Fantastic! Ron was the serviceman who came. He was friendly, knew his stuff, went right to work, explained what the issue was and what needed to be done to fix it. Once I ok'd the price to do the work, he went about his business quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. Very well done...

Our washing machine at work would not spin or rinse. I learned of the malfunction on Thursday and only work part time. I did not want the wet clothes staying in the washer all weekend since I only work part time. I called 123 Appliance and explained the situation. Since the washer is stackable with a dryer on top, they were unable to come out due to the need for 2 men for the job. They were thinking the dryer would have to come off and it would take two men. I understood their situation and kept trying to find someone to come out that day. A short time later, 123 Appliance called back and asked if I had a table for one of their guys to put the dryer on . . . of course we did so he sent Darren out to see how he could help. Darren was more than helpful and found he could clean the drain screen without having to move the dryer. I was so pleased for the call back and resolution to the problem. It helped for them to know that I had used them before in my home with a refrigerator and that I was a member of Angie's list. They gave me $10 off the service and couldn't have been more professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

The repair was done correctly and in a reasonable time period. I was especially impressed with the fact that they came to my house not more than 4 hours after I called in my problem.

I got in touch with 123 Appliance repair through Angie's List messaging as well as through the vendor's website. I received a call within 12 hours and was offered times for repair. Our refrigerator was dying, so I was very happy to receive a quick response. I spoke to the repairman, James, before he arrived at the house to tell him what was transpiring. He kept in contact to let me know both approximate arrival time and when he left his last appointment. When James arrived, he took the time to objectively review the issues and found the problem. Once he realized what the repair involved, he let us know what the repair was and the cost. He had the part in his truck, took care of issue in an expedient and professional manner and answered all questions reguaring the repair and the appliance. What my husband and I really appreciated is that James verified his appointment time, then arrived at our house around 8:15 p.m. On a weeknight. He was at our house until around 9:30 - well beyond normal service hours. Our fridge is humming along happily now, and we are happy to have it working. We would use 123 Appliance Repair for troubled appliances in the future. We greatly appreciate their flexibility and willingness to service our struggling appliances beyond 9-5. Ron, got the freezer defrosted and operational before leaving. He will return with the new parts on Thursday and install. I will update after Thursday. Ron returned with the new parts when he said he would. He quickly installed the new parts, cleaned up and gave me back my first check for $50 for the previous visit. I gave him a new check for the $250 quoted and we have now had a working (and quiet) refrigerator for over a month. Ron does great work.

The employee was very nice, and I was surprised that he did this over the phone instead of coming out and charging a service fee. I would certainly call them again for another appliance issue.

It went great from start to finish. I actually called them on a Sunday and got a call back in about an hour, which was a pleasant surprise. I was given a slot the next day and the James called me to let me know he was on the way. He got here, identified the issue and fixed it in 30 minutes. Could not have asked for more!

It was a great experience from start to finish. The provider was pleasant, professional, and patient as he unclogged the mess in my washer. He had already included the discount from Angie's list on my bill so I didn't have to ask. I would definitely call them back again!

I was given a window of 11-3 with 30 minute call-ahead. Received the call and James arrived on the earlier half of the time window. He fixed the disposal within 30 seconds by doing something I had already tried. (Guess that's why I don't do appliance repair.) He looked at my ice maker and knew immediately what was wrong with it. A part had broken off and it was unfixable. He had the proper replacement model in his truck. He told me off the top of his head what the unit and labor were going to be and I told him to go ahead with the work. He replaced the ice maker within minutes. James fixed my problems and was extremely fast, but he was also professional, pleasant, and very neatly pressed and dressed. He was here probably here only about 20 minutes, but he took care of my problems and even had time to give some love to my puppy. I am a tough customer and a cynic, and I have to say this is one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had.

Very professional, immediate call-back, honest. Would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and neighbors! We received another estimate from a different company - their diagnosis was wrong and their prices ridiculously high. 123Appliance has the experience, friendly staff, quick access to required parts, etc. We will only use this company should one of our kitchen appliances stop working again.

