Description of Work: I just had James come and repair my washer a couple of weeks ago and at the same time, he ordered a part for my oven. He came back very promptly and installed the new part in my oven and also fixed the pre-heat light that hadn't been working for quite some time. He had to re-wire the light and did not charge me extra for this. James is very professional and he is the only person I will call for service on my appliances.

Description of Work: One of my kids put penny's in the wash machine liquid area and they ended up puncturing a hole in an interior piece of the equipment that had to be replaced. The installer showed up the very next day after we placed our call (we had a big flood due to the machine breakdown). They installer was ready to come to my house before I was even awake! He was fantastic and figured out what was wrong very quickly and had the part replaced within an hour. Love love love them and will use them again.

Description of Work: I phoned on a Saturday afternoon. He answered promptly and was able to come to our house as his next call. Friendly and prompt. We had suspected the problem was a broken heating coil in our dryer. He had a replacement coil and within an hour of our call, our dryer was working again.

He isolated the issue in the control panel, ordered the replacement part and returned the following day after 9pm in the evening because I was leaving town the following day. James and 123 Appliance Repair did an excellent job.

Description of Work: The technician identified the problem correctly on first visit and showed me a work around that helped at times. (Clothes dryer would not start drying cycle.) The new control panel arrived about 10 days later and the electric clothes dryer has been working just fine ever since.
