123 APPLIANCE REPAIR

I have used this company before and James did a great job last time and my wife felt very comfortable with him in the home so I called him back for this repair. I actually texted him and he called me back very quickly. He was at the house an hour later had diagnosed and repaired the problem for $170.00. The best news is my wife and I will not have to wash any more dishes by hand. I had a home warranty at one time but the vendors they would continually send do not hold a candle to James.

1-2-3 were very good to work with. They suggested I contact GE about problem.

Washing machine was making loud noise. The clips that held the tub in place were not holding it in place, The repairman was able to find out the problem used ingenuity and saved me money too. It is working great now, highly recommend, very nice, punctual and knowledgable!

I called 123 Appliance at 2:58 on Friday afternoon and spoke with a dispatcher who said she would give my information to the technician to get in touch with me. James called at 3:16 and said he could be at my house in an hour or so. He arrived at 4:30, diagnosed my refrigerator, gave me the news that it would need a new compressor which would cost more than a new fridge, gave me his card, and was out the door before 5:00. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with how easily and quickly the process went, and on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend! Far exceeded my expectations and I would most certainly call on James again.

When we moved to our new home in Charlotte, N.C. five years ago, we purchased all of our major appliances from Sears. Sadly, most of the Kenmore products have since either been repaired or replaced. James has been involved in all of the repairs. This time he came to our home to investigate why the oven in our dual fuel stove wasn't heating. He actually came two times to be sure of the proper diagnosis since it would work intermittently and because the cost of the replacement part, the main control board , is very expensive. When he was positive that that was the problem, he ordered the part, scheduled an appointment that was convenient for us, and replaced the defective part. He came within the scheduled time frame, quickly replaced the part and stayed until he was sure it was working properly. James also saved us several hundred dollars in the repair of our Kenmore Elite refrigerator. He told us of a recall situation dealing with the light staying on when the door was closed. After Sears denied the recall several times, they finally admitted that there was, if fact, a recall. Sears then came and replaced the defective part. Parts and labor would have been close to $500.

James squeezed us in same day. He arrived on time and immediately began diagnosing the problems with the refirgerator (bad pump and also needed a new cooling fan unit. Put a new heating element in the dryer. He was very courteous and professional and was a great experience. Will definitely use again in the future!

I called 123 Appliance Repair to have them come and repair my LG Refrigerator. The refrigerator light wasn't coming on at first and then it started staying on even after the doors closed. It burned the sockets and melted the light housing. After I told them this when I called they told me this was a common problem w/the LGs and that there was a recall for it. He instructed me to call LG directly to find out how to get the repair done under warranty or recall. He informed me that such a repair can cost over $400. What honesty and integrity!! They saved me $400! Many companies may not have been so honest and would have performed the repir to make the money. It seems this company is more interested in being honest and with good customer service. If I need appliance repair in the future I will definitely call 123 Appliance Repair!

He came qt a time of our convenience. He was on time. He was friendly and performed the service quickly. We have not had any problems with our dryer since.

I called and they came out the next day. They called keeping me updated about the time that they would arrive. The repairman was polite and explained things well. He examined our options carefully and was truthful. Our dishwasher was fixed and our fridge was replaced. Good service overall.

Adjusted oven in very professional manner. Was cordial and efficient. Was about 15 minutes late, but did call to say he was running a little behind. Overall a good experience.

Wonderfully easy. They gave me a quote over the phone to replace the garbage disposal, but they couldn't for the microwave without knowing what was wrong with it. He assumed the magnetron needed replacing and that it would require an estimate once confirmed. The first date scheduled was for the garbage disposal replacement (it was leaking from the base where the motor was) and to diagnose the microwave oven (which there was no charge for). He came on time, introduced himself and was very professional. The disposal was replaced quickly and he used blankets to cover my wood floors to prevent against any damages. He cleaned up after himself and scheduled the date to return so that he could order the magnetron that went with my microwave. There was no difference in the quoted estimate and the charge for the disposal. He returned about a week later with the part for my wall microwave. Again, he was prompt, professional, cleaned up after himself and my charges were not more than the estimate. Overall, I'm very happy at how smooth it went.

These guys are fantastic. When he was removing the glass top it cracked slightly. He assured me that it would be no problem to continue using it while he ordered a replacement at his considerable expense. I was a little concerned since this was my first experience with his company. Well, he came on schedule today with the new top and replaced it. The integrity and quality of this company is extraordinary.

Wen't well. Wished that they could have come out on the Saturday we called, but waiting until Monday to have our icemaker repaired really wasn't too bad.

Outstanding service and great price. The repairman "James" was able to predict correctly on the phone what the problem was & how much it would cost. Since my washer is almost 20 years old, I was afraid I'd have to replace it. But James told me the repair could be done & the machine could last 4 or 5 more years. He brought the part needed with him ,fixed it, & checked the machine to make sure the problem was solved. The only problem was that his visit was delayed about an hour after the 2 hour window of time scheduled for the appt. I was just about to call their office to ask what happened when he called to say he had been delayed by the previous job, but would be here in 10 minutes (& he was). The delay was only a minor inconvenience to me that day, but I mention this to encourage others who need a more accurate time frame to let 123 Appliance Repair know when you call to schedule.

Overall I had a positive experience, I'm certainly keeping this companies number on hand for the next time anything is in need of repair.

Great experience. James called before he came. Arrived right on time, got to work, fixed the leak, put everything back in the fridge/freezer and was finished in about a half hour.

He did an excellent job. I have had no problems since then.

Called the day before and the tech call right back and setup a time for the next day. Got a 30 minute call ahead as planned. Tech arrived and quickly fixed both problems. Very good overall experience.

It went very well. I would Would not hesitate to use 123 again. Extremely satisfied. What did you do with my first revew sent two days ago.

Our refrigerator freezer went out, all the food thawed and had to be disposed of. I called 123 Appliance Repair and talked to James and we set up a time for him to come check out the refrigerator. He arrived and within 5 minutes knew exactly what the problem was. It took a total of 20 minutes and he was finished.

Very happy and impressed with the overall service.

They were able to come the next day and had the problem solved in about 10 minutes.

I left a request for quote on their website with details of what was needed. I had a voicemail from one of their people the next day with a name and phone number to call. I called back and got voicemail, so I asked them to call me back, After not hearing from them for 3 days, I called the main number and was told within 30 seconds that they do not service Samsung refrigerators. It would have been much more efficient if this had been communicated in the first message that I received from them. I am willing to give them another chance in the future based off of the review posted, but my first experience wasn't great.

He is great. They did a very good job. He has worked on a washing machine and refrigerator in the past. He is very up front about the service and provides costs on the parts.

Outstanding service! 15 minutes after submitting a service request, we received a phone call from a technician who scheduled an appointment for the following morning. The technician arrived 10 mintues before our scheduled appointment time and had the repairs completed within 25 minutes. Thank you for your exceptional service.
