Description of Work: My washing machine quit filling about 4 pm. My husband looked at it and said we needed to call someone. Went to Angie List and saw this co and the fact they had a coupon. Called them and they came out by 6 p.m. Fixed the machine and I was doing my next load.

Description of Work: Our washing machine flooded our downstairs with ankle deep water. James came to check out the reason the washer flooded. Once he heard what brand it was he was sure of the cause. When he opened the washer to check it he was right. He fixed the issue and detailed the issue on his invoice for the insurance company. James was professional and knowledgeable.
