Description of Work: showed up on time, very professional, did excellent job.

Description of Work: Replaced motherboard on GE fridge. Took 15 minutes and he was in and out. Very nice. Where we were not thrilled was he had given a timeframe of 2-5 initially. I called at 3 to check in, he called me back within 15 minutes to say it would be between 4-5. Called at 4:45, 5:15, texted at 5:30, and called again at 5:45 when he finally answered and said he was eating and would head my way in 15 minutes(he said he was 10 min from our house in Cotswold). He finally showed up at 7. Glad I left work early to wait for him. When I called the main line for company the guy told me they were really busy and he's a good guy and was doing his best. I'm sure he was, some proactive communication would've been nice. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience of waiting for him for 5 hours. Also thought it was very pricey for a simple swap out of a motherboard that probably costs about $100 for the part, but I'm not an appliance expert.

Description of Work: Dean Griffin was the service technician. He called about 20 minutes before he arrived (and he arrived within the scheduled appointment window) and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with our oven. The price was very reasonable. This company will be the one I call in the future. I've already given their name to friends and family.

Description of Work: Replaced a part on a whirlpool washing machine. Not the service technicians fault, but really, I have only had the washing machine for a year or two and on average, use it maybe once a week. Come on whirlpool. Build a better product and I did my due diligence on research for the best value when I purchased it. Grumble, grumble, groan, groan...

Description of Work: Overall, I am extremely pleased, although I thought it was too expensive for the amount of time spent on the job. For example, I was still charged $50 for a service call, even though I hired them to perform the repair.

Description of Work: My 5 year old Samsung front loader was not spinning anymore. The technician came and explained the problem and let me know it would cost $600 to fix. Obviously, for that price I was just going to go and buy a new washer. I guess the only reason I gave the rating of B was because I had to pay the service fee and they were there for 10 min. I would use them again however.
