I'm not sure if this review is for the 1st time I went out to Mr. [Member name removed] back in June, 2015 or if this is for when he called me telling me the doors were not right and haven't been right since I worked on them. He called me on a Friday afternoon and I scheduled to go back out on the following Monday morning. He was upset that my Monday morning time wasn't 8am. I arrived at 9am, we should have discussed more about time on Friday because we normally give a window, but he said he would be home all morning. After checking his doors, to his surprise there was nothing wrong with his door/doors. They both worked and operated like they should. He admitted to having a bad day Friday. I did not charge him for a service call even though nothing was wrong with my work from June.. We stand behind our work.

Description of Work: Actually worked on both garage doors to get them better aligned and lubricated. Installed a new fail safe light detector system. Secured some wood framing that had come loose causing the doors to vibrate / shake during opening and closing. Door run smoothly now.

Description of Work: Kelly Gordy was great! We purchased a special for a garage door tune-up and he went above and beyond what we expected. Straightened out our door, lubricated, adjusted, taught us how to adjust, corrected a situation that was not installed properly which caused noisy operation and was friendly, professional and a great business person. We would highly recommend him and have already recommended him to many of our neighbors who have been just as pleased with his service. Highly recommend this company. Description of Work: Garage door tune up and roller replacement with nylon rollers. Door is very quiet now. |Tech went above and beyond expectations by correcting issue with electric eye safety closure. Evaluated condition of door and pointed out that the door hinges had been installed incorrectly and showed me where the top panel had cracked. Highly recommend this service provider.
