Susan and her assistant were very professional and friendly. She responded very quickly to my initial email, and we were able to schedule an appointment to discuss services and walk through the house within days. We were able to schedule the cleaning for a day that was convenient for the both of us within the timeframe that I wanted the work to be done. She provided me with a thorough list of services that they would provide. On the day of the cleaning, they were courteous and considerate of our family as they worked. The two of them were in our home for about 7 hours, and it looks fantastic! The thing that impressed me the most is that Susan was as excited about the job as I was. I could tell that she really took pride in her work. Two days later, I haven't found anything that was missed or done half-heartedly. I am very pleased with the results.

We hired Susan after having issues with our previous house cleaner, and I have been completely wowed by the quality of her work. I have never had someone clean my home who pays such attention to detail. Susan routinely finds and cleans places that everyone else has missed. Our house is always spotless after Susan has visited, and she just does a wonderful job. She's very professional and very kind. Recently we had a flood in our house so we have had to suspend cleaning during this period. Susan was very empathetically and concerned about how we were doing after hearing about it. Her work is fantastic and I highly recommend her services!

I had a very specific idea of what kind of house cleaning help we needed, and Susan was very flexible in letting us customize what services she provides. She is the sole owner/operator so there may be some limits to what times/days she is available, but she is great on trying to find a way to work within your schedule. We've been with Susan for almost 6 months now and I've only had one occasion where there was something that didn't meet our expectations - an area of the floor that had some cleaning residue remaining - and she was very apologetic, fixed the issue, and we've never had it reoccur. I can only recall her canceling once and that was for a family emergency and absolutely understandable.

Susan is a wonderful, pleasant person. She came, gave me an estimate, set an appointment, and did the work agreed upon. She is conscientious and careful in her work. I would recommend her to anyone.

As a personal assistant, it is important that I keep an account with Angie's List so that I can find people who are highly rated to work for my boss and occasionally myself. Susan came highly recommended, so my boss started using her and I myself asked her to come to my home to clean it when I was moving out of my old home. She did a wonderful job and was able to come on short notice on a weekend, too! After this cleaning, I asked her to help me clean my new home for a party with a few weeks of advanced notice. She said she was able to do it, then she couldn't, then she could and I was not able to get the help I needed. I wasn't given the final no and ended up cleaning my home myself at 9 months pregnant. The relationship ended after her work was less impressive and some constructive criticism was not taken well. A less than professional email was sent by her to end future employment. We have to say that she impressed us initially, but in the end we did not receive the quality of service we needed. I am only writing this review because I need Angie's List to continue to show me the most consistent professionals in the area. We found a new professional through this service. UPDATE: As stated in my original evaluation, I have personally only used this service provider 1 time. I paid THE DAY she cleaned my empty old home, and it was $90. I was so impressed, that I tried to get her to clean again for me. My comment was that I could not get her to have a consistent schedule to fit me in again, and in the end cleaned my new home myself. This could be a testament to the fact that she has many customers. I have not "falsified" anything unless she has me confused with someone else. Perhaps you should look at all of the positive evaluations that this service provider has when evaluating whether to use her or not, because clearly I see she has made MANY customers very happy. I simply did not have the same overall experience. It's not personal, it's professional. That's why I use Angie's List every time.

I called her and it took for ever for her to call me back. She finally called me back and I asked if I could be fit into a special time and she agreed. The morning of the appointment she canceled and then I rescheduled my appointment and made my Monday afternoon available and she has not called or showed up since. $35.00 hourly rate.

Susan did a great job! The house looked sparkling by the time she was done. I would recommend her to anyone!

I first hired Susan before Christmas because I was expecting company and too busy to clean myself. She turned out to be the best Christmas present I could have given myself! After she cleaned the bathroom, it looked like something out of a commercial for bathroom cleaner where they add sparkles to the camera lens to make it look extra shiny. I was truly wowed! My house, literally, has never been so clean! After her most recent visit, I was working in the kitchen and glanced over at the toaster oven, and realized that without being asked, she had even cleaned the crumbs out of my toaster oven (which I hate doing!) She is also one of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. She LOVES her job! It is a blessing to have her in your house shining her positive light everywhere while she makes it all glisten and glow! You'd better hire her now because when I win the lottery, I'm hiring her as my full time housekeeper!

Susan does a great job with good attention to detail, especially in the bathrooms and with dusting. Susan will take the initiative to deep clean something used on a daily basis if it looks particularly dirty, for example a grate on the stove, without my bringing attention to it. Susan respects the privacy of dresser tops and closets. She does notice who lives in the house i.e. children, and will clean with their interests in mind. She has been reliable, realizing that I count on her to be there when scheduled- a different day was arranged if it was necessary. I would highly recommend Clarity Cleaning Services for the reasons stated above!

Clarity Cleaning was able to schedule the work within a week from original contact. Due to the unknown amount of work they quoted a hourly rate which was reasonable. In addition, Susan, the owner, scheduled additional workers to assist at no additional charge.

I interviewed Susanne initially during my search for a house cleaner. I was VERY impressed, but ended up hiring a local girl. That experience ended badly without the young woman ever cleaning my home. I called Susanne back and asked her to PLEASE take me on as a client. After 4 months, I can say it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Susanne makes my life easier and better on a variety of levels. She works around me (I work from home) and my inside dogs and is thorough, professional and dependable. I consider work with Susanne to be an investment in my home, my business, my sanity and my quality of life. You will not regret hiring her.

Susan has been cleaning my house for about 7 months now and we just love her. She is very professional, thorough and meticulous about her work. I love her positive "can do" attitude. She is always cheerful and trustworthy and I do not hesitate to have her in my home alone. My 2 year old son adores her and she is always patient with him when he gets under her feet watching her work. She goes the extra mile to make sure her customers are well taken care of and even called to wish my son Happy Birthday on his birthday! We have had other cleaners in on occasion and they just did not measure up. Her prices are very reasonable. Susan is a real gem!

Susan has cleaned my house several times now, and I'm thrilled to have found her! She has made my house sparkle. I have found her to be very thorough and responsible (I have several cats, and they can easily get out), and she's always positive and upbeat. While that last comment may not be important to a lot of people, because I'm often at the house when she cleans, it means a lot to me.
