I had 3 companies come out and quote my garage door. 2 of the 3 quoted the exact same make/model. Garage Door Pro was the best price, and they even installed the door the very next day after I told them I wanted them to do it. Installation took under 2 hrs. Best pricing, fast, and professional. Can't ask for more than that!

The guys did excellent work and knew what they were doing. As part of the maintenance, they replaced the steel rollers with nylon rollers - made a HUGE reduction in noise. They lubed all moving parts as well. They even helped me unload a couple of 150 lb. cabinets from my truck when they finished with the garage doors - no charge. Who does that? You won't go wrong with these guys.

Everything was great!! We called Mr. Gordy about our garage door at 7:30 am on 8/30/16. He was at our home by 10:30 am. He was very professional and had our garage fixed within an hour. Not only did he fix the spring that had broken, he also lubricated the door, tightened the chain of the garage door opener, and replaced a bolt that we didn't realize was missing. He explained everything that was done. They did such a wonderful job. The garage door now works perfectly and is much quieter. We will definitely call Mr. Gordy for our future garage door needs.

great!! i called mr. gordy around 10:30 on 8/22/2016. he was at my house by mid afternoon. he did a tune up and the door is much quieter now. he showed me how to lubricate the rollers, hinges, and the screw. he did not try to sell me anything i did not need like some companies do. i will definitely call him again if i need service.

Provider came when he said he would. Courteous and answered my questions. Explained how the springs and the tension worked on the door. Also explained what to be aware of in future so to catch any potential problems early.

Kelly tuned-up my garage door & installed new weatherstrip at the bottom of the door. Was very professional & even showed me where all the adjustments were. Actually came out after 5pm, which was very convenient for me. Will definitely tell all the neighbors to call Kelly if they have garage door problems.

We'd been having horrible problems with our garage door occasionally not closing, closing then opening, or just staying up and grinding. It hadn't anything to do with blocked sensors. We were manually closing and opening it at times and it was getting worse. We thought a garage door tuneup might do the trick but Garage Door Pro was upfront with us and explained we probably needed a new motor. I appreciated their honestly but hoped for the best. The door worked a tad better for about a day, then started acting up again. I called Garage Door Pro immediately and ordered the motor. They installed it the next day and the garage door has been working like a champ every since. We're crammed into a 4-generation household (the 91-year-old needs to get to the car via the garage door) with a garage packed with stored items, and they worked around the mess without complaint. They were thoroughly professional and I'm grateful to them for their honesty and responsiveness.

I did not know to ask about insulation, which was not included. It was ordered and installed later. Would recommend this be disclosed in the initial offering. Employees of Garage Door Pro were very professional.

When I asked what they would charge to put in new glass. They said they were going to charge 95 dollars to replace one glass. They were nice but I feel they are trying to get over on me.

I discovered the garage door would not open at 4:45pm and called Kelly. He was at my home by 5:30 and stayed until almost 7:00 working on it and ended up coming back the next day to finish up. He absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty with his efforts and helped me avoid missing time from work. He gets the highest marks from me!

Kelly was very responsive to my emails and came out the next day, once I contacted him. He fixed a tension issue with the springs in the garage door to allow the door to stay up when you lift it manually. He also adjusted the laser and the door stop sensor, which wasn't working correctly before. New rollers were installed, along with a wireless keypad. Kelly answered all of my questions and stayed around a few minutes to show me how to work the wireless keypad. I'll be sure to call Kelly if I have any future garage door needs.

Fixed my garage door to respond to my remote. ; It now works great! Better than it ever has

I originally ordered the $89 special, but warned Kelly when he contacted me that I needed springs and had other issues too. He made an appointment for the next morning and was at my house right on time. The previous owner, who installed the door, hadn't put any kind of reinforcing bar on the top, and it had cracked over time, right in the middle. Made the door less sturdy, and because of that the door kind of wobbled as it went up and down. I also had one spring that had been making me nervous for some time because of its condition. Terry tackled both springs first, replacing them and for a very reasonable price ($10 each spring) added in safety cables. That way, if the springs ever do pop, I know they won't hurt anyone. He was at my house for about two hours. New springs. New rollers. New 9' support bar on the top of the door. Kept adjusting and readjusting to make sure the open and close points were perfect. I paid an extra $175 on top of the package, but was totally expecting at least that much. I knew the door was in bad shape. Terry never tried to push a new door on me. Said my motor and everything else looked great. My oldest son, who's room is above the garage, can't believe how much quieter it is. I'll definitely be calling Terry again for door #2, and any other garage door projects in the future.
