Our tech came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and promised to return with the part the next day. He did so, quickly changed it out and our fridge is now right as rain. Very efficient. Great customer service.

It went very well. James was very responsive. First, in an effort to help save on diagnostic cost, he helped me figure out over the phone what was wrong, figured out the part we'd need, he then ordered the part and came out for the repair once the part arrived. The stove was repaired and works great.

The first repairman stated it was repaired but as the day wore on refrigerator still leaked. Contacted them again the same day and another repairman came and said it was unrepairable. Refrigerator was 22 years old.

The technician showed me where the leak was coming from without me having to ask. I liked that! He was thorough, personable and professional. When I had questions, he gave me clear explanations. Most importantly, my washer no longer leaks. I will definitely call 123 Appliance Repair again!

All you could want in a repair professional. The repairman was professional, polite and considerate. He showed up at the scheduled time, calling before as promised. He found the problem quickly and offered viable options to remedy. It’s always painful to have something go wrong with the fridge- especially if food is at risk of spoiling. The problem had allowed the coils to get frosted over, he used his gadget to remove it fast, saving the trouble of a full defrost. I would definitely use them again.

James was and always has been awesome, responding to the initial phone call, to showing up as he related, and diagnosing the problem. This company has never let us down and we would highly recommend 123 to anyone

Service technician discovered that the tub was cracked and leaking water. Since the repair would be very costly to replace the tube and the fact that the washer was old, I told the repair technician that I would replace the old washer with a new washer. He agreed with me. I was charged for the service, but the cost was adequate for the service performed.

James is always very professional and friendly. He has serviced all of my appliances at some point. I would not call anyone else to fix my appliances.

Excellent service. Rapid response, knowledgeable and honest. Ron knew that there was a technical service bulletin out about the issue we were having with our refrigerator that was less than 2 years old. The parts alone were going to cost $500 and the refrigerator was just out of warranty. Ron encouraged me to call Whirlpool and gave me the technical service bulletin information to quote to try to get the parts paid for, even though he knew that meant Whirlpool would send their own technician to complete the repair. He only charged me the visit fee of $63 and his advice paid off - Kitchenaid is going to pay for the replacement parts. I appreciated the honesty and wish I could have demanded that 123 Appliance Repair complete the job. The Whirlpool certified technician seemed much less knowledgeable about the technical service bulletin and spent 30 minutes trying to figure out what parts to order before rescheduling the actual repair for 5 days later. I will always call 123 Appliance Repair for our appliance needs!

123 Appliance Repair (James) is great. I've used them for all appliance repairs-primarily refridgerators & stove/ovens, for probably 15 years. They have always provided great service at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to hire them again - they are the only company I use.

Then came quickly and resolved the issue. This is the third time I have used 123 appliance repair and I have been will served each time.

Unfortunately it took a few days for the part I needed to arrive. Then it was smooth and much better than replacing a fridge.

Service was great. Technician arrived on time and was thorough in his repair. He explained and showed me the cause of the ice maker problem. I would use them for future appliance repair Ed’s.

Service Tech came out and checked washer and was able to reset it successfully without any problems. Only charged me for the service call and its been working just fine since. He was friendly, personable and explained what he was going to do first and if necessary the next steps so no surprises. Fortunately it was a quick fix. Would use them again definitely.

My washing machine pump went out. 123 came out quickly and repaired it on the spot. They were wonderful to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a two year old Whirlpool oven with a bad electrical panel. Dean told me to contact Whirlpool because it should not have already gone bad. Didn’t even charge a service call. I will definitely use them again. Honestly is refreshing.
