Description of Work: 123 Appliance came out and repaired our dryer. James, the owner/repairman, was prompt, polite and efficient. He had the part on his truck. Our microwave had died the week before so I asked him to estimate what it would cost to fix it. He gave me the estimate and ordered the part. I had guests coming to dinner the following weekend. The part arrived on a Saturday to the business. James called and came out and installed the part Saturday afternoon so I would have the microwave the following day when our family (18) gathered for lunch. I was so impressed by James's care for his customer. They are excellent ... fast, affordable, polite and humble attitude to serve the customer. I highly recommend their service.

Description of Work: My 7 yr. old upright freezer was no longer cooling in upper shelves. Evaporator fan was replaced. The technician was very professional and polite. He arrived during time period scheduled. He actually inspected the freezer and clearly explained the problem to me, unlike the rep from a different company, whose service I declined to use. The part was ordered & installed within 2 business days. Freezer is functioning like new. This company provides evening appointments. Will definitely use this service in the future if needed.

Description of Work: they refered me to a dryer ducting company and I got charged $50.00 for them to come out and tell me I needed all dryer ductwork replaced. It was my dryer I was calling for and no looked at that.

Dear Member, We do not have any records in our system of having served you. If one of our customers has a dryer problem and we suspect that you may have a vent problem we customarily tell customers to disconnect the vent and run a cycle and call us back. If it works and the clothes are dried then the problem is likely a vent problem. If it does not and the clothes are not dry then its likely a dryer problem. We would have wanted you to return our call after running the test. If you had duct folks come out and they confirmed that you need the duct replaced then you can do that at your discretion. Our suggestion is to run the test we mentioned above and call us. There will be a $50 trip charge to come to your home if we come to assist you with the dryer. We do not install ducts. Description of Work: Our dryer went out of order. The technican came the next day, found out that the motor was broken. He called the insurance with an estimate the same day and suggested because of the age of the dryer to buy a new one. I got an amount of refund from the insurance.
