Very professional - parts ordered and came back a couple of days later to fix the problem.

He was able to repair the ice maker right away without having to come back. He came when he said he would and had reasonable pricing.

The guy who came did the job in two hours. He did a very good job. He tried to save me money, and showed me how to take care of the old pipes in my house. I thought he did a good job, and I would recommend them.

It was very frustrating. We got their name off Angies list and they had pretty good reviews. Whoever they sent on our service call was certainly unable to do anything. I'm glad he didn't try.

My dishwasher was repaired within a few days by the company James recommended. I would use 123 for any appliance repair - I always ask for James. He's great!

Used them two different times - once to fix a broken dryer (drum would not spin). I feel sure another repair company would have replaced a major part. But this repair person knew the product well and replaced a much smaller, cheaper part. A trick he learned through experience. Also used once to fix a leaking refrigerator. Quickly diagnosed and fixed. They are not the cheapest, but they are good, professional, punctual.

Great service! James was prompt in the phone reply and service call. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and pleasant / friendly. It was a great experience, and I would not hesitate to call 123 again for appliance repair work.

Called this morning regarding my less than 2 yr old Side by Side Kitchenaid Refrigerator not getting cold enough and technician was at door by noon. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Will call them for any appliance repair and will recommend them to friends and neighbors. I also appreciated the $10 coupon they offered on Angie's List.

Showed up on time. After checking the machine he explained what it would take to fix it and recommended we replace the machine. At my request, he took time to discuss his opinion of reliability of various types and brands of washers. Was polite and helpful

Fixed a GE Washer. They came out twice for two different problems but only charged us 1 trip charge, as one of the issues was a broken knob. He told us where to go to get a new knob and do it ourselves for about $1 vs. his charge. Then, they replaced a motor, which was not cheap but they were and are always on time, accommodating and professional. We've used them for multiple appliances and brands and they are always great to deal with.

They’ve been out and they were very good. We like their promptness and the attention to detail. The service work has just been fantastic. We don’t remember how much we spent on their services.

Overall, the experience was fine. They were able to schedule me in within the same day that I called.

I ended up not spending anything because he couldn’t fix my particular refrigerator which is fine. He came out and he was honest. He didn’t charge me anything for coming out since he couldn’t fix it. He came out when he was supposed to. I will use him again in the future if I need to.

Service was quick and prompt. Especially for Christmas Eve

I called the large retailer where I bought my dryer a few years ago and they had no record of me or the purchase. After giving my name, address, phone about five times, they decided to just re-register me in their system. In the middle of that process, the call was disconnected. Rather than calling back and going through all of that again, I decided to look on Angie's list for another service provider and saw 123Applicance. They were rated A and had over 100 reviews. By this time it was after 8pm, I decided to call thinking I would have to leave a message. To my surprise, someone answered the phone. He told me he would contact the technician in my area, but they generally don't return calls after 8pm and if he didn't he would contact me tomorrow. About 5 minutes later, James called and we setup a 2 hour window of time for him to come the NEXT DAY and also after 5pm, since I work. He arrived, diagnosed the problem, gave me the estimate, I told him to fix it, he went to his truck, got the part, repaired it and was gone in about 30 minutes. James was GREAT, the example of professionalism and customer service. He said that he carried more parts than most to allow him to fix the appliance on the first trip, rather than having to make the customer wait and meet him again for a second call. I thanked him for working so late and asked if I was his last call. He said that he had a couple of other calls that evening, one for a customer whose freezer just went out and he didn't want her to loose all her food, so he was headed there next. I was very impressed with James and 123Applicance and I will call them FIRST the next time that I need any appliance repairs.

I was very impressed with the guy there. He was very honest and told me it would cost more to fix my microwave as opposed to just buying a new one.

James looked at both problems and said he could replace the thermostat for $250, but that it would only solve the temperature problem in the refrigerator compartment. He indicated the freezer had a bad left drain block. The parts to repair and/or replace the drain block are no longer available and he said the problem would only get worse. He recommended we replace the refrigerator. We appreciate his expertise and his honesty. We've decided to replace the refrigerator.

It's good, except they don't tell you they are going to charge you $50 for a travel charge. He was very polite, very nice, efficient, and he did a good job. I have a problem with the $50 fee. I was very pleased with the result, but, I will not use them again, because of the $50 charge.

I didn’t spend anything on their services. They’re honest but they couldn’t fix the problem. I certainly wouldn’t want to rate them badly because they said right away that they couldn’t fix it, and they referred me to somebody who could. They couldn’t help it. They were helpful in getting somebody else. Since they couldn’t help me, they didn’t charge me. They came when they said they were going to and so that was fine. I will use them again in the future if I have a problem and if they could help me.

Came to the house on time, provide an estimate to replace motor in dryer. Did the work in an hour. When I went to pay, I had to redo my check because he reminded me I got a $10 discount for finding them in Angies List. He reminded me of the discount. Very professional. He replaced the motor, adjusted the door, adjusted the top metal, and checked the vents. He also removed a handful of coins that were stuck in the dryer. Very satisfied. Dryer runs like new. I highly recommend them. Very happy.

The man that came out was on time and very nice to deal with.

Called before 11am that day and he said he could get to us that day. He showed up and was able to resolve the problem. The price he quoted was the price we paid.

They were ontime and knew what they were doing. They got the job done with out any issues.
