I called for repair on a Saturday at about 3 pm. He gave me an estimate over the phone of $150.00 and said he had one repair in front of me and should be by my home before 5 pm. About 4:45, there he was. He fixed the agitator on the washing machine in about 15 minutes, and I paid him $149.26. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the problem was immediately, and he fixed it!

He checked things out and gave me estimates for several repairs that might be required. He then checked the drain line, which is connected to the garbage disposal and found it was plugged. After flexing and tapping the hose, a lot of food waste (primarily corn kernels) came out of the hose. He then reconnected the hose, ran the cancel/drain cycle, and the tub drained. None of the more extensive repairs were required. Since it required no more work than it did, he charged only for the service call, without additional labor time.

Dishwasher quit working after dinner last night. I called this morning (Saturday) and tech James returned call quickly. He said he could be here in 2 hours, and he was. He was friendly, polite and professional. Said he was pretty sure what the problem was and he had the parts needed. Repair took less than half an hour. There isn't more to tell because everything went as well as anyone could ask: fast competent repair on a weekend.

James, the repair person, came at the time he said he would. James was professional and fixed the problem quickly.

We called on a Saturday afternoon when we made the discovery that our fridge was leaking water underneath/behind it. Initially, the person on the phone recommended that we contact GE, since he guessed that the water line cracked due to it's proximity to the compressor & therefore it's tendency to get hot, brittle, and crack. He thought that GE may have a recall on this issue, and therefore, might fix the problem without a charge. No such luck with GE, but it was still appreciated that this option was recommended as a way to save us money! We called back about 30 minutes later & were scheduled for a service call a few hours later. James, the technician, came right on time & was very friendly & knowledgeable. We discussed the current problem & some minor issues with our freezer, which he advised us on as well. He got to work right away & assessed/repaired the problem. Since our wood floor had been saturated with water for a long time, we left our fridge pulled out away from the wall in order to dry the area behind it. The next day, on Sunday evening, we noticed an new puddle of water under the fridge, and determined that the water line for the ice maker was broken & leaking, and needed to be replaced as well. (The ice maker was turned to the off position previously, so this leak did not occur until it was switched back on ). We called Monday morning & had James back at our house around dinnertime to replace the other line, without charge, or course. James was apologetic that he had missed this problem, and worked quickly to get it fixed. Despite this situation of having them come twice for this repair, I would use them again, as they were very knowledgeable, courteous & efficient.

HE BOUGHT IN A LEAF BLOWN TO BLOW THE FUZZ FROM CLOTHES OUT OF THE AREA AND HE HAD TO USE A LADDER. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL AND I FELT HE WAS BEING VERY HONEST.

I was contacted by a repairman who said he could come out the next day and would call me first. Nothing happened. No call. I wrote a note to the owner after the holiday telling him of my displeasure w/ his service. Almost a week later, I received a call from the owner apologizing, offering me money to make up for my inconvenience and time which I declined. I believe this company uses a group of 'gypsy' repair people - not employees. While the owner tried to make things "right", you can't make up for past sins. I would encourage people not to use this repair service.

Found dark deposit in dishwasher & thought it was mold. Called 123 & James told me it could be a pipe leak & to call a plumber first. I appreciated the honesty. It wasn't a plumbing problem so I called them back & James came out the same day. Turned out to be silt from our well water. Very pleasant and prompt service. He didn't even mind my dog licking his ear while he worked!

123 did an excellent job. I called on a Friday night at 6PM, and Donovan had a repairman out to my house by 10AM the following morning. In addition, 123 was repairing a botched job done by GE Service that was quoted at $350+. 123 did the job for $120. They are a great local company and can handle repairs of all major appliances. I highly recommend them.
