Called in the AM to inform that he would be at our house between noon and 4pm. Called 30 minutes before arriving to let us know he was on the way Diagnose and did the repair in under an hour. Very professional and courteous.

They were prompt in returning my call. They came out the next morning. He had the needed parts on the truck. Was in and out in less than an hour. Very effecient. Very pleasant to deal with.

Great, fast punctual and professional. Will use them again!

Dishwasher was not draining properly due to some items stuck in the drain. Cost for this repair was $120. Prior to repair I had spent time myself trying to clean out the bottom of the dishwasher to fix the problem. Two weeks after initial repair a wine glass broke while we were loading the washer. Upon searching the bottom for the missing piece of glass I noticed the spray arm was melted and the heating element was not held in place at one point- which I assume was the problem. I contacted the company with my concerns that the arm had melted and that it was fine prior to the repair because I had spent much time myself looking at the bottom of the dishwasher. Additionally, their technician had not noted any additional problem with the washer 2 weeks prior. I was told that this was my fault and that we must have manipulated the element up and in no way was the technician responsible for the damage to our dishwasher. It would be another $75 to repair this. I can tell you we spend no time manipulating the bottom of our dishwasher, especially after we have just spent good money to have it repaired. I was extremely disappointed with the response from the company. I contacted them to have it professionally repaired because we do not do our own repairs. Just because I did not notice the problem the next day I think they should assume responsibility since it has only been 2 weeks since the repair.

Panic time at my son's on a Sunday morning - leaky Kitchenaid refrigerator - called 123, spoke with company rep who had James call us back within minutes. James listened to what we had observed as well as the steps we took to further isolate the cause of the leak (we had determined the source of the leak). James determined the source of the actual problem and we were able to solve the problem instantly, without a repairman coming to the house. This is truly FIRST CLASS SERVICE!

They didn't charge us anything because the service was under warranty. They work with Whirlpool. We've had major work done on our refrigerator but it was a Whirlpool problem so they fixed it. They're always great. I would call them for any appliance repair. They're always prompt. They always have an answer. They always do good work. They're quick to call me back. Their representatives seem to know what they're doing. They're quick to answer. They do a good job. Their price is fine.

They were out a year ago to fix the dryer and then the dryer broke again. They repaired it and 60 days later it broke again. They were convinced that the manufacturer had a problem so AT NO CHARGE TO ME, they ordered a whole new motherboard for the dryer. This has fixed the problem permanently. Great communication. Easy to work with. Very reasonable. Very nice people What a blessing to know them!

I contacted 123 Appliance through Angie's List. I was contacted about 30 minutes later by the scheduler and was nicely told that the technician would call, let me know an approximate time of availability, then call 30 minutes prior to arrival. The technician, Ron Salmond, did all of these things. He was genuinely friendly, and knowledgeable. He quickly determined that the unit had power but was doing nothing with it. He replaced the ice maker and it has started producing ice. I thought the pricing to be fair for his travel, rate and the ice maker unit with one year warranty. I used to be a technician and I understand travel time, etc. People don't seem to understand that these technicians have to drive a vehicle which has to be serviced, leased or bought, insurance paid, etc. Then there is training for the technicians, which may or may not be locally provided. I thought that this experience rang true to 123 Appliances' advertising on their website. This was a very good experience, and Ron was a major contributor to that experience-thanks Ron!

I called 123 Appliance Repair on 12-29-14 in reference to a refrigerator not cooling. The freezer on top worked fine, but, the refrigerator was not cooling. Within a few minutes after speaking with the receptionist in the office, I received a call from the Technician who diagnosed the problem on the phone to have 1 of 3 possible causes. He stated the charges would range from $150-250. and he would be at the property between 4:00-7: 00pm that evening. At 3:55pm, I received a call from the technician stating he was arriving at the property. The repair was done within a few hours after the call was made. Payment was made by credit card. A receipt was emailed to me. I have used 123 Appliance Repair numerous times and will not hesitate to call them in the future should a problem arise.

They were very average. They were a little late in coming in. I might use them again but they will not be my first choice. I was not overwhelmed with them. He seemed very knowledgeable, he is pleasant and professional. That part was good.

