This was a $25 big deal purchase for $30 credit towards a refrigerator repair. It was great, it was fine.

I am not satisfied with how the deal is listed. When I contacted them, I didnt get the deal that is displayed.

James showed up as scheduled and advised that the repair would be more than buying a new one. Thanks for the honest answer.

The tech was very professional and friendly. The dispenser was fixed within 30 minutes! We received a $10 discount but were supposed to receive a 10% senior discount.?? Would definitely use 123 again.

Repairman was polite and friendly but admitted upon arrival that he didn't work on Samsung models. I had to pay a 50.00 service fee which could have avoided had the company acknowledged that fact on the phone when making the appt.

It went great!!! I left voice mail after hours and James called me back very promptly the next morning. We talked about the problem and the fixes I had seen, James took the time to explain a simple method to fix the problem that he recommended I try myself and if it didn't work to give him a call back. I tried his recommendation... it worked l like a charm, and after an Amazon part order I am back in business. Now, James could have come out, charged a service call fee and a repair fee but he didn't. Instead he enabled me to deal with the problem. Very nice... he was helpful even though it cut him out of money. That doesn't happen every day! We have used 123 Appliance Repair before and James absolutely delivers top notch customer service. He is dedicated to fixing the problem at hand. In an earlier instance of service for a GE convection oven he again provided excellent customer service at an exceedingly reasonable price and that was a complex fix. It would be hard to say enough good things about 123 Appliance Repair!

What a beautiful day! I never met James, the technician, but my dishwasher is working now thanks to him doing some preliminary troubleshooting with me over the phone! As a realtor and homeowner, I can't tell you how much I appreciated his honesty, knowledge and professionalism! I will tell everyone I know who to call when needing an appliance repair!! I submitted an online request form looking for an estimate and callback. I was called back within 1 minute of submitting the form (I joked that they were watching me). A repairman was at our house that same Saturday and replaced the flap. He had to sell the entire assembly, but that was because Samsung doesn't sell just the spring and the axle. He provided the rest of the assembly with the understanding that the motor would likely eventually go and this way we'd already have the parts for the repair. He was fast and professional. The leak is gone and my wife is happy.

This went very well and the after replacing the relay switch, this refrigerator has been running very well for the past 6 months. The repair person showed up near the end of the evening and I was pleasantly surprised that he was willing to get the job done even at 5 or 6 in the evening.

I spoke to James twice on the phone. I told him what the other company had told me was wrong and even though he didn't run new drain lines he told me he would come take a look. James came out on a Saturday afternoon and after looking at my dishwasher and how the drain line was run, he agreed that a new line needed to be run. Instead of stopping there like the previous company, he worked on the line and unclogged it. James was great! Great customer service and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. He then recommended a plumber to run the new drain line. Thanks so much James! It's so refreshing to deal with people that actually care about helping others. I will recommend James to everyone I know that is in need of appliance repair. Thanks again James!

They are very economical and they do very good work! They are very customer oriented and will always keep you in the loop. I have never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me.

Repair tech arrived in a timely manner. He was extremely professional and explained the problem in detail.

They were fantastic. I sent a request for a quote at 9:30pm and I was floored to receive a call at 10PM that same night!! Dean was great! I was scheduled for Friday of that same week at my request since he was ready to come out the next day. He gave me a quote that was dead on once the work was completed. I received a call when he was on his way and he showed up promptly and went to work. Fantastic service and I will definitely use 123 Appliance Repair again! Thanks so much Dean! :)

James was a delight. He called very quickly to make an appointment for the next day, and then on the following day he called to notify us when he would arrive, which he did. He was friendly and professional and quickly diagnose the problems. He returned the next day after obtaining parts and made my refrigerator like new. He even cleaned behind the refrigerator while he had it pulled out from the wall. It is such a pleasure to finally find a repairman who actually does what he says when he says. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Fabulous. Every part of my experience with James and Dean was top notch. Both men were very easy to work with and knowledgeable. They did a good job of keeping me in the loop on what needed to be done and how much it would cost. No surprises. :)