My Mom called for a refrigerator repair and I gave her this company based on reviews on Angie's List. The time they gave her was between 3 and 7 which is a large window of time. They never called to tell her they were on the way and never showed up. Even if they were running behind you would expect them to be professional and call to reschedule.

Unfortunately, we were dealing with 2 malfunctioning appliances in our kitchen at the same time. 123 came out at the time they said they would, and in less than an hour they had everything repaired. So far, so good. $200 included the parts, trip charge and labor. The tech knew what was wrong with both appliances within a few minutes and I felt like he fixed what was broken and tested everything to make sure everything worked afterwards. Great experience.

S/W James and made the appointment. He was able to diagnose both problems on the phone (ice was freezing in the tube that supplies water to the cube making tray and washing machine made a loud whistling noise when water entered the machine). He replaced a valve to the ice making unit and the water valve in the washing machine. Everything has worked like new since the repair two weeks ago. James arrived within the time agreed and the work was completed in about 90 minutes..

Set up of the appointment was prompt and for the day I needed. There was a mis-communication and the service providers were on a different schedule than we'd originally agreed. While that did cause some difficulty for my schedule, apologies were made and the actual service call was very professional and thorough. After an estimate was made for a control and possible motor, I decided to replace the dishwasher rather than repair it. The only reason for the B was the scheduling snafu. The main number on the site really could do little to assist with the problem. While I will not hesitate to use the company again I will call a day or two ahead and confirm my appointment in the future.

Overall, very satisfied...technician was well qualified...highly recommend.

They were on time, extremely professional and very honest and forthcoming. They advised that my dishwasher did not need repairing and advised that I wasn't closing the door properly and instructed how to close it correctly. They were very efficient and had my dryer working within 20 minutes. I was very pleased with their services and would highly recommend them to others.

My washing machine was not responding to knob functionality to start and stop. 123 arranged a technician to visit within two days and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had the parts on hand to make the repair. Very punctual, professional, and affordable. Highly recommend.

Replacement went very smoothly. repairman was later then expected but otherwise great service experience.

When I called 123 Appliance Repair and explained my need, I was told that they had a service tech. finishing up a job not far from me. I was delighted that someone could come out the same day. The tech. Dean, was there in an hour. In his inspection of the dryer he showed me the burned out element. He had the part and had the work completed in less than an hour. I asked a dozen questions about the dryer as he worked. He seemed glad to answer all of them:) When he left the dryer was in place and the floor around it clean. I am very pleased with the work and the congeniality of the technician and will hire this company again if needed.

The Washer is 3 years old and of course is one of the new emrgy efficient ones without an agitator. In my opinion these models of washers are just awful but we have no choice but to buy this type, no matter what Brand. That is all there is out there to buy. Mine would not spin all of the water out and left soggy clothes in the bottom at the end of the cycle. Over 4 days and 4 trips James and Dean stuck with it until they got it fixed. I was ready to throw it out to the curb, but they kept reassuring me they would solve the problem and they did. They came out, replaced something, and I washed a load and called them to report the outcome. The last load was a relief to me and I know my last call to them was a relief for them. Both were very professional, friendly, and reassuring. I kept remembering the huge number of positive reviews I read about 123 Appliance Repair and said to myself....they will surely get it fixed. AND THEY DID...and I definitely would hire hre them again.

I called the listed number, encountered voicemail, and followed the suggestion of a previous reviewer on this site to use the online form. I got a return call within seconds of submitting the online form. My dryer is an older model (1999) and after years of problem-free use, it had suddenly started making a low noise (without then starting). When James called me, he suggested we do a phone diagnostic to see whether he even needed to schedule a visit. I was at work and was not going to be home until close to their closing time; however, he offered for me to call him anyway. When I called him that evening, I followed his instructions, and he gave me a fix for the problem that got the dryer running right away. He explained the problem and indicated that it would likely not be worth the cost to replace the motor, I would be better off to replace the dryer when the temporary fix ceased working. I did two loads of towels last night and it worked perfectly. He did not even charge me a consultation fee, which seemed uncommonly honest and kind. I appreciated his promptness, his helpfulness, his accuracy, and above all, his integrity. I would recommend him to anyone who is seeking an honest and fair solution to an appliance problem.
