 + -1 moreThe repair person came promptly and took a look at my fridge. He looked inside for few seconds and then look at the back of the fridge for literally 0.5 seconds. Before he touched any of his tools he said he knew what the issue was and that it was not good. I then ask "not good as in expensive not good?". He said yes its going to be expensive. He quoted me price of over 500 to fix the issue. Around 550 I believe. I told him it wouldnt be worth it for me to pay that much for a 12 year old fridge. So i told him ill just pay for the 60.00 fee to come look at my fridge. I watched a few youtube videos and then i checked all the major parts. I later got another person to check the fridge and he quoted me 140 to fix it. 140.00 dollars later my fridge is now working fine.

My frig is set on one setting and a lot of my items (including bottled water) freeze. Hopefully will hear something soon. I've been waiting since March.

I believe we called Easter weekend and they didn't have an answering machine saying they were closed which I assumed they were because they didn't call back that time. I have nothing to compare the price to. The quality was excellent. I would absolutely use them again but I hope I don't have to.

 + -1 moreNot well. After $400.00 worth of repairs, I'm going to have to buy a new refrigerator. I'm very disappointed with the quality of work done by 123 Appliance Repair. I found them on Angie's List.
Description of Work: In March of this year, my refrigerator freezer and ice maker stopped working. The first service tech that came out worked on it and said it should be fine. The next day, I had to place a second service call, because the freezer and ice maker had stopped working again. A different tech worked on the refrigerator for quite a while and he too said it was fixed. Everything seemed to work fine until a week ago. The freezer and ice maker stopped working again. I called a different company and their repair tech said the refrigerator was leaking freon. I found this ironic, because the second time 123 Appliance Repair worked on the refrigerator, they cleared lines and added freon (with a blow torch). I am inclined to believe that they are the reason the freon is leaking now. Cost for this repair would be $400.00. Since I already spent about $400.00 on the first two repairs, I have decided to purchase a new refrigerator. It upsets me because the one I have is only 5 years old. The warranty ran out in 2016. While everyone I dealt with at 123 was professional and courteous, I would not recommend their service.
