Description of Work: We have a service contract for yearly maintenance on a heating system and air conditioner. This service was for the air conditioner. Technician arrived on time, was very professional and thoroughly checked the AC. We have had a service contract with A Plus for a few years, and will continue to do so.

Description of Work: A+ replaced two outdoor AC units and two indoor air handlers with new duct work at my beach house and the new system works great. They did leave a bit of a mess under each downstairs vent that they cleaned out. It appeared that the debris cleaned out of the vents was just allowed to fall on the floor / beds and was not cleaned up. Other than that they did a fine job.

Description of Work: A+ installed a new heat pump on 11/06/14. On 12/2/14 we awoke to find that the unit would not turn on despite all 3 thermostats calling for heat. Called A+ and within one hour service technician arrived. He soon diagnosed the problem as a defective circuit board in the control unit. Technician replaced circuit board and the system restored. There was no charge for the sevice as it was coverer under the 10 year sercice warranty.
