123 APPLIANCE REPAIR

When I spoke to the person in the phone he stated it would be a $50 service call plus parts. All we needed was a new knob (but did know the model number so we could not get online) the tech came got a knob out of his truck and charged us an additional $65.00 for get this...."parts and labor" plus the $50 service call plus tax. The bill came to $117.65 for a knob....which after he left we had the model # now and looked it up online and it cost $4.79. When I questioned the price all he kept saying was the $65 was for parts and labor....are you kidding me labor ??? He pulled the knob off and replaced it...Parts ??? Even if you inflated the cost by 3 times it still would have only been $12....NEVER AGAIN....a total rip off....PS on a good note the did come on time and the day scheduled....woopie !!!!

A+ service. I hired 123 Appliance Repair to fix my ice maker. When there were issues after the repair I left a voicemail at night about there being problems. I had two calls within an hour at night. Talk about standing behind their work! Clearly customer satisfaction is what matters most to this company. Ron was extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend him and this company!

Ron got back to us within 10 minutes of our calling the company. He arrived on time for our appointment and after inspecting the refrigerator, he told us we needed a new evaporator. Because it was a Samsung, he had to get the part from Greensboro, and had it to us within 1 day. He called 1/2 hour before coming so we could move food from the refrigerator to coolers, and he had the whole job done in a little over an hour. Ron was very punctual, professional, and friendly. We were very pleased, and would ask for Ron again if we needed service on other appliances.

They stayed in contact, came when they said they would be at our house, made the repair.

The initial request was submitted online and we received a response within an hour. The appointment was made and an estimate was given. The day of the appointment we received a phone call of the technicians arrival. Once the technician arrived work was begun and the work area was kept clean and neat. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and the company did honor the Angie's List coupon. A written warranty was provided for the work and parts.

Technician promptly contacted me and advised contacing Samsung to see if covered by warranty. Not: Issue later ceased by itself so I did not need to follow-up for service.

James came to my home within the allotted window, called before when on the way. He brought the part that was needed to repair the washer. It is working again within 24 hours of it breaking and my calling 123 Appliance Repair. I have used their services before always with wonderful results.

No call, no show and after chatting with customer service they could not reach him. Basically wasted half of day just waiting for a no show.

Very pleased with the service! I completed the online service request form around 5:45 PM and received a phone call within 15 minutes. The tech, James Smith, was very polite and knowledgeable and phone diagnosed the issue as a thermostat replacement needed. Quoted a price over the phone of $245 plus tax. He arrived at my house within an hour and a half, confirmed the issue was the thermostat and had completed the repair within about 30 minutes. Fridge immediately started working again and fridge continues to work as it should. James was very polite and pleasant to chat with and very knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate the prompt service and excellent customer service. Will definitely use them again for any other large appliance repair needs.

I submitted a work request to 123 appliance at 910 PM on a Thursday evening. Received a call back to schedule at 9:40 PM the very same evening. Service call was scheduled for the following afternoon. Dean arrived at the pre-arranged time and completed the washer repair on the spot. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the cause of the leak and showed me the problem area. Will definitely hire again.

The repairman was correct, the dishwasher was fine, it was an electrical problem.

Booked thru Angies List Special Offer, and included make, model, and serial number of dryer so he could bring possible part. Repairman James was very helpful, courteous and quite knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and replaced the dead dryer element, as he had one on his vehicle. He explained what he was going to do, what he found and how he was going to repair same. He also noted an excessive amount of lint in the unit, and cleaned out dryer bay and exhaust connector pipe of the lint. My granddaughters and I were very happy with the quick service and James' positive attitude.
