Great. Ronald determined that my line was frozen. He thawed the line. He also made me aware of an issue withy fridge that may have been causing the freezing. We decided to hold off on ordering the part and to see if the thawing worked. It did for a few weeks but we had to end up replacing a panel. I called, and they ordered it right away and had it installed a few days later. Very prompt with service. Was very pleased with the work.

My 22+ year old machine was not agitating/spinning properly. The tech was quick to diagnose the issues and repaired my washer for a fair price. He even took time to show me what was wrong and why. He also suggested I take it with me when I move since it is in such good shape and he vouched for the quality of the model and brand. I would definitely use them again for future repairs!

Our experience with 123 Appliance Repair has always been exceptional. This is the second refrigerator we have been able to keep long past it’s expected life span, because the professionals from 123 keep it running like new. They are prompt, clean and highly skilled. When they leave, my refrigerator is operating perfectly and the work area is cleaner than before they came. Our refrigerator model has an ice maker issue, but we haven’t had to replace it like most owners, because 123 keeps it operating despite the design flaw. I recommend 123 with the utmost confidence.

James explained that I would need a new electrical board, which was about $300.00 and as the machine was about 12 years old the motor would go next. I thank him and decided to buy a new machine as I did not want to spend the money only to have the motor fail. James has always been honest and very prompt any time I have called for service on my other appliances. I highly recommend 123 appliance.

Very good. Part was ordered and was shipped from Korea, so it took a long time to come. But was installed as soon as they received it.

repair man never showed up. First day he claimed he had flat tire. Second day he claimed someone stole his wallet. After talking to him he said I;m not coming and hung up. How would we rate him. The worst person I have ever hired or tried to hire. I would give him a straight oooooo

Positive comments--Technician came out on Super Bowl Sunday to look at non-functional dishwasher at a rental unit. Technician attempted to repair problem and it worked for about 24 hours. Negative comments--We were aware that the initial repair may or may not last. But when it did not, further contact and attempts to get technician back out or to discuss next steps were unanswered. We ended up replacing the unit. Should have probably simply done that in the first place.
