123 APPLIANCE REPAIR

Received a phone call within 1/2 hour, with free advice and the probable cause. I was very impressed with the quick response and level of expertise on the matter. I'll use again the next time I need help!

We have used 123 Appliance Repair multiple times. Most recently, James performed repair services on our dishwasher. He was extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. The price was very fair (only $50 for the visit). The repair was complete within 30 minutes. We will continue to use them for any appliance repair needs, and I would recommend them to anyone.

On time and took care of problem in short time

James called back very promptly and was on site in less than an hour and had the refrigerator repaired in about 30 minutes....This is second times James has worked on this refrigerator on different issues and he knows what he is doing. If I have any more problems with any of my appliances I will call for James....he is a very competent and professional technician.

They responded to my service request ASAP. They gave me a window of 3-7 and called within that time window. They called me as soon as the problem was diagnosed and gave me detailed repair information. Very professional. My repairman wasn't Ron. I will use them again. Can't rate the actual repair yet, as the repair just happened yesterday...BUT it was working when Ron left.

The technician contacted me and came at 8:45Pm and fixed the problem. Service behind expectation ! Thank you very much Ronald S., the technician and Thank you to the manager of 123 Appliance Repair.

I was told that they would only come to Cornelius between 12pm and 3pm because they didn't want to have to deal with the traffic. After working with the agent to schedule an appointment in that narrow window that would fit my schedule, I waited the afternoon for the technician to arrive. After a no-show, I contacted the office 3 times to see if I could get an ETA from the technician. On the 3rd attempt, the technician called to inform me that he had me scheduled for another day and would not be coming. I cancelled the appointment and contacted Sears Appliance Repair and found the experience to me much more professional and organized. Plus they were willing to work with my schedule and didn't seem concerned about traffic. 123 is very unorganized and the office agents don't even have access to the technician schedules. They rely upon the technicians to keep their own. Very disappointing experience.

Excellent job. Repairs were conducted quickly and very effectively.

He replaced a relay switch on the microwave and heater and door for ice/water part of refrigerator. I entered that the Quality was N/A because everything worked after he left but we will not know the true quality for a few years to come.

Quick, easy, professional response. New computer board needed. I verified the price of a new board before agreeing to the repair. Their price was very close.

It went very well and I can't remember your rating categories but I would rate them at the top. They were very responsive they came out within a day of my calling and fixed the ice maker and it works you know I have no complaints about the price I don't remember the price now but it wasn't unreasonable. He was a professional guy, friendly and just went about his work and just left.

Someone came out, fixed one side and broke the other side. Said they would order the part again and get back to us. They did not charge us for that visit. I never heard back from them. After three weeks, I contacted them again about the part. James called me twice to make sure Dean had contacted me. Dean finally did contact me and apologized. Said he had dropped the ball and never ordered the part. I told him that was fine and I appreciated him doing it now. He said he would be back in touch with me within 3-4 days when the part was in. Two weeks went by and I never heard anything again. I contacted them this time telling Dean that I was getting a little annoyed since this had been going on for over 5 weeks and no one ever gets back to me. Dean proceeded to say that we never returned his call when the part was in the first time (which is not true, he had even admitted to dropping the ball and had not ordered it) and was extremely unprofessional. I told him not to worry about my dishwasher and his response was "Oh, I'm not worried about it." Given the large number of F ratings this company has, mostly around professionalism, I'm not shocked. Highly recommend against using this company. I was horrified at the way I was treated and the lack of follow through. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and rude vendor.

123 Appliance promptly called and professionally provided opinion of the situation that the washing machine was beyond economical repair. Disappointing situation on my end, but the folks at 123 Appliance were very familiar with this and my machine and made a true and accurate assessment. Afterwards, I attempted to get the Manufacturer to repair and all they would do is offer a new machine at a discounted rate which was less than what they estimated to repair my failed unit. So, high end appliances end up as high end junk in 6 years.

Not too well. But thru no fault of their own, they were unable to fix the ice maker.they could not get the part.

123 was able to see me the day after my call. Ron arrived during the time period stated. He was very personable and went right to work. I appreciated him giving me a general education on refrigerators!

It was good! They came out the same day as I purchased the deal. The dryer went out, they fixed it and it's been working ever since.

Nothing sticks out so everything would have been fine.

The visit was quick and professional. Our technician Dean called when he was on the way and was very personable and professional. The dishwasher stopped working again after a few weeks (about 4 uses or so) and with a call Dean was back out to get it back running under their 90 day trip & labor warranty.

Very well. Technician showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and repair was successful.

Excellent! Very professional! Great Technician, courteous and friendly. Would not go through Angie's List again. They dropped the ball and never called 123 Appliance Repair. We had to call the next day. We also got $5.00 off the repair (from Angie's List) & found out that 123 Appliance gives $10.00 off. Your better off calling them direct. This is the 2nd time Angie's List has done this to me. I will now contact & go direct to the repair provider. Very disappointed with Angie's List.

Great!!!! Called on a Friday, they were at my house the next day, (on a Saturday), around 1.

Tech showed up on time as discussed, after diagnosis determined what needed to be done. There was only one part that would work which had to be ordered directly from the manufacturer. Worked with their team to explore how quickly/cost efficient we could get this done. Part will take roughly a week to get in, and job will be complete once that is in.

This is the very first negative review I have ever given, however I feel other Angie's List customers need to be aware of the extreme unprofessionalism of this company. I was so excited when I initially reviewed them because they had so many positive reviews and I felt I would receive the best service. When calling this company for service, you receive a voice message to go to the website and fill in information that will be received by text by the owner. When I did just that, I received a return text from Don Reid (I presume the owner) that "Dean" would contact me as soon as he finished with his current customer. I waited through the rest of the afternoon and never received a call from Dean. Late in the day, a woman from their business called to see if I had been helped. I told her that I had not yet been contacted by Dean and she said she would call him and ask him to contact me immediately. This was approximately 4pm or so. Dean never called that day. I went online again and typed a message that I still had not been contacted. The next morning while I was in a meeting, I received a call and voice message from Dean instructing me to call him back. Following my meeting, I called him and left a voice message to please call back. This occurred on Sept. 8, 2016. I am writing this review on Sept. 16, 2016. To date, I have not received a call from Dean or from Don Reid. This is a prime example of the worst type of customer service. My husband & I have been small business owners for years and we know very well the value in putting customer service above all else. What a disappointment from an Angie's List "A" rated company. 123 Appliance Repair is definitely not A rated as far as I'm concerned. I would have to give them an "F".

Provider called back with 1/2 hour after I left a message asking for service. Provider to,d us they would arrive between 11-2 the same day. Provider called 30 minutes before arriving at noon. Provider diagnosed and repaired a bad solenoid in one trip.

On their advice, we bought a new dishwasher. They only charged a small fee to cover their time.
