Overall the experience was surprisingly good. James could have easily magnified our concerns and performed unneeded services. Instead he was very patient and actively listened to what we had to say. This is our second experience with them and we would call them again.

Called 123 Appliance Repair at 4:30, received a prompt call back within 30 minutes, and the repairman, James, was at my house by 7:00 pm which was beyond my expectations. We discussed service charges over the telephone. James is a very professional and knowledgeable repairman. I would highly recommend him and 123 Appliance Repair.

They came the same day I called. I would definitely recommend them.

I called to request a repair of my refrigerator. Got a call back a few minutes later from a service technician to whom I described the problem. A few minutes into the visit James announced the refrigerator was beyond reasonable repair even though it was nearly new. His quick assessment and honest explanation of what had happened showed he had superior knowledge of refrigeration units. He added that it could be repaired but the cost of that repair would be about the same as purchasing a new unit. I regard that as going above and beyond normal customer service. The next time I need any appliance repair I will be calling James at 123 Appliance Repair.

We called Saturday afternoon around 1:30pm. They said they would make it out the same day between 3:30 and 4:30. The repairman made it by 4. He quickly made the repair and was very professional. I would highly recommend this company. They were responsive, prompt, and very professional. It helped save all our food from going bad!

I'm a gold mine for Angie's list reports this month. It seems as though almost everything at my house that can break has broken in the last couple of months. In this case, my fancy GE refrigerator went out. I called started down the Angie's list from the top and 123 Appliance Repair (James) was the first to get back to me. After leaving a message with their answering service, James called me back in about 5 minutes. He said he would be at my house in 1.5 hours, and arrived at about that time. All in all, from the time I called to the time my refrigerator was running again was less than two hours. James came and immediately knew the problem and had the part needed to fix it. After connecting about 40 wires to the new module, my refrigerator was good as new. $355 is about what I would expect to pay for same-day, weekend service. I'll call him next time something breaks, which at the rate I'm going will probably be next week.

James from 123 Appliance was able to come out the same day we called to complete the repair. He was extremely courteous, even allowing our two young children to watch him while he worked and kindly answering their questions. Repair was completed quickly and to our satisfaction. Only criticism would be the price. Parts for the repair was $80 with $50 for labor and $50 for delivery/transportation charge. For a repair that only took 20 minutes, $100 over and above parts seems steep. It should be noted, however, that based on the reputation of 123 Appliance Repair we did not seek other quotes, and the quality and professionalism they provided/exhibited did not disappoint.

I called 123 Appliance Repair about a problem I was having with my washing machine. They routed me to a technician immediately. I was very happy when instead of telling me he would have to come out to look at it, he gave me several step-by-step instructions on how to easily fix the problem, for free. I was able to fix the problem myself in 5 minutes with his help, at no charge! I will absolutely use them again.

It was a great experience with 123 Appliance Repair. They responded to my call. They came the very day I called them and did the job. They knew exactly where the problem was and changed the thermostat. Everything worked fine.

We were very happy they were able to come out on short notice and on a Saturday. They charged us the advertised price ($50) for a service call. It would have been nice if it were a cheap easy fix, but at least we were able to arrange for a new refigerator to be delivered (not by 123 Appliance Repair) the next day.

I used them because they run an ad monthly in Angie's List. They sent a man out and he came properly when he said. They told me he would be here between 5 and 7 p.m., and he came at 7 p.m. He supposedly fixed the problem. I don't feel like the price was reasonable at almost $200.00. It was almost $100.00 for the service call. When he got through he didn't put the burner on straight. He told me to switch it with one of the other burner. I did that after he left and it still didn't work right. The next day I called them and they sent him back. The owner wanted to satisfy me. A few days later my stove made a big popping noise and a white flash. It hadn't been fixed right. I didn't call them back because we had already had them out twice and it wasn't fixed. I called someone else, although he was very polite when he came.

Technician was punctual, called before he came, was extremely professional. He identified the issue with the ice maker very quickly and had the part on his truck to make the repair. Overall, excellent service from the first phone call to the completion of the job.

James came right in and knew the problem was the thermostat, replaced it and completed the replacement in 20 minutes. He came same day I called the company for assistance which meant the most. He came at 7:00pm the same day. He was very kind, congenial and had the expertise. I would highly recommend him and 123 Appliance. I told him, he had been adopted as my appliance repair guy forever..

I contacted 123 Appliance Repair in the morning and a serviceman came to the office in the afternoon. He replaced the door latch on our dryer in less than an hour and the dryer door now closes properly. Service was prompt and professional. My only complaint is that I thought a mileage charge of $50 was high. I don't know where the serviceman came from before he arrived at our office, but our office is only 12 miles from 123 Appliance Repair in Pineville.