The tech made sure he understod the problems I was having with my dryer so he could be certain to turn up with the required parts. The tech made the repair appointment promptly and called 30 minutes ahead of time as promised. The repair was done quickly and correctly the first time. The tech even asked for a broom so he could sweep up the dust and dirt that had accumulated under my dryer over time... plainly not his responsibility but I offer this as an example of the level of professionalisim that 123 ofrers! I have used 123 Appliance Repair before with extraordinary results. I will use them again and I have recommended them to a number of other folks. 123 Appliance Repair is friendly, prompt, more than competent with their work and are first rate!

Office returned call and scheduled service in a very timely manner. Technician (Ron) was very knowledgeable and professional. Repair was completed as estimated. Outstanding service on a counts!!

Company reps were very responsive. Both appointments were right on time and the repair was completed quickly and efficiently. I would absolutely recommend these guys for appliance repair. I can't say I will ever buy a Samsung again but at least I have someone reliable to work on the one I have!

I went to Angie's list to get a reasonable and professional repair service for a refrigerator. On the company website I entered in my model number and serial number and told them a brief description of the problem. I immediately got a call back and an estimate of approximately $200. When the repair man/owner arrived at my home he said he never got the model number off the website form and he thought my refrigerator with a much older model. He proceeded to let me know that my refrigerator had a common problem with the main control board. The estimate jumped 50%. Even though he thought I had a different much older refrigerator, luckily he had the exact part I needed on his truck. The work was done and completed within 20 minutes. But I ended up paying 50% more for the job and the part was only $100 or so on numerous websites. So I paid $200 for 20 minutes of labor basically and the guy lives less than 2 miles from my house. Since he was an owner I expressed my displeasure with the price change and not having an accurate quote when I gave him the details of my appliance and the nature of the problem. He let me know it would be unprofessional to adjust his price in light of the situation. So much for going to Angie's list to get a professional no nonsense repair.

My experience as far as appliance, I think that 123 Appliance Repair was not that great, one of them was great and the one that came out for air conditioner was not. I did use the company 123 Appliance. They were quick, it turned out to be a pretty minor problem. It was fine. They were pretty good about coming out thought. My wife talked more to them than I did. My number one reason I would recommend this provider based on what I have seen them do is I guess the expertise and timing. I guess the price is fine. I mean it is a little expensive for the 10 minute job but I understand that they have to charge a certain amount for coming out.

Was shocked that we could get someone on the phone on a Sunday that would come out on Monday. He did come out to repair and fix the coil on Monday, but we had a little issue communicating with him. While he did show up and repair the unit quickly, we had waited all day knowing he would show up somewhere between 1-5pm. He showed up at 5:45pm but made quick work of the coil and was done by 6:30pm. We would definitely use them again.

Told me how I could adjust my thermostat on my oven. Said to call him if I had a problem but he didn't want to charge me to come to my house if he didn't need to. I am astounded. My oven is fixed and this service provider is the best.

Setting up the appointment by phone was very easy and quick. The service Tech, Dean, called 30 minutes before arrival, was prompt, quickly assessed the problems and quickly repaired the appliances. He was efficient and very customer service oriented--professional, friendly, provided good advice. I was very pleased with the price also.

The provider was able to schedule a time to come quickly, he was here early, but he called first to make sure it was ok to come before the scheduled time, he did the work and was very pleasant and professional, the quote he gave over the phone was accurate, he had the correct part with him and was able to make an immediate repair and the ice maker has worked perfectly since he fixed it. We will use this company again and have already recommended it to others.

I contacted 1-2-3 Appliance Repair on a Saturday through their website . I received a call back within 10 minutes from the local tech. I told him of the issue and scheduled the appointment for first thing Monday a.m. . The tech, James, had the part with him and repaired the dryer on the spot. I've used this company before and had good service. Their service is the best.

Looked at fridge and stove and said they could not repair them. I told them I had a Samsung and Kenmore when setting up the appointment. At least they didn't charge me?

Our refrigerator started making loud noises periodically...would be silent and then at the most inopportune times, just start roaring. We contacted 123 Appliance Repair and they came out immediately. The repair person said that it was ice build up hitting the fan. He only charged us for a house call and not the labor for clearing the ice....since is was a simple job. We have used 123 Appliance Repair for many years and love their work, their pricing and their overall responsive to their customers. It is great having a "go to" company for appliance repairs that does not cost an arm and leg but provides value! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Talked to the vendor on Friday who said they would be there on Monday to repair. Never showed up or call. This is at a rental I have. People did not work on Monday to accommodate.
