The thing that stood out was that the person they sent out was very knowledgeable and explained everything.

They did a great job. It was a good experience. It was just one worker. It took 2 days because he had to order the ice maker. He left the area perfect. He put shoe covers on and everything. They were punctual. They got the ice maker in the very next day. Just did a great job.

They are amazing. They've done all of our appliance repairs. I think their price is reasonable. They're awesome.

He had to come the furthest, but got here first. I was pretty impressed with a couple of things. Their speed, the fact that he had inventory on the truck, and he knew enough the product enough to get it fixed in like 20 minutes. If it wasn't for the fact that the part was so costly, it would of been a cheap repair. It wasn't under warranty, but what was remarkable was that Samsung's own service people, but I wouldn't give them high marks at all. Number one, they couldn't tell me what they thought was the problem was before they could come out. Number two, all they wanted to do was argue that it wasn't under warranty rather than I will get your unit fixed. I don't have any high marks for Samsung warranty contractors in the area, but 123 Appliance Repair does a great job. I remember I had a conversation with them and I said do you know this guy and he goes" Oh yeah." They follow the warranty people around. 123 got there within a hour and 15 minutes of making the call and on the way out he told me what he thought it was and when he got out here, that was exactly what it was and like I said, he fixed it in like 20 minutes. So, I was pretty happy with 123. What stood out to me was their promptness, and knowledge of the product. They are reliable. I didn't take the time to research replacement parts. If my dryer breaks I will call them straight away.

James Smith was the technician. He came out and diagnosed the problem as a bad control board that needed to be replaced. He was quick to tell me that I did not need to decide to replace the part that day. He was not pushy about the repair, gave me his number and told me to give him a call when I decided what to do. I compared the cost of the repair with the cost of buying a new oven and decided that the repair was the better option. James also answered my questions about the oven and the longevity of the oven after the repair. I called him back and he came out and fixed the oven. He did a great job and the oven has worked fine since we had it repaired. Once again I appreciated the fact that James was not pushy about the repair he very professional, showed up on time, and was accurate in his assessment of the repair needed. I definitely would go through them again if I needed another repair. The cost of the repair was competitive with other providers in my area, so the cost was good, not a bargain basement price but a good fair price. Also one thing to remember is that you do have to pay them $50 to come out for an estimate, but if you choose to have them come back to do the repair you do not have to pay that $50 fee again.

That went very well. When they found out what was wrong, I had to pay for an part. It was very well. The gentlemen was on time, he was professional, he was quick. He knew exactly what was wrong, and he fixed it for me.

This was a big deal purchase. It was good. My daughter used the deal, I just paid for it for her. My daughter dealt with them. I found them on Angie's List.

I worked with the firm on one occasion to repair an oven broiler. The technician arrived promptly and repaired the broiler. Several weeks later the broiler malfunctioned again and at the time I was busy and frustrated so decided to continue using the oven minus a broil function. Recently the oven stopped heating which I couldn't do without. Given that 2 other providers I sought were not available in an acceptable timeframe I decided to try 1,2,3 again (2/28/17). I called the advertised number which directed me to complete a website quote form for faster assistance while the form messaged me to call for faster assistance (confusing do loop), so I did both. After not receiving a response I decided to call back but had to leave a message again. This time I did receive a call back from a different technican who sounded as if he just woke up and from his less than professional engagement along with past experience of repair malfunction I concluded that 1,2,3 is not the right fit for my needs.

Called 123 Appliance and spoke directly to knowledgeable technician who immediately diagnosed the issue as a switch issue. We set an appointment for next day and he came out and fixed the microwave and also corrected an ongoing issue with the oven thermostat - at the price quoted. He was very professional and absolutely knew what he was doing. He was also on-time, and completed the work within an hour.

The Bottom Line: Unnervingly fast and professional service. We were convinced that our refrigerator had finally called it a day. Before the ice had even melted the superb service engineer was able to identify the problem, repair it and have everything up and running again. Highly recommended.

Following up on my A+ review from two days ago... After James replaced the pump on my washing machine, I discovered that night that the problem was worse. I called back, and James diagnosed that the washer would be too expensive to fix. He came back to the house the next day, refunded my money (charging only a trip charge, which was fair), removed the part, and gave me recommendations about a new clothes washer based on his many years of experience with repairs. James said that it is so important to maintain his reputation of being reliable, responsive, and providing excellent service. Well done!

Great! James was excellent. He has been to our house on two other occasions to fix the dryer (two different problems, almost a year apart). This time he fixed the washer. I called on a Monday afternoon, he anticipated the problem and brought the part to complete the repair. It's Tuesday lunchtime, under 24 hours later, and my washer is working again!

Extremely well. James from 123 determined the defective part was although he was unable to get it from the manufacturer, he worked with me to locate it from 3rd party sources. He had to come out twice since I first got the wrong part, but only charged me one service fee. The repair was done professionally and inexpensively, he checked all other components of the appliance free of charge. In addition, kind, punctual, responsive (e.g. 8pm or weekend text messages were responded within 10 minutes, always), quickly available. Couldn't be more satisfied!

I always aks for James as he KNOWS ALL APPLIANCES. Fixed dishwasher so it would drain, fixed refrigerator so motor didn't rub against the cover. They also have worked on my 1988 kenmore washer and dryer which just keep going and going without any major repairs. Recently just needed a new knob. Glad I found this company as they are reliable and dependable. Thanks James you always do good work and you are a nice caring individual.

Fixed the noise problem, very quiet now!

Very well. He let me know how much it would be to reset versus replace ahead of time. It turned out to just be a reset of the disposal.

we could not duplicate it while he was here. He told me to record it when it happens and send him the recording.

123 appliance repair came out the same day I asked for a service call. Problem was diagnosed and part was ordered and fixed within 2 days. A circuit board had to be replaced and that fixed the problem. Working good as new.

He explained the effort required to repair (high repair cost) verses the price of new washer amd advised that i replace it. I appreciated the honesty.

Called to get an estimate for repair of a dryer that was not heating. Gave him my name and phone number for a technician to call to give me estimate. Person on phone demanded my address before he would give me an estimate. I told him the area I lived in but did not wish to give complete address at that time. He hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

They did an excellent job. I called them back.

They replaced an icemaker in one refrigerator and charged the refrigerator with coolant and then they repaired the water and ice dispenser in another refrigerator. I called them up, they came the same day, they looked at it, they saw what needed to be done and they repaired it right away. The one for the icemaker, they had to order a part and so once they ordered the part, they came back later in the day to replace that part. They resolved my problems quickly and professionally.

The folks at 123 Appliance Repair did an outstanding job! They called to let us know their estimated arrival, the technician was highly skilled, and completed the job in excellent time. They did a terrific job, will definately use in the future.

The technician called me back within 20min. He could come that day b/w 12-3p or the next b/w 9-12. He then called back again shortly after and was able to come in 15 min. He immediately diagnosed the issue and repaired it quickly and was extremely polite and professional. The price was fair and I was so pleased to have my washer working again.
