Description of Work: Replaced sealing gasket of front load washer. Had to wait 14 (11 business days) for the part to be received and installed. Part was installed quickly and effectively once received by company. Would have expected that the company would have parts in inventory and not have to wait for a part.

Description of Work: The service was prompt and professional. I received an accurate evaluation of the problem and a written report for my insurance company.

Description of Work: Repaired washing machine. It was an easy but necessary repair that we could not have done ourselves.

Description of Work: Our freezer compartment on our refrigerator was not cooling properly. The tech came and checked it over and told me that it wasn't worth fixing since the part would cost more than what the refrigerator was worth (it is 11 years old). I will definitely use 123 Appliance Repair again since they are so prompt and professional.

Description of Work: Placed a call for service expecting a visit over the next few days and to my surprise, provider called and made it to the house in a few hours. Ron Salmond was the technician that made the service call and did an outstanding job, was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. While my refrigerator could not be repaired, Ron explained what had happened and provided solid advice for us. Well done !

Description of Work: The tube to get water into the ice maker had come loose and flooded behind the fridge. The connector was replaced and the fan that cools the motor had to be replaced also. The repairman was efficient and professional.

Description of Work: Our washing machine was leaking and we called on a Sunday and left a voicemail explaining the problem and asking them to contact us whenever they get the chance to schedule a service appointment. The man (I don't remember his name) called only a few hours later and talked to my husband. He explained the problem in detail and the man said it sounded like a leaking drum and it would be about $350 to repair. He said with as old as our washer is it would be a better idea to just purchase a new one instead of having old one repaired. We really appreciated his honesty and the cost of him having to do a service call! We will use them in the future for sure!

Description of Work: I liked the man they sent out. They were 2 hours late but called twice to explain why. It was after the holiday. Work was done quickly and matched the price sstimate from the initial phone call.

Description of Work: Our refrigerator wasn't cooling well so gave the guys at 123 Appliance Repair a call. Ron came in to look at the fridge and he was very prompt and VERY professional. He confirmed what I thought was the issue, a bad defrost heater, but also noticed that the board was bad. He placed the order for the parts and scheduled a return for two days later. |Two days later, Ron was again on time. He gave me a 1 hour window and he was there as promised. The work was completed within 25 mins and as before, he was very polite and professional. I hope I don't need to call a repair man again anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely be calling these guys.
