Susanne did an excellent job. She was very thorough and extremely personable. She was running late that day (the holidays are a very busy time of year), but she stayed over an extra half hour beyond the purchased time to ensure the job was done completely and that my expectations were exceeded. She was prompt in replying to my call/email and notified me of scheduling changes. I will use Clarity Cleaning Services in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a deep clean!

Susanne cleaned my house so well it looked better than when I first moved in.

Susanne arrived on time with a helper. The ladies jumped right in with one starting on the cabinets and the other in the fridge. They had a good system and seemed to flow around the kitchen cleaning everything along the way. They did a fantastic job on the cabinets, the fridge and oven were left spotless as well. They finished in what seemed no time at all, but everything was done. We would certainly call them again.

Everything was sparkling clean, we had good conversation (including her recommendations for cleaning products) which didn't slow her down a bit. I had cleared out the cabinets before she got here, and she had enough time left to help me put some of the things away (I preferred to do that myself, so I'd know where my stuff was). Suzanne really seems to enjoy her work, and I really enjoyed having her here.

I purchased a big deal for two hours of in depth kitchen cleaning. My home is less that a half hour away for this company. I was expecting guests and wanted my home cleaned before they arrived. She kind of left me in a bind at the last minute.

Everything including the inside of the fridge and inside the oven were cleaned. Awesome job

They were absolutely fantastic. They were also very easy to talk to and have in your home. If you require detailed and thorough cleaning then Clarity Cleaning is for you. And it makes it doubly nice that THEY are also so nice and easy to get along with. An overall delightful experience.

It went very well. they showed up on time and on schedule and went right to work. They were very professional and completed the job within a timely manner. We'll definitely seek their services again.

Suzanne is fabulous. Not only is she outstanding at what she does, she is a super nice person, too. She got right down to business, brought her own supplies, worked tirelessly and everything was spotlessly clean when she left. I recommend her HIGHLY!

They arrived right on time, were very friendly and did a beautiful job of thorough cleaning.

Clarity was responsive when I called. We set up a time early in the morning, but she got caught up in a major traffic jam (it was on the news, traffic on interstate had to be rerouted during morning rush hour). She called to let me know that should would not be able to arrive at the time she originally stated. This was not a problem for me and she arrived approx. 30 minutes later. She did an excellent job cleaning the two full bathrooms. They have not looked that good since they were new (now 25 years old). When she finished with the house I asked if she had time to look at my camper. She spent another hour cleaning the camper. She is a "positive energy" person and we had some great conversations. After she cleaned the baths and camper I felt very good that those tasks were done and off my "to-do" list. I intend to use her again and will recommend her to friends.

Susanne and Clarity Cleaning were absolutely fantastic. My place was a mess and worse than what I?m sure she was expecting when she arrived. She did an unbelievable job to not only get the bathrooms cleaned, but back to looking brand new. I did not even recognize them by the time she was finished. It was a total transformation and I am very grateful for her and Clarity Cleaning.

I didn't like the workers attitude but they did good work.

Susanne and her son Vernon did the work and they just seem to be trustworthy, good, honest and hardworking people which is most important to us. They were highly communicative about the appointments, worked thoroughly the whole time they were here (5 hours for each appt.) and the resultant work was outstanding in both cases. They weren't worried at all about the amount of time it took, just about doing a through job. We're thrilled with our clean kitchen and front porch!

Susan and Iris arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They went straight to work and had a great team system! My kitchen is SO SPOTLESS that I'm afraid to touch anything - LOL!! Suzanne was very responsive to my emails and got me on the schedule very quickly, despite what I would assume would be an abnormally busy time given that I purchased my cleaning as an Angie's List Big Deal. She arrived on time and it took her around two hours to thoroughly clean all the bathrooms (which, while not filthy, had not been cleaned in some time). Very satisfied with the work!

I have recently built my home and have been working with many individuals, with both positive and negative results. However, working with Susanne is a pleasure.

Unfortunately, she charges by the hour and it was taking her 4 to 5 hours to clean our home at $40/hr. Our home is less than 3000 square feet in size, and we only had her clean our downstairs. Just could not afford her services at that rate.

Susanne gets the job done. She comes prepared, gets to work and you have a sparkling clean home.

I've been using Clarity Cleaning for the past 18 months. This is my 3rd experience with a cleaning service but the previous two were many years ago. I am extremely meticulous about my house and how I want things to look with a lot of emphasis on detailed cleaning. Before I met Susanne and had her company's services, I was skeptical that I would ever find anyone that could suit me. Clarity Cleaning changed my mind. Susanne and her team do a very thorough work and leave nothing undone. She picks up on things that may not be in her normal routine and takes the time to do them. In addition to the cleaning service every other week, Susanne has also done deep cleaning fr me including deep floor cleaning including tile grout, refrigerator and stove cleaning. I have always been very pleased with the services provided. In addition to excellent work, Clarity also uses product that are environmentally friendly and in some cases suggests products that are of a higher quality and a lesser cost. The other thing I have to mention is that we have 2 cats, one of which is always trying to go out the door and has physical disabilities. Susanne comes to my house and is always vigilant to ensure that the cats are never afraid or stressed out and when I get home the house looks incredible and the cats are safe and sound. I highly recommend Clarity Cleaning

The team arrived promptly, worked without a break and departed leaving me a VERY HAPPY homeowner. My visitors over the Holiday Weekend (Independence Day) were amazed and said they had not seen the place as fresh and neat in the several years since my accident. I will DEFINITELY be using Clarity Cleaners again and would recommend their work to anyone.

The price is expensive. She is a very thorough cleaner, very conscience, punctual, and does a very good job. She is a good girl, and I like her. She works independently; I don’t have to tell her and she does a good job on her own. She is very dependable.
