Description of Work: Dryer repair. I thought the part that was replaces was expensive but he did a good job all round.

Description of Work: Replaced the switch in my dryer. It went very well. My only issue is that it was a bit pricey to replace a switch. I would have paid that much if it was an emergency. However it wasn't. In any case they did a great job, responded to my call immediately and fixed the issue within a few hours.

Description of Work: 123 Appliance of Pineville, NC, repaired our Sears Kenmore clothes washer on a Saturday here in Rock Hill, SC! We had called Sears service first, since we'd used them many times before, but we called on a Friday and Sears service said they couldn't schedule us until the following Wednesday! Since none of the local Rock Hill service people would schedule a weekend fix, we called 123 Appliance in Pineville and they called back right away. The man who called actually had me carry the phone to the washer so he could hear the sounds it was making and diagnosed our problem (correctly, it turns out!) by listening to the machine over the phone. He then scheduled a serviceman to come out Saturday morning, which he did, and, in fact, our serviceman told us he had worked for Sears Service for 20 years before coming to work for 123 Appliance and knew our specific washer very well and fixed it quickly and expertly. I hadn't gotten a quote from Sears, so I don't know whether the price was higher or not, we were just delighted to have it working the next day and not having to go 5 days without the washer. We were really glad we found them and recommend them highly!

Description of Work: Washing Machine Repair - replaced the control panel for my Whirlpool Duet Washer. 2 visits - one to assess the problem, then 2 days later came to replace the parts. Very timely and efficient.

Description of Work: They investigated a dryer heater coil malfunction. They gave good recommendation on a dryer vent guy. They were prepared to work and were in and out in approximately 30 minutes. We will use them in the future.

Description of Work: We requested a service from another company but because they would not honor the coupon advertised on Angie's List or give us a specific time for the repair, we decided to call 123 Appliance Repair. I wish we had called them first to forgo the hassle with the other company. (As a note, we called the other company because they were a few miles closer and had the coupon) The 123 Appliance Repair technician was quick to respond, had all the supplies on the truck and was able to take care of the problem with our washing machine in no time. We will definitely be using them again if we have any issues with our large appliances.
