123 APPLIANCE REPAIR

I went through Angie's list and found a service provider online. When I went to their website there was an online quote request form which I bypassed and called the vendor directly. When I talk to the vendor he asked if I could use the online request form and promised that they would be back with me quickly. I obliged him. We scheduled the appointment and set the time range when the service technician would arrive. The next day I received a call as expected with a timeframe as to when I would be seeing the service technician. He called me 30 minutes advance to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he completed the work neatly and efficiently with no problems.

Everything was great. They got everything fixed up and rather quickly as well.

This is the third time we have had them here. All for different problems. They are great. The last two times it has been James. He is awesome.

My refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling, so I called 123 Appliance's office about noon. James, the technician, called me back a half an hour later and said he was quite busy but that he could fit me in late in the day, which I agreed to. He arrived in the evening and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 15 minutes. He was very pleasant, very professional, and very competent.

I would recommend him to anyone. He is easy to talk to. Professional and knows what he's doing. Wants to help his customer. I consider them a jewel.

The person who came out was exceptional. They were very helpful, and knowledgeable.

It was all fine. Everything was good. It took about 50 minutes.

My window was from 7pm to 9pm and he did not show up until about 9:15pm. I saw his van sitting on the edge of the street for a long time and then he drove down the road for a while. When he drove back by I was standing in the driveway waiting for him. When he steeped out of his van he was on his cell phone apparantly talking with his son about purchasing a car. He continued to talk on his cell phone when he entered my house and even while he was working on my dryer. I guess this may not be a big deal for some people but it was for me.

They provide adequate service. They always send the same man and his name is James. He does good work however you have to work around their schedule; you can’t just be there on certain time.

James, our technician, was courteous and very prompt. He took a look at my fridge and told me to call Whirlpool to see about a recall or warranty. I called them and he saved me 600 dollars! He could have easily convinced me to let him fix it but instead he did the right thing. They've got a customer for life!

Called them Saturday morning, left message. They promptly returned my call, I explained the problem and Don advised me that James would get back to me, they could fit me in the same day. James called 1/2 hour later, advised that someone would be there between 1 and 3 and they would call in advance. Ron called about 1:30, arrived, diagnosed the problem, explaining everything to me as he went along. He was friendly, efficient and knew his refrigerators. Problem was fixed, freezer was defrosted and put back together and he was out the door by 2:45.

My husband was very happy with the work. They're very reliable. We've used them a number of times before.

Found them online, put in a response while they were closed he called me back within 3 hours on a Sunday. He was accommodating. Scheduled for Tuesday. He was able to find the problem and fix it.

Dean was punctual and professional. He fixed both of our issues quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use 123 Appliance Repair again.

I could not be happier. They called me quickly and instead of sending someone out and charging me for a service call, they triaged the issue over the phone and determined that I didn't need their help, I needed an electrician. That turned out to be exactly what was needed. I would certainly call them again if I need appliance repair.

Service went very well. Sent request for service through their website on Sunday. They called back that day though we played phone tag until Monday morning. They were able to get out that evening and fixed ice maker. They were in and out in maybe 30 minutes.

I placed a service request this morning and had a call about two hours later to discuss the problems and set up an appointment. Our service person, Dean, called a few minutes later. He was nearby, so he got to out house 20 minutes after we talked. The repairs took less than 30 minutes. The dishwasher worked fine and Dean left the kitchen clean and dry.

Although they were unable to render services, the technician promptly returned my call and was very helpful and informative of what steps I needed to take to address my issues. I appreciate the time and willingness to aid me in my quest for help although not profit would be gained by them.

My freezer wasn't freezing so i called on Sunday as 123 advertised Sunday hours. They called back in approx 1 hour, but unfortunately couldn't come out until Monday. They came within the estimated time and were fortunately able to quickly diagnose the problem and replace the needed part. Freezer is working so far!! Good job!!!

Very simple job that could have been done by me but I wanted to be sure that what I was replacing was in fact the problem. Hated to pay the money for something I could have done but my repairman was very experienced and was a pleasure to work with ...and that gave me piece of mind that the right part was replaced and the problem was solved. In the end, cost was standard expensive but got my monies worth. Really liked my repairman. Would use them again, unless I could do it myself.

The technician called me an explained what happened to the washer and how to quickly find out if I needed him to make a service call or not. Turned out he was exactly right about what happened and we avoided a service call. I wish all contractors would follow this example ! Thanks James for your help. If i do need appliance work done in the future I will certainly call you to do it.

There was a loose connection in the thermostat so the microwave was not usable. They came out and reconnected loose connections, and crimped the wires to make sure the problem didn't reoccur.

Technician was able to come to the house within 2 weekdays of my weekend call, which was sooner than I thought would be possible by any provider. Technician showed up on time and was very quick and professional. The cost of the repair was less than I expected. An overall great experience.

Called in the AM to inform that he would be at our house between noon and 4pm. Called 30 minutes before arriving to let us know he was on the way Diagnose and did the repair in under an hour. Very professional and courteous.
