her services included cleaning the windows inside. They were not cleaned and the blinds in the bathroom were not cleaned. I was disappointed when I went to check on the work afterwards. I was also surprised that it would take the amount of time that she said to clean an empty house with my taking on some of the work myself.
