Description of Work: First problem is that they don't have a separate phone line from their private home. |The husband called on the wrong day with some crazy story about his place being broken into. |I reminded him that he wasn't supposed to come to my house until the following day. |The next day he was a no show. Repeatedly tried calling both numbers I had for him. The wife answers the "home" phone which is listed as the business phone and says she doesn't know where he is and isn't answering his cell. She says she'll call him. |Over an hour later I call back for an update. She doesn't answer. But later texts me! At this point I'm incensed. What kind of business is this?!? Fast forward, she's at work as a nurse and yells at me in a follow up text....ALL CAPS!...with excuses. Keep in mind, I've still yet to hear from the husband and he's over 3 hours late!! |Finally he calls that he's in Pennsylvania ( I live in NJ about an hour away) getting his ONE carpet cleaner fixed. Who runs a Carpet Cleaning business and only owns ONE carpet cleaner?!? |After many more excuses and lame apologies aND promises to still come out (in had other appointments that day) |I told him "No" |Don't ever use this business! I wasted time vacuuming and moving furniture for NO REASON! |This "business" is a not reliable. |I'm also done with Angie's List. I've only had one good result with the service. They need to do a better job vetting these Mom & Pop businesses. |

I sat for over two and a half hours waiting for them, and they did not even bother calling to let me know they were not going to show up. I tried to call them at this point to touch base, I left a voicemail and as of 2 days later, there is no response.

 + -1 moreDid not go well. He is not a man of his word. He promised to show up after missing my initial appointment the following week. I waited all day for him and he did not show up. He did not call to let me know that he will be unable to make it. I have not heard from them and will need a refund. The company is unprofessional and I will not recommend them even if it was free.
Description of Work: The provider did not show up as scheduled on two separate occasions.

I will hire him again. **Hire this company again, on 11/19/2014 they cleaned our dryer vents, and they did a fantastic job, they were very nice, on time and very professional, we are very pleased with this company once again**

Stains did not return days or weeks after cleaning as had been experienced before. Did not push other products or services, explained what was available, and left it at that. Performed service quickly and left no clean up for me. Professional and friendly. Extremely pleased and plan to use again in the future.

 + -1 moreEd and Sobrina called, as they said they would, about 45 minutes before arriving. When they arrived they introduced themselves and then walked into each room to inspect what had to be done. The whole process took about an hour and a half and the carpets came out looking like new! I would never have thought the one room would have come out as clean as it did but they worked a miracle on it. They cautioned about it being a bit slippery for a few hours and they left "booties" to put on our feet so as not to dirty the carpets while drying. This was a very pleasant experience and for the money paid it was more than worth it. I give them an A+. Thanks for such great service.

 + -1 moreMy experience with Alpha & Omega Carpet Care was excellent. I received an e-mail from the owner less than an hour after I used their Angie's List coupon. Ed, the owner, called me that night to set up an appointment for 9AM the next morning. He and his assistant were right on time the next morning. They were extremely professional and did a fantastic job. They cleaned the carpets in three rooms and completed the entire job in about an hour. They used small portable equipment so there were no long hoses running through the house. My overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

 + -1 moreAlpha and Omega was a good company to work with. They were always professional and efficient. I took advantage of a 99$ Angie's List special. I don't fault the people for doing so, but after showing up to my house they recommended scotch-guard and a special cleaner designated specifically for pet odor. Obviously these two extras added to the 100 dollar cost already paid. I am pleased with the end product, but I'm still not sure how 30 minutes of work adds up to 185 dollars; however, I could have said no and that's on me. Other than the cost I have no complaints and would use this company again but would more than likely skip the extras.
Description of Work: Cleaned, Scotch-guarded, and used a "special" pet odor remover on 150 square feet of newer carpet installed 8 months ago.

 + -1 moreOne hour before the appointment time they telephoned to double check the address and to tell me they were on their way. They again called to say they were arriving in 5 minutes. They proceeded to bring in the equipment and first checked each room that was to be cleaned. I asked them about my living room rug that is an imitation of an oriental rug and they said that it would probably make the colors run and fade so another small room was added to make it four rooms. They worked very efficiently and I was very pleased with the results. These two people were very pleasant and did a great job. I would definitely use them again when the need arises. I highly recommend this company.

 + 0 moreAbsolutely Awesome. I would totally recommend this company to anyone needing carpet cleaning. Edmond was professional and called me ahead of time to let me know his expected arrival time. The team worked hard to get every stain out of my carpet. We just moved into our home and the previous owner was a smoker. He used an Eco-friendly cleaner because my son has asthma and it smells so good. He did 4 bedrooms, family room, hall, stairs and 4 pieces of furniture. I am very pleased with his work and will be spreading the word!

 + -1 moreThey called day before to remind me of the visit. On the day of the cleaning, they called to say they would be arriving between 9-10 am. Cleaning was thorough, and took time to go over any questions I had. The cleaning was completed in 2 hours and I am very pleased with the results. I was not going to have my area rug cleaned this time around, but decided I would based on how great my 25 year carpet looked after Ed finished cleaning.
Description of Work: Cleaned 4 areas of carpet. I added on an oriental area rug which was an additional cost, but wow it really looks great. They were professional, answered all my questions, and very nice to work with. I plan on using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone

 + -1 moreAlpha & Omega did an awesome job in our home. Edmond was extremely responsive by phone, contacting me within minutes of placing my order. He and his partner were on time, pleasant, efficient and in and out in no time. We had a couple of pet urine stains that are completely gone. Our carpets are clean, smell fresh and look like new. Adding the Scotch Guard treatment is definitely worth doing. We will definitely call on Alpha & Omega again for all our cleaning needs in the future.

 + -1 moreEdmond and Team are excellent. I was moving into my new home and needed the carpets for the entire house cleaned. He was prompt and when we spoke about my needs he was able to give me accurate infomation and let me know exeactly what he could do to fix the problems with the stains. The carpet had black residue along the border of many of the rugs and they were able to get the majority of it up (which was impressive) because the prior owner had a company come and they said it couldn't be removed. Well Alpha and Omega cleaning removed it for me! I was very pleased with the communication, willingness to work with my budget and the professionalism of the company and team. I referred them to a neighbor and would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Edmund was very professional and friendly, calling about an hour before he arrived to let me know his time frame, and he and his colleague showed up when he said he would. Worked quickly and efficiently and was even able to accommodate some additional requests while he was here. We added on an additional bedroom/office, hallway and he steam cleaned our microfiber sofa so well that it looks brand new. Would definitely recommend Alpha and Omega to anyone in the South Jersey area and will use them again in the future.
