Overall was excellent. Good work, and willingness to help when other companies didn't seem to care.

I called to schedule an appointment to have my washer repaired. The receptionist said she would have the repair tech contact me. In about 20-30 minutes the tech, James, called me to see what the problem was and said he could come by between 3:00-5:00. Shortly thereafter, he called to ask if he could come on as he was closer to my home than he thought. In about 5 minutes of checking the washer, he found the problem and told me what it would cost. It took him maybe 15 minutes to repair. I was very impressed with the entire experience. They came on the same day I called and was in and out in about 30 minutes!! On the price, I used a coupon the company had advertised through Angie's list, so an actual price would probably be more than what I paid, but still would be within a reasonable and comparable price range. $65.00 coupon included the labor and trip charge. It said this was normally $100.00 value. $27.35 was for the parts necessary to repair. James was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

James from 123 Appliance Repair was terrific. I called at 4:00 and explained that I needed to delivery cookies to school the next day. He came over at 8:30 at night and fixed the oven so I could get back to my baking. Super responsive, super nice. I highly recommend.

James Smith contacted me soon after my call. We discussed the possibilities of likely repairs. He came out within 3 hours of our conversation. He quickly confirmed the problem, had the correct part with him (A computer board) and fixed it. The whole repair took less than 30 minutes. He was polite, professional and obviously knowledgeable. I'll use him again and have recommended him to friends.

Everything went better than I thought it would

James was wonderful and very patient. He came on time and fixed my dryer. The next day he spent several hours on the phone giving me instructions on how to better work the dryer for optimum results. I am very pleased with this company and their professional response.

Customer service is fantastic. The receptionist was very responsive and got me in touch with the technician who scheduled the appointment the next day. The technician called 30 minutes prior to arrival and arrived within the scheduled time frame. The technician removed the spoon with relative ease and no damage to the disposal. The only gripe is the price ($90), but I realize that is the standard rate for small service repair service call. This should be your "go to" small appliance repair when you are in a jam.

It was a pleasure to work with James. He is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He was on time for both the diagnosis and repair calls. The estimate for repair was close to the final price.

Had a little problem with arriving on time but when he did arrive the problem was diagnosed and repairs were done promptly.

Mr. Reid arrived punctually and examined my oven. He replaced the heating coil to ignite the gas and it works great. He was very professional and I'll call him again.

Great! They gave us an appointment right away, and the gentleman that came out was extremely professional. He diagnosed the problem easily, had the repair done quickly, and let us know that the washer was in great shape, and could last for many more years. Very easy and painless experience overall. Would have like to pay less, as he was probably here less than 30 minutes total, but this may be the going rate for these types of repairs.

The repairman was courteous and punctual. He diagnosed both problems in just a few seconds and clearly knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend him to other customers. Did not rate the price above because we have no basis for comparison.

Excellent service. James did a super-professional job. Fast response and very quick service. Had to order a part but got the dryer working for us until the part came in several days later. My mom also had to call them for dishwasher repair. Again, fabulous service. Highly recommend them. So glad to have found someone professional and reliable to handle these kinds of problems. We've used the same appliance repair service for years. My husband suggested I check them out on Angie's List since we are subscribers. I was surprised to see another company - 123 Appliance Repair - with reviews, ratings and Super Service Award rankings higher and more numerous than any other providers. After comparing reviews I decided to give 123 a try. Withing seconds of calling the dispatcher, literally less than a minute, the service technician called to schedule a visit the same day. He called when he was 15 minutes away. James Smith is one of those competent professionals who don't need to talk about their skill; they simply do the work and it's evident. He is courteous, calm, knowledgeable and efficient - and warmly friendly. At my request he explained what he was doing and let me look over his shoulder. He laid protective hard boards on our soft cork floor before moving the refrigerator. He allowed me time to clean and dry the interior of the repaired freezer before putting everything back in. He provided the Angie's List discount without me having to print it off. The whole endeavor went smoothly, quickly, pleasantly. We're impressed!

Emailed 123 on a Sunday afternoon, expecting a call back on Monday.....Instead I got a call Sunday night from James, the technician who would handle my problem.....he arranged to visit on Monday, the following day. Got a call from 123 late in the morning telling me James was on the way....just after they called, I lost power in the house. Called them back, told them of my problem, they said they'd have James call. He did and decided to come anyway. Once he got here he was able to diagnose the problem (motherboard), had the part on board, replaced it. Just as he finished, the power came back on and the refrigerator works fine.

Washer would not work on several cycles. Agitator engaged before water started filling drum. I contacted 123 Appliance Repair. They called me back promptly, got the information and had a technician call me within minutes, even though the call was in the evening. The technician quickly discerned the problem, obtained the model number and scheduled to come out the next day. He came out, determined that the model number I provided was incorrect and determined the part needed to be ordered. He came back with the part on the next scheduled date. Replaced the part and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. This organization is prompt, courteous and professional. Service fee was very reasonable and technician was very knowledgable. I would use them again, withouth hesitation!

Receptionist who took my call was efficient and understood the issue. James was friendly and professional. I especially appreciate the same-day appointment and keeping to the promised schedule. All in all, this was a most enjoyable experience and I will happily call them if I have trouble with any other appliances.

called the office staff. the repairman called me back within 10 minutes. I was given a 3 hour service window and told that i would get a call 30 mintues in advance of his arrival. 15 minutes before the expiration of the window i called him back to find out when he was coming. he explained that a service call before mine went longer than expected but that he would be on site within 40 minutes. he made it in 30. When he arrived, James was very friendly, and professional -and quite friendly with my pets. he worked quickly. he did two pretty simple jobs (replaced ice maker, and replaced bearings in the dryer) in less than 40 minutes. i was given an estimate over the phone that was slightly higher than the final bill. that said, given how simple the task, and how little time it took to make the repairs, I was surprised at the non parts related cost of $110 (labor on site + trip charge). perhaps that is standard. i should have thought to ask when i called how the charges would break down. i did appreciate getting $10 off the bill because i used the Angie's list discount. I would recommend this organization again.

I called for refrigerator repair. The repairman called within 5 minutes after I called the office and scheduled a service call that same afternoon. He was prompt, professional and pleasant. The work was completed quickly , the price very reasonable, and the refrigerator was cooling that afternoon. I will definitely call them again for appliance repair.

The serviceman is incredibly nice and so very honest. He worked with my schedule and was very helpful. Great price for a quick fix and some good advice.

We spoke with the 123 technician at 6:30pm on a FRIDAY and he was in our house by 7pm! He had the part we needed in his van and he was able to diagnose, repair, and head out our door by 7:45pm. Our technician was very polite and professional, and it seems he was willing to come help us even though it was right at his "quitting time" for the night. 3 hours later, our 14 year old fridge is back at optimal temperature and the coolers are all unpacked.
