Very professional and punctual. Willing to meet me late after work in the evening. I'm in Fort Mill and the service call was around 6:30 in the evening. Very accomodating

Found 123 Appliance repair, called on a Friday night around 9:00, got their voice mail which indicated we could send a text message (impressive). Sent a text, received a call back promptly the next morning. By noon James and his brother who was in from out of town arrived, took less than 30 seconds to diagnose the problem and had the refrigerator repaired in under 15 minutes--it was a computer bored that had blown. James and his brother were professional and worked quickly with a sense of humor kibitzing with my wife and I while they worked. An excellent experience and I will call them again for any appliance repair needs.

WOW is the first word that comes to mind about 123 Applicance Repair!! I called around 9:30am and James was at my house by 12:30pm the same day. James was such a courteous and honest guy and his response was so prompt that I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and will definitely recommend them to my friends. Now I understand why they have so many page of happiness nominations - simply the best!

We had an issue with our refrigerator and stove. I called 123 Appliance repair and explained to them my problems. They told me to see if the refrigerator was covered by recall, or the repair could exceed 600.00 (It was covered!) The stove was not covered, so I had them fix the stove at a reasonable price and had the manufacturer of the refrigerator repair the issue under recall. Because of 123 Appliance Repair's knowledge, honesty, and integrity, I would definitely call on them again.

I emailed these guys at around 9pm one night when we discovered the washing machine had stopped working. They called the next morning around 6:30am (and I didn't specify for them to call me asap either). He told me he could be by at 8am that morning. Sure enough, he came by and fixed out washer in less than an hour. It was less than 12 hours from when we contacted them til they were done. I found that impressive. I never asked them to fix it asap either. They were just fast. I would recommend these guys without a doubt.

I gave him the symptoms over the phone. He said he knew what to do to fix the problem. As well as gave me a dollar estimate to fix. He arrived and went right to work, had the part in hand, showed me the broken part and showed me where it was broken and why it was causing the refrigerator to get too cold. He was pleasant as well as professional. Took him just minutes to complete the job and the final repair charge was right in line. I strongly recommend 123 Appliance Repair.

The gentleman came out the same day and fixed the problem. But what's more he taught me how to fix it myself so I wouldn't need to call in the future. He was very pleasant and helpful!

He showed up a little late, but he called to let me know. The repair went well.

On Sunday, Sept.9, our washer door hinge on our Kenmore Duet washer broke. I had never used 123 before and looked them up. Amazingly, they take calls until 11:00 P.M. on Sunday. I immediately called and spoke to Donovan Reid, the owner. He said someone would be calling me. Within the next 5 MINUTES, I got a call from James Smith, who would be working on our problem. James showed up the next day and said he would have to replace both the door and hinge since they are one inseparable unit. Tuesday morning he returned and put in the new part. Their labor charge was very reasonable (the bulk of the charge, $127.00, was for the part). This company is probably the most responsive I have ever dealt with and would unhesitatingly use them again. Great work!

The entire process went very smoothly. I was particularly happy when the technician initially called and walked me through steps to try to fix the problem myself. Unfortunately this did not work which meant that the motor would have to be replaced. The tech told me he would call back the next morning with a quote and timing based on the motor I needed. He called when he said he would and the part was in stock. He scheduled the appointment for the next day. The tech was friendly, professional and careful. I was very happy with the service.

This is the way service should be! These folks are just the nicest people to deal with.. from start to finish. I called to have my washing machine repaired and they even offered to come the same day! I said it was unnecessary but I was very appreciative that they offered. This was the first time using this company but have received advice from them over the phone in the past. James, the repairman was so nice, professional and polite. He really knew his stuff! He went to work quickly and had the problem solved, and me back up and running within 45 minutes. (No more noisy washing machine!) I can't say enough good things about them. I've had so many poor experiences with contractors in the past. Thank you for the great work and taking care of us!

