The technician called 15 to 20 minutes before he arrived. He repaired the ice maker in about 30 minutes. He had everything he needed in the van. I would use them again.

Ultimately after talking with this provider as well as one other and performing some service myself I decided to replace the refrigerator this spring.

We discovered our clothes washer was not working on a Sunday night, called early on Monday morning and the repairman was at our house by 10:30 monday morning. The business was very prompt, professional and had the parts on hand to replace our broken pump on our washer. He completed the job in less than an hour. I am very pleased to have the issue fixed so quickly.

This time I need a new dishwasher pump. They gave me time to decide if I wanted them to repair it or buy a new one. I decided to let them repair it. They ordered the part and the install took 20 to 30 minutes. They always have found the problem quickly and make the repairs quickly. The tech are just great.

This was the second time we used 123 Appliance Repair. The first time as well as this time we received courteous responses and excellent service. The repairman was very knowledgeable and pinpointed the problem within five minutes of his arrival. Overall it took him 30-45 minutes to repair. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed.

I called and left a message last Tuesday needing a washing machine seal for my front loader. It is one week later, no call back. :(

We found that the fridge was actually bad. The technician was excellent. He diagnosed it and did an excellent job. The pricing was very competitive.

I called their phone number and a gentlemen told me he would have James the repair person call me back within in an hour to advise me of what time he will be coming today. I am having a real estate luncheon tomorrow at 11a and found that my washing machine was leaking. I am unable to pull the washer out to see where the leak is coming from. I needed someone to come out today. After waiting for hours I called back and spoke with a Christine who was unable to help me. I did get a call back from James who states it would be impossible to make it out to fix the leak today or before noon tomorrow. When I told him that I had been held up for two hours for a call back, now I am being told it won't be until tomorrow when I am having my luncheon until they can fix my leak and then when I tell them I feel victimized James says, "Oh, yeah" and hangs up on me. That is just no way to do business. The only thing James is professional at is rudeness.

They called and it's like they didn't want my business. I had called them and left a message, and they returned my call. The connection of the line was horrible, and it's like the gentleman was carrying on a conversation with me and with someone else he was with. He said they didn't need to come out for the problem I had, he said we just needed to replace the dishwasher. I felt like he didn't want my business, the gentleman was not pleasant. He was telling me to replace a dishwasher which is less than 3 years old. Maybe we are far away from him, and he didn't want to tell us. They called back within 3 hours of me calling them.

Called the office to schedule an appointment to replace rubber seal on my front load washer. James called back to get the model number, then called again to tell me the part would be in the next day. James called me to keep me updated, and once the part was in , he called to schedule a time for replacement. From first call to installation was 2 days. James was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely use again.

James arrived about an hour after my initial call. He was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem immediately and in 45 minutes had my LG working perfectly. He also gave me great tips to keep it running clean. I will definitely call him again!

Arrived punctually, worked quickly and cleanly, assisted client (who has limited back flexor ion due to surgery) in returning items to under sink storage. Cost was consistent with estimate, but seemed about 10 percent higher than market-- not a major issue given ease of service.

They responded to our on-line request for quote within 30 minutes. An appointment was scheduled with a short arrival window. They met the appointment time and called giving a 30 minute notice. They repair took 20 minutes and actual cost was less than the estimate. Very professional and they will be our go to appliance repair company in the future.

Dean arrived on time as promised after calling and giving me 30 minutes warning as I was not home at the time he called. I asked him to determine the reason my dishwasher was leaking water on my kitchen floor. He found the problem and repaired it completely and explained to me what he had done. He was patient with me explaining the details so the problem wouldn't recur. He took the time to explain why it happened and what had gone wrong. He also answered questions about a separate appliance when I asked him. He advised me in a professional and respectful way and cleaned up after his work.

When the man came to my door from 123 Appliance Repair he introducted himself and was very polite, he was here to fix my refridgerator. The refridgerator was leaking, and the freezer was freezing up. So he had to take the inside back off to see where it was freezing or blocked, and there was a chunk of ice in there that he took out that had a piece of styrofoam stuck in it that was clogging the drain, once that was removed he had to get all the water out so the drain could run freely again. He was right on the money with it and it works like new again. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing I think and a very pleasant man. Thank you Dean! So to me it was well worth the money I paid to have the piece of mind that an expensive appliance was fixed and is covered if it should happen again all I have to do is call. So far it works like a charm.

I sent an email to the company through the Angie's List link. Within 30 minutes I had a call that a repair man was able to come out and on his way. He was at the house within a very short time and assessed the problems we were having. He was able to repair the washer, quickly and effectively. He noted that the water line in refrigerator was frozen, was able to give me suggestions to get it working again, at no cost. Responsive, professional, and efficient.

fast, professional, courteous, reliable, and knowledgeable. everything you could possibly want in a service provider; these folks "get it". Would not hesitate to recommend or use again in the future.

They did a good job. They were very prompt and pleased with the service.

The warranty company wasn't able to find anybody for the service. I called several companies that day and 123 Appliance Repair returned my call within 15 minutes. They were able to come out within an hour. The warranty company paid for the service but their price was reasonable as far as I can remember.

The man called back immediatley and spoke with me over the phone. He had me check a button and the garbage disposal was fixed! Ha! It was wonderful and he was so kind. Thank you! I will call them in a heartbeat for any future troubles!

Overall, they were fine. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. However, after they came out and fixed whatever they fixed, it stopped making the squeaky noise, but it started making a thumping noise. They did offer to come back out and fix it, but then all of a sudden, the thumping noise stopped.

It went well. They came out within the same day, actually at about 7:00 pm and didn't charge us extra for the late hour. They called 15 mins prior to arrival to let us know they were on the way. So far, the refrigerator is doing well.

Great! I now have ice.

Dean was excellent. He installed a new ice maker, provided information on a simple part for the dishwasher which he did not carry in the truck (could have come back for a 2nd charge but was up front about that). The real reason for the call was to look at the washing machine. He could have faked a repair for a charge but was up front that the cost of the repair was not worth it and I should just buy a new one. First time using them, recommend them highly.
