They were okay. They were not the greatest. They charged us extra and they didn't clean the carpet well. They didn't do a good job. They came on time. They said that the service we were asking for was not included and they had to charge us extra to do the service.

Service was fine, but there was some miscommunication about the scheduling. Provider did ultimately complete the service on the scheduled date, but spent part of the visit insisting multiple times that he had stated a confirmation would be required a prior conversation, which neither of us would have been able to verify. He said he did it on all of his calls and so must have when he spoken to me. It was very off-putting since he had already agreed to provide the service despite the miscommunication.

he was prompt and courteous. The rug cleaner was natural. It had a light and pleasant scent. My rugs dried quickly and they look like new.

I did not use the service. According to Alpha and Omega their machine broke down and they could not service me at this time. Angie's List refunded my money

The service went well, Ed and his wife were both present for the job. While there we some stains that were just not treatable (gum), Ed did get most of it cleaned. He did advise me on what I could try to remove those problem spots though. All in all, we are happy with their service.

Did a nice job of cleaning the dryer vent, Gave good advice about why it's not a good idea to use dryer sheets.

It had been over 3 months since I had last had the carpets done and since Ed was going to be in my area he took a chance and called and made me a great offer. I loved that spontaneous spirit! Especially since my carpets needed to be done! Great guy, great work ethic!

I was called about 45 minutes by the provider to let me know he would be on his way. He arrived promptly and explained in detail the process for cleaning my carpets. He was very personable and thoroughly cleaned by carpets.

carpets were are oldish 7-13 years but he managed to do a very good job. I was very pleased with the results.

My rug had about 5 stains from potato chips, pretzels, etc...and I hoped to get them removed. I realize that the carpet cleaner usually can't guarantee perfect results and Ed told me that after I brought it up, Before that, Ed proudly told me how great a job he does. Oddly...he didn't seem to see the areas I was talking about. During the process...I had to point out the spots...a couple of times, for goodness sakes. On the good side...on the second try...he showed up on time...and did the job (although it didn't work). Having been in business myself many years ago...my approach was to do everything possible to please the customer. That works amazingly well. If Ed had looked at those five stain areas...and either used some sort of powerful stain remover for no extra charge and skipped the rest of the rug ...or just told me he couldn't get them out...I would have used him in the future for every rug in my two story duplex! And told every friend in the area that this was the guy! iHe did tell me there would be an extra charge for stains that didn't come out with his basic treatment. Why not just take the 5 stains out and forget the whole bloody rug cleaning? Because he wouldn't have make as much money, I guess. But...if he had done whatever he needed to do to get those stains out...he would get all my business forever and all the business I could send his way!!!! Although I'm not happy with the results...I guess he deserves the money as he did run his machine over my carpet. I only wish I could give him a great review. Jim VG

They did not show up, or call. We called them and got no answer. We called them for the rest of the day with not response. We were very disappointed. I finally stopped calling them around 8:30 pm on April 30th and left the a message that I was going to send a report to Angie's list. I now do not have full confidence in Angie's list as I did before this incident.

The owner came out and did the work himself. He was early and that was perfect for me. He did an excellent job cleaning the downstairs carpets. He worked fast and was very diligent. Would use them again and would recomment them.

It went very well. I liked the fact that he cleaned the back of my dryer also. He was punctual and reliable.

I had to reschedule once, but Alpha & Omega was prompt on the day they came. Very nice, Told me everything he was going to do, what the options were, and what he recommended. He gave me tips for the future.

Edmund was wonderful! He was on time, professional, friendly, hard working, and he did a great job! He got out stains that I was afraid I would just have to live with. I will definitely use this company again. A+ is well-deserved!

The service was nice. They did a good job. They were organize. They were in and out fast. He moves all the furniture for me because my cousin is impaired. He had me check everything before he left. i'm very pleased.

Provider was late but he did call to advise that he would be late. Once here he was very professional and got the job done. I had an area that had a bad stain for over a year. He was able to get a good majority of the stain out. I suspect if it had not been over a year with everyone using all kinds of products to get the stain out, he may have been able to get it completely clean. I would use this firm again if needed. Also not sure of date when worked was performed but it was in the latter part of 2014.

The provider was very professional. The carpet in my hallway was in bad shape with pet stains. Now it looks like new. I'm really impressed. My dog was out of the house during the cleaning process. I had I gate up all day leading upstairs where the carpets were cleaned. When it was time to go to bed a opened the gate and she went upstairs smelled the carpet and immediately peed. I cleaned it up and the stain didn't reappear like it has in the past. I was really happy. I would recommend Alpha & Omega Carpet Care to all my friends and family.

Arrived on time and did the best carpet cleaning job ever and I used all the big names before without satisfaction. I was so impressed, they removed stains that the big companies failed to do many times before! I will have Ed come back as my exclusive carpet cleaner and will recommend Alpha Omega without any reservation. If you want your carpet really cleaned professionally call Alpha Omega and speak to Ed. Me and my Dog very happy today!

Called multiple times and got no response. Spoke with him and he was a bit hard to deal with. No follow up since he was checking on available dates. Going with another company. He very sarcastic on the phone as well.

It didn't go. They told me to call and ask for Ed. I got voicemail and left a message. It's been 2 weeks and I need my carpets cleaned ASAP!!!! PLEASE HAVE THEM CALL ME!!! My landline is out, so call my cell 856-693-8359, Ask for kyle or Lisa
