I emailed them Sunday afternoon and got a quick response that James would be calling me, which he did to set up the appointment for Monday morning. James was on time and very professional. The part my dryer needed was not a usual part so he went and got it and returned in the afternoon, fixed my dryer and fixed my washer while he was here. Both are working like new! Will recommend this company to all my friends and family! Great job!! James is an asset to your company!!

Called first thing Monday AM and the repairs were completed by that evening. Easy job, replacement of a broken switch. James Smith arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Very professional, personal and overall nice gentleman to work with. I would recommend this company in the future.

Quick response,on time & fixed problem in timely manner

We had a garage refrigerator that suddenly quit working. 123 called back promptly after I requested a quote on their site. (which by the way they did not give a quote, it is just a way to get your phone number).I explained the situation and asked did he think it was the compressor. He never really answered but said he would tell us if it was not worth fixing. So of course, after 5 minutes here and $40 later, he said yes it is the compressor. I gave them a low score because after reading several other reviews for other companies, other companies said over the phone that if it was not the compressor it was probably a relay switch. I fell for the quick and easy "online quote" which was not a quote as I said. I feel like 123 could have been more forthcoming so I wish I had taken the time to call other suggested providers because that $40 could have been applied to the new refrigerator we have to buy now.

He knew by the description what he needed to do. He had the part and fixed the appliance then and there on the spot. I did feel the service was expensive. He was neat, nice and thoughtful. Overall, it was a good experience.

The repair required two visits. James first call was in mid-October. James looked at the dishwasher and ordered the part over the phone before leaving our house. When the part arrived, in about 10 days, James scheduled the repair. He called about 1 hour before the scheduled time, as he had completed another repair. James replaced all the broken and damaged components in about 15 minutes, and explained the proper operation of the door opening device so that it would not be damaged in the future.

I got 123 appliance name from your list and called them first thing Monday and they were out to my home within 3 hours. The technician who`s name was James came in and fixed the timer within 5 minutes. I thought I was going to have to buy a new timer but he just adjusted it put it back on and it worked. James arrived on time after calling first. He was very friendly (even to my dogs!), professional and efficient. He quickly identified the problem, had the parts in his truck and finished the repair in less than an hour.

We had an extra fridge in the garage, which was great for storing leftovers, big purchases from Costco. It was a scratch and dent that we got about 9 years ago, no bells or whistles, just a fridge. About a month ago, it just died. No gasping , no slowly fading, it just died. We were trying to figure out our next steps, trying to fix it or just get a new one. I read the reviews of 123 Appliance Repair, and went to their website to get a quick quote. About 5 minutes later, I did get a call from 123 Appliance Repair, asking for details on the fridge. Unfortunatly, I was at work, but they then called my wife at home, who gave make and model information, and told her that they would be by in 2 hours. 2 hours later, they were there, and told my wife that it could be one of 2 things-A compressor failure, or a switch issue. After pulling the fridge from the wall, he looked it over, and immediatly found it was an issue with the switch. It was fixed in a few moments. The 123 Appliance Repair tech even fixed the light that I had tried to replace. They were prompt, on time, knew their stuff, and knew what to do. I will definitly call them again if we have any appliance issue

Because this was not an emergency, I used their website to send an email request for a quote expecting to hear in a day or two. Within 5 minutes I received a call from James who asked the pertinent questions and scheduled a repair for 7pm that evening. Not only that, I received a call around 4pm to let me know that Brian could be there at 5pm if convenient. Brian was professional, personable, and very efficient. He gave me a quote and, on my approval, had the hose replaced and tested, the refrigerator returned to its location and everything cleaned up. The best service and fairest pricing for any company we have used. We would and will (if needed) absolutely call 123 Appliance Repair again and recommend their services without reservation.

This service was awesome and they work on the weekends

We really liked their responsiveness, experience, knowledge, professionalism. We called on a Sunday with a non-emergency and they had a service person at the house the next day when promised. The refrigerator works great today. We will definitely call this company again when the need arises.

Told me a I needed a new socket to make it work. $90 and the light still does not work

The repairman arrived and I showed him the Fridge and the Ice Maker. I asked him what a repair of this type would cost. he replied anywhere from $150.00 to $250.00. He started the repair and showed me the module that was the problem and it was a small motor encased in a plastic box 3" Wide x 4-1/2" tall and 5" long. His time for this repair was no more than 25 minutes. The trip charge was $50.00 and I have know how far he had to travel. He could have been around the corner. The Control was $125.00, Labor $60.00 plus tax. I believe this was extremely costly. The companies name was: 123 Appliance Repair.

I could hear the ice maker trying to fill with water, but didn't hear the water running. Upon investigating, I saw that the tube where the water dispenses was frozen. I called 123 Appliance Repair and spoke to someone who said she would have a repair person call me. James called within 5 minutes and knew exactly what the problem was when I described what was happening. He was at my door within 90 minutes, and quickly replaced the faulty part. While I was impressed with James' promptness, I was more impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and friendly manner. When he heard my dogs barking on the back porch, he told me to let them in, then he proceeded to chat with them while he worked. I'll gladly recommend 123 Appliance Repair to everyone I know. If there was an A+ rating, I would certainly give it to 123 Appliance Repair, and specifically to James.

Good side: fridge was fixed quickly. Cooling fan was humming loudly. James returned my call instantly. Was told over the phone estimates could be from $150 to $300+ Appointment was available for later in the day, but my schedule needed the next day. Ron (technician) was prompt and courteous. Upon inspection Ron stated the sensor was bad and this is a common problem, however a solid cost/estimate wasn't given until the fridge/fan was taken apart. Then I was hit with the $90 labor AND $50 trip charge for a $62 part...sticker shock. Tech spent less than 1 hour; I felt I had been taken advantage of since I was between a rock and a hard place with the fridge taken apart - was I going to say thanks, but no thanks?! I may be out of touch with in-home repair services, but this seemed excessive.

James was punctual, polite and professional. James asked for a copy of our manual and determined the problem was under warranty. Always keep a copy of your warranties and manuals! Since 123 Appliance Repair does not do warranty work for this dishwasher, he advised calling Jenn-Air. He explained that the door was not made correctly causing our problem.

I left a message in the morning and the a lady called me back soon afterwards. She said I would hear back from their technician soon after that. James called me and I was unavailable to meet him until after 2pm from prior commitments, but he said he would circle back towards Fort Mill at the end of his day. I heard back from him close to 6pm and he said he was about an hour out. I told him we would run up the street to grab dinner. He said that would be fine. He even called while we were at dinner and said he needed an extra 30 minutes so not to rush thru dinner:) When he was on his way he called me again to give me a heads up. So nice to talk to on the phone and even sweeter in person. James was very professional and you could tell he really takes pride in what he does. It was a super long day for him, but you would never know it based on his attitude. I would recommend you guys to everyone I know. James is a fantastic person on top of being very knowledgeable. He is the kind of person you want to invite over for dinner. :)

Washing machine spun like it was out of balance. He said it was the tub and wasn't worth fixing. Charged service charge.

The telephone person was very friendly and knowledgeable. James was the service tech assigned to my call. He called me within an hour to schedule a time. He arrived at the appointed time. He quickly assessed the problem. He ordered the part and was back before lunch to install it. He was a gentleman and even answered a question unrelated to my service call. This was my first time with 123 Appliance, will certainly call them again.

James was excellent. He returned my call quickly, schedule an appointment for the next day, called before he came and was on time. He was knowledgable and friendly and was able to identify the problem quickly and fix it. He also provided helpful information on another old appliance I have that needs to go!