I filled out a form on the website on Wednesday needing a price quote on my refrigerator/freezer that is not cooling/freezing. No response. I then sent them a text. No response. This morning my husband calls and they have to call back. It took them about 30-45 minutes to call back. Someone called me back finally to apologize for not getting in touch with me earlier (apparently their website and text doesn't work). Finally my husband talks to the tech and it will be SATURDAY before they can get out here! Today is Thursday! AND they never gave a price estimate on the issue. All they said was it would cost $60 just to come out. Very bad customer service. Horrible response time considering they are supposed to be taking calls 24/7. And then it's going to take them TWO DAYS to get to me??? Really???

Labor Day weekend and our Kenmore Elite refrigerator quit running. Checked Angies list for the top 10, only to learn the first 9 do not work on Saturday. Called the last one, 123 Appliance Repair, told them of my problem and was told a technician would call me within 30 minutes and if not I was to call them back. Within 10 minutes Ron from 123 Appliance Repair called, and I told him what was going on. Ron said he there was 1 client just before me and as soon as he was finished with them he head my way; Ron gave an estimated an 11 AM arrival. Ron arrived shortly after 11 AM, went to straight to work, and fixed the problem. Ron was professional, engaging, and very friendly. I highly recommend 123 Appliance Repair.

The technician arrived promptly as scheduled the day after we called. He was knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly. Two door "switches" were replaced. The problem was fixed and the microwave now functions well.

He was very professional. We would highly recommend this company. We would use them again.

Associate was polite and professional. All parts were on the truck so there was no delay in service.

Our refrigerator stopped cooling, while the freezer was cooling perfectly well. We called 123 Appliance Repair after seeing them very well rated on Angie's List. They answered the call immediately, had someone available the same morning (in fact the repairman came within 90 minutes), diagnosed the problem (burned out fan motor) and repaired it, since he had the part in his truck, within 30 minutes of his arrival. We could not be more pleased with every aspect of the service, including the very knowledgeable and affable repairman.

James was very prompt, friendly and quick. He determined the dishwasher needed a new thermostat, had the part on the truck, and replaced it. All in under 30 minutes. The service was fast. The price was fair. I would 100% recommend 123 Appliance Repair.

I called and described the problem I was having over the phone and the service technician arrived the same day. He brought the garbage disposal I needed and removed the cracked one and installed the new one within an hour. He arrived promptly and gave me a good price.

I started having trouble with my Maytag washer making terrible noise while spinning. I called 123 Appliance Repair on 07/26/2012; James and I scheduled the appointment for 07/27/2012 between 8:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. On 7/27/2012, James called to verify that he would be at my home at 9:30 a.m. He arrived at 9:30 a.m. Very prompt. James came out; listened to the machine noise; and then balanced my washer. Yeah! Problem fixed. Awesome. This was the very first service call I made after joining Angie's List. I am impressed and if I need services again, I will definitely use Angie's List to locate a business. Thanks

I referred this company to my friend Mr. Parks. This is his first hand account of his experience with 123 Appliance Repair. Dean was very punctual, courteous, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the washer working within 30 minutes. There was a sensor that needed to be replaced. The problem I had was the bill. The price included the cost of the part which I had no problem with. I did have a problem with the trip charge of $50 AND the diagnosis charge of $50!! I also gave Dean my debit card information and I expected for nmy card to be charged by the next day. It wasn't, and my card expired at the end of the week. So I got a call saying my card was declined when in actuality, it just expired and the bank had issued a new card with a new number. I got that straightened out. Thy DID NOT charge me a declined card fee. Overall, Dean was very good at diagnosing the problem and fixing it, but I will try a different company next time and ask about their pricing up front.

Very polite and punctual. Went out of their way to make sure we were back up and running before the Independence Day holiday.

Service provided was exceptionally nice, and considerate! Completed my request the day I called, showed up at the beginning of the estimated timeframe [which I loved], called to give me warning that they were on their way -- as I was running around completing errands, called again to ask for directions, and completed service very quickly. Highly recommended and will be using them again in the future!
