When I first called the company, the owner told me there was a closer repair business I might consider. I said I wanted his company because of the reviews on Angie's List. He assured me he would send someone as soon as possible. I appreciated his response knowing it was a 40 minute drive for his repairman. Ron carefully checked the appliance and made me feel confident in his knowlege. Although I had to buy a new refrigerator, I am glad I had a professional person help me make that decision. I also received a $10 discount for being a member of Angie's List.

It went very well. The only issue was that he did not show up when estimated. But it was not a big deal in that we just rescheduled it for the next day.

The serviceman was great, punctual, professional and friendly. He explained our options and the overall cost ahead of time. The repairs took 2 trips to our house on 2 separate day (to get the part for the range) and we were only charged for one house call which was fair.

Called 123 Appliance based on reviews on Angie's List. Wasn't sorry. James was excellent - professional, on time, knowledgeable, and fair in his pricing. Would recommend them.

Responsiveness and Punctuality can only be rated as an "A" as that is as high as it goes. After submitting the request for a call back, we received one within minutes and James was at our house (after hours) within an hour. James was never in a rush, nor did he immediately go for the most expensive repair possible. He took his time checking everything out and started with simple things and work up to (unfortunately for us) a major repairt. James made sure to explain what he was doing, what he was testing and what the results were. When it was determined that we needed to have parts ordered, James kept in contact with us letting know the status, making sure we would be available when the parts came in and scheduled a time that was conveinent for us. James came in and quickly got the repairs completed and made sure we did not have any questions before he left. A+ all around! Fingers crossed we never need to have another appliance repaired; but if we do, we will definitely be calling 123 Appliance Repair.

Called Jim on a Thursday and he was able to work with our schedule and performed the repairs on Friday afternoon. Jim was very responsive via cell phone and showed up ontime.

As I said above, I called he told me promptly when he would be here and approximately how much it would cost, made the repair very efficiently, and the repair was completed.

Their tech was very courteous and showed me exactly the the problem was. He was in and out in no time. The refrigerator now works fine.

We did not select this vendor for our dryer repair needs.

They explained everything to me. Gave me options an choices. I felt they were being good honest people there with pride in their name and work. Can't stress how impressed I was with them.

James was extremely prompt and courteous. He had to come twice and called ahead to give me adequate time to meet him at the house both instances. If I had turned the ice maker on prior to his arrival, giving it time to reproduce the problem for his diagnosis, then a second trip would not have been required. Even though that was my error, he did not charge me a second trip fee. He was completely upfront about the different actions I could take and the cost of each (for ex: I don't care if my water is cool coming out of the refrigerator, so I did not pay to have the cooling compartment replaced. He removed the leaky one and reconnected, bypassing that whole system--saving me money!!!). It has been nearly a month, and everything is operating perfectly (except for my cat who was not used to hearing the ice fall into the bucket in the freezer anymore--now it startles him every time!).

I contacted 123 Appliance Repair per Angie's List recommendation and I met the owner out at my condo. While $90 to remove door and another $90 to put back on was a little steep, it was a new refrigerator and I needed it to be done properly and carefully. I had no issues on my first visit. Second visit has not gone well. We were supposed to meet between 12 and 3. At 3 wife called office and was told they would get with technician. At 3:30 person told my wife they had texted and called trying to reach technician. I left a message at 4:15pm and finally received a call at 4:40pm. Tech said they were stuck on a washing machine for 2 hours. I said that is not my issue and we shoal have received a phone call. Tech stated we did, at which point I told him we didn't. I was short with the tech and was told all he could do is apologize and then he proceeded to get an attitude and I was told that he has had a bad day and I could either let him do the work or find someone else. Had I not been desperate to have this done I would have found someone else. . I understand everyone can have a bad day, but that doesn't excuse the delay or lack of communication. He did inform my wife they call 30 min prior to coming and it was ridiculous that she was waiting there. I was unaware of that or she wouldn't have been there. Also when she asked if he could plug in refrigerator he told her, normally there is an extra charge for that. Wow! Extra charge to pull out the refrigerator a little to plug it in. I also now believe this is a one technician outfit, otherwise I would have had someone else to cover for him. At the end of the day 123 Appliance did good work for me, and I'm sure they do good work for others, but I will not use again. Being a small company if they get caught up with a repair you will suffer.

