The technician returned my call promptly and came at the promised time to check out the problem and replace the freezer fan motor. The tech also explained to me what happened to the freezer and gave me the Angie's List discount. We have used this service once before and were once again pleased with the work.

They returned my call quickly, scheduled our appointment around our schedule, came out when promised and fixed our washer as promised. Our tech, Dean, was polite and quickly and accurately diagnosed and fixed our problem.

Found 123 Appliance on Angies List and Love them. James is my constact and repair person. The first time we used him he was able to service our tenant's icemaker that day. He's rate are very and his professionalism with our tenants are excellant. He calls them personally to set up a time that's good for them and is always there when he says he will be. You need to give them a call next time you have an applicance problem. I work for a property mgmt company and they are the best we have ever used.

They came out promptly, assessed the situation, determined that the unit needed to be replaced.

I was very pleased with this experience. The technician showed up on time and was very polite. He quickly evaluated our problem and told me exactly what was wrong. He gave us some options to consider to fix, one of which was not in his or his company's best interest but was the best way to go. I appreciated this honesty and candor, and I felt very comfortable with his assessment. The price was not bad compared to other service providers I have used in the past.

A large puddle started developing under our stacked Kenmore Washer & Dryer. We tried throwing towels over it for a night and pretending it would go away, but the water came back with a vengeance. I went to Angie's list and saw that 123 Appliance repair was very highly rated. I called and spoke to a friendly dispatch agent who took down my information. About an hour later I got a call from James, who was AWESOME! Rather than adding me to his schedule and trying to make some easy money, he took the time to walk me through a couple checks of the machine. Once we narrowed down the possible culprits, he offered to talk me through the fix on the phone for free, or to come out a do the fix himself for about $180. I opted to tackle it myself. He was tremendously helpful and even had me text him pictures of parts to help his diagnosis. I honestly have to say, this was some of the best tech support I've ever received. In the end, the repair was a little tough (washer was difficult to access), but successful. It was also a lot cheaper and I felt a tremendous sense of accomplishment. I will certainly refer James and 123 Appliance repair to friends. I also we be calling them back when issues come up in the future.

James was extremely professional and courteous. He was running late and called me to let me know. I appreciated that he was so considerate. This was a great experience that stands out since great customer service is an exception these days!

The washing machine was draining at the beginning of the cycle, which meant it never reached the desired water level. After looking on Angie's List, I called this company, and the dispatcher said someone would call me shortly. Literally, two minutes later, the phone rang. James listened to the problem, told me how to fix it myself, then called me back an hour later to check on me. I will definitely use this company again!

I called and was told a repairman would return my call shortly. A couple of hours later the repairman called and we made an appointment for the next day. No time was given. Repairman arrived around 4:pm the next day and had the problem fixed in about 5 mins. He told me something had come lose and he would only charge me for the Service call.

It was Saturday and I had been out of town for almost 2 weeks. I tried calling a couple places based on recommendations from the manufacturers website. One was on vacation, one didn't work on the weekends and the other had an F rating with the BBB. Finally, I did what I should have done in the first place and selected one off of Angie's list. I selected 123 Appliances and called the number. While I was leaving a message, Don called me back. James, service technician also called me back very quickly to tell me when he would be at my home. While he was a little later than that, it was definitely within a very reasonable window. James was very professional and immediately knew what the problem was. He had the part in the truck and within 30 minutes I had a working appliance again!

I noticed water on the floor in front of the refrigerator and called Sears, the company from which we purchased the appliance. They were unable to send assistance for three days. I called Angie's list and received 123 Appliance Repair's #. They were available within a few hours.

Great communication, showed up on time and replaced the fan for the price quoted. Professional I would use them again.

Great experience! I called Monday morning and the technician, James came out that afternoon. He even called to let me know he was on his way. He took one look at my freezer and knew what the problem was. Very professional and friendly. Fast service.

James provided expert advise on the telephone and a candid opinion on whether or not the equipment should be fixed or replaced. This is my second time calling and the second time his candid advise help me to decide to replace the equipment. I did not use their services but will call them for any other items that break and refer them to friends.

I called 123 Applicance Repair today since it was the #1 recommended large applicance repair company in my area on Angie's List. I changed the water filter in our Whirlpool refrigerator and after I changed the filter, no water came out of the water/ice dispenser on the door. I called for repair. The gentleman who answered at 123 Appliance Repair gave me perfect instructions over the phone on how to remedy the situation. He could easily have scheduled a service call, fixed the problem easily and charged me for the service call. Instead he gave me a quick solution over the phone and saved me the cost of a service call. How refreshing to deal with an honest, helpful service company. I will call them again if I ever need service on our appliances.

These guys were great. My wife called and immediately spoke with somebody who said they would be out the next day. I emailed them the model number and a picture of the problem. The tech who came out brought two parts, just in case the problem was more involved than the picture reflected. He was very professional and did exactly what was needed to fix the part -- couldn't ask for much more! I will definitely use them again.

Our refrigerator began to act up late on Thursday night. We called our Warranty Service who connected us with a repairman who could be here on the following Tuesday. We thought the fridge would make it till then. It finished dying on Friday afternoon and we called the Warranty Company back who elevated our repair to emergency status. Sadly, none of their contract repair companies responded, not even by 11:00 AM the next day. We were authorized to go out of network (requires the tech to notify them of the repair cost and diagnosis.) We called at 11:00 AM on the Saturday of the Coca-Cola 600 race/Memorial Day weekend. We live less than 1.5 miles from the speedway. James said he'd hurry and get there as quickly as possible so we wouldn't be hindered by race traffic. He made it here from Tega Cay in about 30 minutes. It took him three minutes to diagnose the problem, maybe 5 minutes to call the Warranty Company to handle their paperwork. and another 5 minutes to complete the repair and put everything up. James was personable as was Don, 123's dispatcher. We got great service FAST, from a tech willing to go through race traffic (thankfully, still light at 11:30). We will call back whenever we need appliance repairs.

Unfortunately the part is no longer made. He has called all over looking for the part but no luck thus far. He was very prompt as well.

This company was a treat to deal with. James was the technician who helped me. He was highly responsive, courteous, on-time and fixed the problem. He should serve as a role model to all technicians everywhere!

Everything went well. They do what they say they are going to do.

I called James and he came out to take a look at our dishwasher, which hadn't run well or at all in a couple of days. Of course, when James came, it ran fine, so he only charged us for the visit cost, but let us know that if the dishwasher acted up again, he would come out again and waive the visit cost. Within a week, our dishwasher stopped working - this time James came right out, diagnosed the problem as the motor having burned out. He had to order the motor, which took a couple of days, but he replaced it the day the part came in. James was great - very professional, honest and a very nice man. I have already recommended him to some friends of our who were having dryer problems.

This was my second time to use 123 Appliance Repair. They came out promptly with the part and took care of it. Very nice work!

My dryer stopped working and our home warranty, for some reason, didn't cover it. So, I hopped on Angie's List, found 123 Appliance Repair and saw all of the terrific reports. I called them, they took the information about my dryer (make, model, problem) and they said a technician would call back to give me an estimate and set an appointment with me. Like magic, James called me an hour or so later , told me that it sounded like a problem with the motor, it would run me around $195 to replace it and that he or Dean would be available the next day. I set up a time (3 hour window). Dean called when he was about 10-15 minutes away, to make sure it was still a good time, and then he showed up right when he said. Dean was very polite and efficient. He did his evaluation, let me know it was the motor and that the cost would be $193.66 (after my $10 Angie's List discount!). Dean went to work, fixed it in about 20 minutes and now I am able to do laundry again . . . ahhhh!
