The company responded within a couple hours of me submitting a request on their website (impressive for a Saturday). I was given an estimate, which was within a few dollars of the final cost. The technician, James, came during the window given. Within 20 minutes he had diagnosed and fixed the problem, a broken pump. He repaired the machine and cleaned up quickly. James was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend 123 Appliance Repair and plan on using them again!

The first time I called for a leaky dishwasher was in June 2014. Everything seemed fine, a new pump was installed and worked as it should for a couple of months. Then in August I noticed our wood floors in the kitchen were moist and warping. I was suspicious of the dishwasher so I ran it with towels around the bottom and sure enough they were soaked. So I called 1-2-3 Appliance again and the repairman said it was the wrong pump and it was hanging off of the machine thus giving the leak. The pump would have to be replaced and the whole thing would cost around $350. He asked who installed it and when I said it was his company he looked at it for about 10 more minutes, said he was able to get it on there correctly and that it actually was the right pump after all and it would only cost me about $90. On the receipt for me to sign he noted that the customer did not want a new pump. I wasn't asked if I wanted a new one. Of course my wood floors are still warped. I feel their initial install was faulty.

The technician determined the breaker, while working, wasn't providing the right amount of power needed for the dryer. He was polite, knowledgeable and quick in his work. We will most certainly use this service again.

It was a very good experience. He is super professional. He has a big van, so he hauls all kinds of parts with him, so he happens to have the repair parts in his van. In a one-stop call, everything is taken care of. He opened the refrigerator and did a couple of little things like taking the door light and testing a little bit and he said oh, I think I know what’s wrong with it, so in 5 minutes, he had it figured out what was wrong with it. Then he went out to the truck and got the circuit board and did the installation. However, he is in such a demand, it takes a couple of days for him to schedule an appointment. What happens is everybody wants him on Fridays and Saturdays, so then on Mondays, he is booked. So you want to make sure the minute you think you need to have him do anything, to schedule it, so you get it in the same week.

Very professional, well spoken and knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. Had the parts right on the truck. Was in and out in under an hour.

We really liked him. The guy called and said he was out in the area and wanted to know if he could come on by. He had the old one out and the new one in almost before I could say boo. He was very nice and very pleasant. He didn't fool around. So far we haven't had any leaks.

They were wonderful. They came out within 2 hours of calling for service. Had the part needed on truck. Repaired the dryer within a short amount of time and were very professional. The price was reasonable. A very pleasant experience.

My oven mysteriously started only heating up to 260 degrees, so based on the reviews here on Angie's List I contacted this provider for an estimate of repair costs. The technician came out promptly to check on the oven, but he seemed dumbfounded and eventually recommended that I replace the electronic control board at a cost of $500. Unwilling to spend that much on service for my oven, I did my own digging online and found the board for $330, but then I also stumbled across others who have had similar problems with the same style oven (a KitchenAid Superba gas oven range). Turns out all that was required was to change the settings from Celsius back to Fahrenheit. This is something that I would have expected a technician to know right off the bat rather than recommend a frequently misdiagnosed repair for my oven at huge cost to me. In the future, I will look for a provider that is more knowledgeable and who provides free estimates rather than $50 fees for poor advice.

James returned my message within the hour. He showed up at my house within 2 hours and assessed the problem. He didn't have the part for the dryer so he ordered it and said he'd be in touch the next afternoon. He called me at 1pm the next day saying he could be there in 20 minutes and was there in 20 minutes. He had replaced the control panel within an hour. He was pleasant, friendly, informative and punctual. He actually also answered a call from me a few years ago regarding my stove top control panel. He showed up and assessed the problem, but urged me to contact the manufacturer. I appreciated his honesty and his unwillingness to charge me for a visit even though he had made the trip and assessed the problem. James and his company are amazing and I would recommend them 100%.

They did a great job. They came the same day I called and were willing to come in the evening. They had the parts they needed with them and were able to fix it right away.

The repairman was real professional and friendly. He came in and right away found why the dishwasher was leaking and told us it was a fill valve problem that needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote of $191.00 which I thought was a little high but I needed it done because my son and daughter in law live in the house with their daughter and they use it alot. After the repairman was gone I noticed on the receipt that a $50 trip charge was added to the amount along with the labor and service charge which I knew about but was aware of this fee. But the installation of the new fill valve went well and i'm pleased except for the additional charge fee.

He promptly and correctly diagnosed the issue (a lose wire on the connector) that had probably resulted from vibrations. It was harder to detect, since it had not fallen out of the connector. He also replaced our hoses for us. The washer was tested and the washing cycle started. .

Was able to schedule an appointment within a day of my call. The repairman was on time, professional, very nice...he also liked my dogs which is a big plus in my book He fixed the problem quickly (30 mins max) and it's now working fine. No more water leaking out of my fridge all over the floor.

The repair person was punctual, competent and truthful. I was quite surprised that the labor for putting in a new pump on the dishwasher was so high. That is the only complaint I have was the cost for labor and was charge for a service fee as well. It took the repair person less than 30 minutes.

Out look changed after thermostat malfunctioned and I needed it replaced.. Called 123 Appliance repair at 6:00 on a Friday .The receptionist stated that a technician would call me to arrange a appointment . 30 minutes later, I hear from technician and he diagnoses the repair over the phone and gives me a quote. Ron, the technician , arrives at about 8:30 with the correct part. He explains to me that my thermostat is malfunctioning and visually shows me the particles leaking from it. He writes the receipt before he repairs it so that we are in complete agreement about the price. Ron repairs my refrigerator and I can go a while longer before I have to buy a expensive new one.

I called at 9am and the Tech was at my house before 1pm. After spending a little time with my washing machine he discovered the problem was major and gave an approximate price. When asked he advised replacement because of the age of the machine and cost of the repair. I used them a couple years ago to repair my dryer and was pleased with everything about that experience as well.

awesome, awesome, awesome. Professional, kind, courteous, prompt. Everything you want in a service provider. Came on Monday to look at the washing machine and needed to order a part. Told us exactly how much it was going to be and when he was coming back. He returned Wednesday and fixed it at a slightly lower price in about 20 minutes. He even remembered our daughter was starting kindergarten and asked about it. we wouldn't even ever look for anyone else to fix our appliances.

James showed up on time after calling ahead. He was very pleasant, professional, and competent. I stayed around and chatted with him, asking questions and what-not. He had the failed part on his truck and charged what seemed a reasonable cost for the part and the repair. Very pleased, this is how it should happen. I will use 123 Appliance in the future for all repairs for as long as their service/value continues to be this good.

We had been having issues with our dryer for a couple of months. Finally, it had stopped drying all together. We called Sears, and they wanted a ton of money just to come look at it. Plus, they tried to sell me a maintenance plan right on the phone. I decided to find someone on Angie's List instead. 123 Appliance Repair was responsive and came out the same day we called. Our dryer just needed a quick cleaning and the duct repaired. The gentleman was friendly, professional and helpful. I would call them again in the future.

The first repairman was running late on another job. Another called to apologize and came right over, on a Friday night. Your major appliances never have trouble on a convenient schedule! I called early Friday afternoon, and 123 Appliance Repair promised to have someone at my home by that evening. The gentleman who did come quickly diagnosed and explained the cause of the problem, fixed it as well as dug out about an inch of ice that had accumulated in the back of the freezer. He showed my husband how to prevent it from happening again and happily applied our Angie's List coupon to the bill. Everyone was very professional, on the phone and in person. I could tell they valued our business. I would recommend this company.

He was on time. Since it is a GE replacing the belt is a bit difficult.
