Description of Work: Our refrigerator wasn't cooling well so gave the guys at 123 Appliance Repair a call. Ron came in to look at the fridge and he was very prompt and VERY professional. He confirmed what I thought was the issue, a bad defrost heater, but also noticed that the board was bad. He placed the order for the parts and scheduled a return for two days later. |Two days later, Ron was again on time. He gave me a 1 hour window and he was there as promised. The work was completed within 25 mins and as before, he was very polite and professional. I hope I don't need to call a repair man again anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely be calling these guys.

Description of Work: 123 Appliance replace the belt and switch on my Samsung drier. They scheduled an appointment, were on time and only required about 30 minutes to repair the drier. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Replaced motor for ice maker. He arrived well within the appointment window. The technician was in and out in 20 minutes. I had given them the model number so they had the part on the truck. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Refrigerator not cooling properly. Called at 8 AM, James called back within an hour and, since it was a refrigerator problem, was here by 10 AM and was fixed within minutes. Thermostat broken. As usual, excellent, professional and promote service!!

Description of Work: my tech's name was Ron. he fixed leak in refrigerator and explained all my questions. he was very courteous and knowledgeable. he the went to washer that was not spinning in cycle, but didn't have part on truck to fix it and told me he would order it and come back to put it in . he left but called me back 10 minutes later and said that one of the other techs had the part and would be happy to comeback that day and install it. top notch customer service . would recommend highly....ask for Ron

Description of Work: Painters found water on floor under refrigerator. I called 123 Appliance, scheduled an appointment. James was here when he said he would be and diagnosed issue right away. I have used James on several occasions over the past couple of years. Always been the right call!

Description of Work: I called about my washer. Suds flowing out of the compartment. Technician called (very promptly) and asked me a few questions. Specifically was I using pods which he identified as the issue. He wanted to save me a service call and I was most appreciative. Ran a couple of loads without detergent and all was fine. Great company and I'll use again.

The told me that, with the age of the machine, I was almost certain that the problem was the circuit board and that to replace it would cost almost the same as buying a new one. We bought a new one, and are very thankful for the honest guidance the company provided us.
