Jermaine called when he was on the way and arrived on time. He patiently listened and quickly diagnosed the issue with the washer. He repaired that and then thoroughly cleaned the dishwasher and dryer. He provided tips for using the appliances and extending their lives. He was pleasant, patient, and professional.

These guys are top-notch. They have demonstrated technical expertise with all kinds of household appliances. They are honest, do excellent work, and have reasonable/responsible pricing. I have reached out to them for the past few years for several large and small household appliance repairs, and they have always tried to assess my problem first by phone to determine if the issue really warrants a service call--i.e., they understand that sometimes there are lower cost or better alternatives for their customers. E.g., once I was able to fix a problem myself with a little information, and another time, they were able to confirm that the cost of a new appliance was less/more practical than fixing the one I already had. Based on how they have treated me, I will absolute call these guys the next time I have have an appliance problem.

We have had James out to the house multiple times to take care of various repairs on our appliances over the years. Very professional. He is always able to take care of the issues we are having. I used to call sears, now I call 123 Appliance Repair.

123 Appliance Repair were great to work with and very responsive. They came out right away and did an excellent job fixing our washer and dryer which needed service. The repairmen were professional, polite, and did an excellent job.

Serviceman was prompt and quickly resolved the issue. Did not try to "sell" me anything just reviewed the problem and fixed it.

He came the first time on the 13th I believe b/c he had to order the part. Returned on the 19th put the motor in. It made one row of ice and stopped. We waited a few days to see if it would start. Phoned back and had to leave. We never received a call back. Someone is scheduled to come tomorrow.

James is always great to work with, either on the phone or in person. Great experience.

We have used 123 appliance repair for several appliances over the years. They are quick to respond, very professional, and have solved the issue reach time. Once they have the issue diagnosed and the part, they will be in and out of your house in an hour. If it's not worth it to fix your appliance and buy another one, they even tell you that and don't waste your time. The cost is the price of the part and the time it takes to install. He fixes everything very quick. He won't be there all day tinkering.

Once I got the tech on the phone it all went smoothly. I needed a main control board, but that was much much better than replacing the very nice fridge. And I didn't even have to go there (I was away in Florida, so was delighted to handle everything by phone).

It took a couple of visits to identify the real problem but once that was determined, it was quickly back in working order. Communication was excellent. Will definitely use again.
