He was here for a short amount of time, he told me that the motor was out in it and he was unable to repair it. He diagnosed the problem though but he did not have the means to repair it.

They were very good people to work with. Repairman looked over the problem, told us the part was on national back order and gave us some suggestions. Would definitely call them again.

The technician named James came out and look at our refrigerator he also gave us a quote on a new part.

One of the first things James said to me, before even opening the refrigerator door was that the pipe for the water needed to be moved and that I did not have enough water pressure, which is probably why no water/ice. That made no sense to me because ice/water had been working fine for five years. Water worked before he left, and eventually a few ice cubes were produced. As he left, he advised me to get a plumber out to change the location of the water pipe to obtain more pressure. I called another company, and they sent a serviceman out that day, he assessed the situation and told me I needed to replace the filter housing which I had previously cracked. He ordered the piece and replaced it the next day. James was very professional, prompt and seemed to have adequate knowledge. It could be that he really did think the icemaker/water would function properly, though I was very disappointed.

Overall it was great. I had moved into an apartment and when the freezer stopped working the landlord called 123 appliance. James showed up that same night. I believe it was after regular business hours, maybe 7:00 pm. So while he was fixing the appliance we started talking and I told him I had a house I was going to rent out and was having so much trouble with the people I had hired. Not finishing job, shoddy workmanship, etc. etc.. James is who recommended Angies List to find the professionals I needed. So when the dryer stopped working at the place I was ready to rent out. I called 123 Appliance. I really think my membership was money well spent. I will always go to Angie first when I need to get the job done right.

My experience with 123 Appliance Repair was very good. The man was very knowledgeable.

I have no issue with workmanship or service. However, I have come to learn the NEW module retails for approx $85. That would make a $40 part markup, $50 trip charge and $60 labor and service charge. I feel what amounts to a $150 "labor" charge is an exorbitant amount for approximmately 20 minutes of actual work.

The freezer and frig. on a refrigerator at a rental property had been repaired (by a company who's name I will not mention). A few weeks later the freezer stopped working so I called the company that did the repair, they would not return my calls. I went to Angies List and called 123 Appliance Repair. James came out and fixed the freezer, what a nice man! Apparently the other company replaced the wrong part, now I have paid twice. A month later the refrigerator stopped working. It was a Saturday and my tenants were upset that the refrigerator had gone out for a second time. I was not sure at this point if it was worth repairing, I thought I would need to buy a new one. I called 123 Appliance Repair and explained my concern, and they had James call me. I asked for his advise and he offered to check out the refrigerator at no charge. He located the problem, a switch on the compressor had been wired incorrectly by (the company who's name I will not mention). James did the repair at no additional cost because and I quote "You are now our customer". Many thanks to James and 123 Appliance Repair.

Our refrigerator was getting warm last night. My husband called Sears and was on hold for 20 minutes and very frustrated. I called 123 Repair and they immediately told me they would come between 12-3 and call me 30 minutes before arrival which they did. James was very warm and friendly and knew exactly what needed to be done, had the part in his truck and 30 minutes later my fridge was fixed!! The most painless process I have ever had with a repairman! I give them 5 stars!! :) I highly recommend!

James came out to assess the problem with our dishwasher. He arrived on time and was able to tell that due to another problem, we actually needed a whole new dishwasher.

Overall the job was completed as expected.

First off, I hate Kitchenaid. I've had a ton of problems. That being said, James from 123 was very professional and did a great job with my most recent issue. The Ice maker door motor failed. Long story but the bottom line is that James worked very hard diagnosing a strange problem with a manual reset preventing the new motor from working. Anyway, it's fixed now and I will be calling 123 for all my future appliance needs (and requesting James).

We called concerning our dishwasher not drying properly. The technician called back promptly and said he would look up the part and call with an estimate. After two days of searching for the part we found out that, unfortunately, the part was discontinued two years earlier. They were very helpful in trying to fix our problem. I will use them in the future.

The part was replaced in less then an hour. Repairman was very efficient.

James was here about 15 minutes. He was professional, polite & knew what he was doing. The screws holding the temperature had come out. He was able to fish the control out from inside the oven cabinet & reinsert the screws. I will contact 123 Appliance Repair for my future appliance repair needs.

there was a loud buzzing noise that would happen at intervals. it was getting louder over time. I called 123 and described the problem and they were quick to send out a technician. He listened to noise and immediately knew what was wrong which was different from what last repairman told me. He fixed the fan and the noise has disappeared! He was quick and thorough and the price was reasonable.

We were delighted with the service and responsiveness of 123 Appliance Repair. 123 Appliance Repair sent a repairman to our home soon after we called to request service, and once the repairman diagnosed the problem and our need for a replacement part, he ordered the part and returned to our home a couple of days later. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and once the repairs were completed, our washing machine was working as good as new. I highly recommend 123 Appliance Repair and will definitely call them again when I need appliance repairs in my home.

James took my email request, called me about appt which was scheduled for the next morning, called me before coming, fixed my electric oven within 20 minutes. He was absolutely the best customer-service oriented repair person we have ever had. He was knowledgeable and personable. The oven wires for the new unit to be inserted shorted out. James had to pull out the drop-in oven, pull the wires out and repair the connection. Amazing man, James. He could make a fortune with his communication and technical skills. I would recommend him for any type of work. As in this case, I will always use Angie's list to select companies which are reliable and honest. Trille

I had an appointment for between 5 and 7, after work hours. This was a day where we were experiencing bad weather. I didn't hear from them at the appointed time, but the service tech called around 8:20 or so, and asked if it would be ok to still come, that he had gotten behind due to extra calls. I told him it would be fine. He arrived around 9, and started checking things, and said the ice maker motor was bad. He told me what it would cost, and said he had one on his truck for my type of refrigerator. I went ahead and had it replaced then and there. He was very nice and helpful, and I feel went beyond what he needed to do, due the the icy conditions. I had used 123 Appliance Repair before to fix my dishwasher, and was happy with that also.

They did a very, very good job. They came out within a matter of hours. Their prices were reasonable. They were courteous and responsive. They guaranteed their work.

I actually had ANOTHER company scheduled to come out to fix my dryer that day. I had called the manufacturer of my dryer and they sent this particular company. After a very unsatisfactory experience with the company the manufacturer sent out and finding out that it would be the following week before they could fix it, I decided to call a different company. Before calling I checked Angie's List and saw what an excellent rating 123 Appliance Repair has and called. One of the owners came out the same day and fixed the dryer. Not only was he professional and friendly, he fixed the dryer in a matter of minutes and charged me less than the other company had quoted. I couldn't have been more pleased and will always call 123 when I need appliance repair!

James arrived on time, called when he was on the way. He had the necessary parts and spread out a 'blanket' on the floor to protect it. I watched as he made the repairs and was very quick and neat.

Service person was friendly knowledgeable and punctual. He was also willing to explain exactly what the problem was. would use again.

Excellent initail contact: Actually diagnosed issue over the phone based upon LG error codes. Parts pre ordered (both delivery and price expectations set up front and properly met). Repairman showed up and fixed problem within the expectations set. Repairman was extremely professional (James), courteous and competent. Could not have been a better experience. Oustanding company with exceptional people.

Called on Monday Jan 21. Left a message with the answering service. The technician called within 30 minutes and we sat up a time on tuesday with a 3 hour window. The technician called 30 min before he arrived. (my husband was home for the repair.) He told him that I suspected that the pump had something blocking it. He checked it and found glass which he removed and the dishwasher works fine. The garbage disposal could not be fixed. (frozen after 20 yrs) So he replaced it with a similar model. He was here 1 hour and left every thing clean and repaired.
