Perfectly! He quickly diagnosed the compressor was no longer working, hence not cooling or freezing. He had another compressor ready to be ordered before he spoke to me, with cost and date it could be available! Very professional!

Arrived promptly at time of appointment. Quoted cost of the new part and labor. Discussed options with me. We decided to go ahead with repair. The part was ordered that day and the job was completed within a few days. I was very pleased with all aspects and will definitely use again.

It went great. This is a very professional team, that knows their craft, and charges a fair price! I would use them again any day of the week! This is NOT to be confused with a different company, that tried to copy them. That company is called “Appliance Repair 123”. They have many negative reviews. In fact, many, if not all, negative reviews on this site, were customers from that company that got the name mixed up and accidentally posted it to the wrong company. Use 123 Appliance Repair! I explained the issue and was told the ice maker needed to be replaced. An appointment was made, they showed up on time, were very professional, and had the correct part. While testing, they discovered a valve had broken and even had the part in their truck! Very pleased with the service!

We called for service but needed it sooner than they could do it. And, although someone else helped us (they could be there in hours), 123's people were very helpful and professional and we still have their number to call if we need someone again.

the repair man was on time, professional and cleaned up after himself and explained (and showed us) what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He also gave us tips on things we could do to cut down on repairs in the future.

It went great. The repairman (can't remember his name) had to take the whole machine apart to fix the seal on the door.

The refrigerator was fixed promptly and has worked well since. The drier was looked at and the fix would have been more than the drier was worth so he suggested we buy another, which we did. Appreciated the honesty.

Bad. Call to schedule service. Was told that Ron would call as soon as he could come out. Four days later and no call. I called another service company who scheduled immediately for a specific day.

Both repairs went very smoothly. They are very friendly & professional. I think their pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely call them again.

Came back to repair a same issue from about a year earlier. Technician was prompt and courteous. Service required removing fridge and upon pulling it out or pushing it back in, it caused a water line leak resulting in damage to drywall and hardwood flooring. I immediately call the following morning once the issue was noticed. I removed the fridge and repaired the line myself. The company returned my call later that day and said they would get back to me. I waiting 7 business days and heard nothing so I sent an online request. I also sent the technician video and photos of the damage. Someone called later that morning and said I’d have to file a homeowners claim as they weren’t responsible for the leak, that it was the responsibility of The installer 12 years prior, when we bought the fridge.

Quick response and ability to come to our home in a timely manner to repair. Repair was able to be done same day and very quickly.
