Kelly was on time and kept the appointment through snow and ice. Spent a lot of time correcting problems with the opener and adjusting for best performance. Recommended replacing motor but did not push - just supplied prices for the future. Great improvement in the garage door performance.

Kelly arrived on time and inquired regarding any issues I was having with my garage door. I mentioned a few and he checked the door for those issues while I was present in order to duplicate them. Great idea. He then proceeded with his maintenance, servicing and correcting the issues that I had explained, Gave me some tips and is planning on giving me a quote to replace garage door seal. Excellent service by a true professional. He went above and beyond! Highly recommend Kelly!

As good as it gets. At 3PM Thursday, with the garage door closed and our two cars in the garage we heard the noise of a spring breaking in the garage. The garage door couldn't be opened with the spring being broken and we needed to use our cars that evening. I telephoned Kelly at Garage Door Pro and he was at our house by 4PM and he got the door opened so we could get the cars out. Then he came by the first thing Friday morning with replacement springs and in short order had them installed. Call Kelly and Garage Door Pro and you won't be disappointed. He deserved the "A" rating in every respect.

Kelly arrived when he promised and after introducing himself and his assistant, asked questions regarding the operation and condition of the garage door. Being new to the condo, and seeing no evidence of previous maintenance of the door, we advised of the same. Kelly and Dave immediately went to work on the door, even moving the furniture that was being stored in the garage to prevent damage. They worked for about 20 minutes on the door, adjusting, lubricating, and compensating for newly added insulation. he then explained what he had done and why, what we could do to maintain the door, made suggestions for a replacement door and opener should the need arise. He then engaged us about our recent move to Winston-Salem and discussed the area, sights, food, etc. I would highly recommend Kelly for garage door work. He is personable, explains what and why he does what he does, is reasonably priced, and prompt!

Was very pleased with the service and the promptness. As a fellow small business owner, the small things matter. Very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. The additional piece of rubber was an additional expense on my behalf and it was very reasonable. The door functions perfectly now! Would use their services again and recommend to others. Telephone calls were returned promptly also.

I called on Monday and they came out the same day for a free estimate! The price was reasonable & fair. They came out Wednesday, replaced the entire door & hardware and did a wonderful job. I would, and will, recommend them to anyone. Very professional & reliable.

Called Kelly at 8:00 am, on site by 9:30 am, door was off rail and jamed in hole. Door is of heavy 30 year old wood and it took a lot of effort from Kelly to get it unjamed and to make minor reparis. He worked well over 1.5 hours and it now works great. He gave me suggestions as to things I can do to make the door last longer. The price I paid was extremely reasonable and I would highly recommend his company. I will be sure to call him if I need service or a new door.
