I used their website to contact 123 Appliance Repair and within 30 seconds my husband's phone was ringing to schedule a service call for the next day. They were there on time and spent about 45 minutes repairing the refrigerator. I am extremely pleased. We went from an non-working fridge to a working fridge in about 24 hours.

I used Angie's List to find a repairman for my dishwasher. I contacted what looked like a top rated company and many of the reviews talked about how fast they got the repair done. When I called, they said they couldn't come out for three days...I said ok. There were supposed to be here between 9am-Noon and explained to them I had an important meeting in the afternoon and they said no problem. I got a call a few minutes before noon saying he was running late and would be there in the afternoon...which I said was no good and we had discussed that! I asked could they come later like 4pm- 5pm and he said just "call him" and he would see where he is at, but couldn't make any promises. I asked if I should find someone else and he said "maybe you should"! I was appalled by that because I waited 3 days on this guy and now I have to go back to square one becuase it wasn't "convenient" for him! I understand you can get behind very easily, but if he isn't going care about his work or keeping his committments because he has too much business...I think he will soon find...he is short on business! This guy has put me in a real bind becuase my schedule is tight and now have to find someone else!

When James finally arrived he was professional and swift. He immediately diagnosed the problem and explained what the next steps would be, which involve ordering a part and a second appointment. Hopefulyl all can be done quickly and they will make a better effort to communicate and be on time.

The service responded promptly on a Saturday afternoon. Ryan, the technician, arrived within two hours of initial phone call. Because he had talked with us prior to arrival, he brought parts he may need with him. He was courteous, professional and efficient, and took the time to explain options and costs. It was a positive experience and we will use again. ASK FOR RYAN.

Dean was excellent . Punctual, and great advice. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded and how quickly they were able to get to our home. Would use them again in a mono-second!

They were great. They are my appliance repair people for as long as we are here. They are what you hope to find when you call an appliance repair company. They are honest and do a good job. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing and he was on time and very reasonable.

I called yesterday after I lifted the top of my range top and set off a spark. They had a technician call me within a few minutes of my call and arranged to come out the next day. The technician was very nice and provided good service. The technician saw the Angie's List magnet on my fridge and applied a discount to my bill. They were recommended to me by a friend and I will definitely use this company again as well as let others know about it.

They were great. It's been working ever since.

We called to have them repair our refrigerator which was not staying cold, our freezer which was not freezing things solid and our clothes drier had a loud screeching sound when it rotated. My interaction with the scheduling person was great. Dean, the tech called and told us when he was coming. He arrived on time. After trouble shooting he quickly repaired the refrigerator, freezer and drier. Great job. I called them because of the Angie's list score. We will call them again when we have a need for major appliance repair work.

My GE dryer was starting to squeak and needed to be looked at before it got worse- which all squeaks eventually do. I called at about 9:30 am and they had someone call me back within 30 minutes. I was amazed that they could fit me in immediately and scheduled them to come out that same afternoon. As promised I received a call 30 minutes prior to Dean showing up at my door. Dean was professional, efficient, and did a good job explaining the reason for the dryer sound and the recommended fix. He let me know the cost of the repair upfront and had the materials on the truck to do it immediately. Dean even answered some questions I had on maintenance and cleaning for my washer. The service call cost for 123 is certainly less than some of the other company-name repair companies and I felt like they really knew what they were doing! I was very happy to have the problem fixed so quickly and easily. I would definitely use them again.

We needed a new door latch for our dishwasher. He replaced it in 15 minutes. The cost of the latch was $83.50, indicated a $10 discount on receipt but did not take it off, charged me $60 for labor and a $50 trip charge. Tax was $6.05. This is highway robbery - $60 for labor and $50 trip fee, really. I won't use them again, totally took advantage of us. It wasn't an emergency and didn't need to be treated like one. Disappointed.

That were phenomenon. I will not call anybody else for that. The price was good, the assessment was accurate, he was efficient, and was very nice with my kids. After a while the machine was broken again. After my call at night, he came back the next morning and repaired everything in thirty minutes. I will not call anybody else from Angie's list. He provided good advises about the model. He is very nice and appreciable, professional, courteous with efficiency. Overall experience, I will grade him an A++++++

We have used this business twice and have been very pleased. They fix only problems that are actually needed. Very honest, good people.

Dean Griffin was very prompt and courteous and informative. He came within 4 hours of the service call. Dean diagnosed the problem as a faulty water flow valve and had to order the part. He came after his normal work shift the next day with the new valve and the machine was fully operational within minutes. Dean offered helpful hints for maintaining the washer and give tips on some questions we had on our stove and dryer. Would definitley use this company again.

After discussing it with my wife, we decided to buy new. The reason that I so highly recommend 123Appliance is that they could have gouged me with an after hours service call, only to tell me the same thing. The fact that he was willing to coach me through the diagnostics, consuming his time, and did it without cost. That kind of service is priceless. I will absolutely use them in the future!

This is the second time I have called them and they have responded quickly. This timE my dryer was making a horrible noise and Dean knew instantly what was wrong. Fixed and gave some tips. I will add them to my Yes list for all appliances. Could not have had a more professional technician. I wish I could give him (Dean) an A triple plus

Called since dishwasher was not working the night before. When provider arrived, of course dishwasher was working fine! Would definitely call this provider if have an issue in the future, professional, prompt, timely, and seemed very knowledgeable.

This was a great experience. The technician was clearly interested in serving the customer well, NOT in taking advantage of the situation in order to charge for costly services that would have been unnecessary and unethical. I felt that the provider had a lot of integrity, and I would recommend to others!

Since it was an easy fix, we were only charged for the service call. The technician was very thorough and helpful.

Very impressed with James. He was friendly, knowledgeable and had everything on his truck for the repairs of both appliances. He is a great communicator and arrived when he said he would after I requested he call first. He was in and out in 30 minutes and everything is working great now. He is definitely going to be our service tech for any future repairs needed!

The service technician arrived on schedule. I explained that the refrigerator had stopped cooling (freezer and refrigerator). I described other observations. As we were standing there we both could hear a clicking sound coming from the rear of the unit. The tech knew right away that the sound was an indication of a bad relay. He had a replacement unit on the truck. He replaced the relay kit and explained that it may take 12 to 24 hours for the refrigerator to return to operating temperature. He was correct. The next morning I measured the temperatures inside and observed -6 degrees in the freezer and 35 degrees in the refrigerator. Well within specs. Good job!