123 appliance Repair was very responsive to getting back to me and working with me on service times. He did not try to sell me a service that I did not need and he looked over my manuals to check and see if any of the parts that needed to be replaced were under warranty. I had him return to look at my kitchenaid dishwasher 2 weeks later. The $90.00 that I spent was for 2 visits. I would highly recommend 123 Appliance Repair for repair on appliances

They gave me an estimate on the phone. The tech that came out was real knowledgeable. He had been in the business for almost 30 years. He was real professional. He fixed the washer and it has been working perfectly. We had some additional issues with the freezer where the icemaker would not work and he came back free of charge. He had forgotten to turn the water back on. He apologized and said that it was his fault. It was a really good experience and they stand behind what they do. They did an excellent job. Another company said they wouldn't even look at at the washer. I saved a lot of money by not having to buy a new washer.

After trouble shooting over the phone, tech replaced ice maker quickly and professional. Would use again!

Things went pretty well. The service was fine. I just got a little sticker shock when I found out a little cooling fan was over $150. It is probably the going price.

He was very kind and knew what he was doing. I was very pleased with his service and would highly recommend him.

It went pefectly, I mean just the way you want a service call to be...............on time and the job done right and quickly with great courtesy! The bill wold have been $52 but there was an Angie's List "coupon" on the website making the final charge but $42, trust me when I say I would have gladly paid double. These are good people, I have their card on file, and James was not only nice and informative but very professional...............the kind of person you want doing work in your home!

Called them for estimate. James returned call and responded next working day. Work was professional and done in a minimal amount of time.

My dryer quit working the morning of April 12. I called 123 Applicance Repair and they said they could send someone out later that afternoon, however, I received a call a little later where the technician was available earlier than expected. James was very professional, found the problem with my dryer quickly and let me know what the cost would be. He had a motor for my dryer on his truck, so was able to get the repair completed quickly. The service was excellent - no mess left behind. You couldn't even tell that he had been here except that my dryer now worked perfectly!

I used the self-cleaning on my approx 14 year old double wall ovens and when I woke up this morning, I noticed that the display had gone out on my oven and the doors were still locked for cleaning. None of the buttons worked - the oven wouldn't turn on, clock wouldn't work, nothing. I was afraid that it was dead and we would have to buy a new one. I called 123 Appliance Repair and they told me that they thought they could check it today (I was having a coffee the next day and would need an oven.) James called me back timely and told me that he would be able to get out around lunch time. He said he would call on his way to my house. He called about 1:15 and said that he was 5 minutes away; I was on my way to a brief meeting but he said that he would check it out and call me/text me. When I got home, he said that he replaced the thermostat - the cause of the problem and that the self-cleaning function likely caused it. The price was very reasonable and saved me from buying a new oven and it was fixed in time for the coffee. THis was my second experience with 123 and they have been punctual, helpful and reasonable.

I was a little concerned because we had just cleaned the carpeting in the area outside the utility room and he was wearing his street shoes, however he did not leave any dirt behind. Guess I have gotten use to service folks putting on the "surgical booties) to avoid any problems. He was professional and pleasant to talk with. I did check with an on line parts store to price the pump, his markup seemed fair. I would use them again, and have.

Called yesterday to schedule service for our 10 year old GE gas range (oven was not working). James called me back right away and scheduled service call for today. James called this morning to let us know he was on the way, and arrived promptly. Quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad igniter. He had the part with him, and replaced it in no time. James was very friendly and knowledgeable, and total service call time was about 30 minutes. Would definitely contact again for any future repairs!

Over all it was a positive experience. James was very pleasant and professional. I just hate he had to return so many times.

Washing machine for my tenant couldn't turn anymore. The agitator went bad. 123 Appliance Repair was able to replace the agitator and I did not have to replace the washing machine. Very Fairly Priced. Janie
